As we roll into the last hours of Galactic Goat’s reign of terror, the Goat reminds you to get any remaining blames queued up and ready. To be honest, you’ve all taken it very, very easy on this old Goat (with the exception of @mfladd who’s kind of a hardass 
).
Tonight I won’t bore you with the usual trivial drivel. Instead, I ask you to let go with those festering bits of blame. Let’s start May with a clean slate!

I just found out on another thread that a fellow mehtitzen lives close by but I can’t PM them from this site. This has to be your fault because you didn’t fix it during your reign

Edit: After looking at the detailed sales map, I have confirmed that people live near enough to me.

I’ve seen purchases from my county (I think).
@PlacidPenguin I don’t check too often, but out of the times I’ve checked, stuff was bought about 50% of the time. I’m guessing that means there is a few people here… Or one shopper that’s meh crazy.
One mehmber lives a mile from me, I know because I’m friends with him. There are others in my area I don’t know, though.
And I’m almost convinced that the detailed sales map puts me in the wrong parish (Louisiana-speak for county) as the next parish east lights up sometimes while mine stays blank.
@readnj I live in Georgia, south of the airport, in either Spalding or Pike county depending on who you ask. I’d love to know if anyone in the wonderful community lives near me.
I blame you four separate ways because none of my four coffee machine carafes will work with the $3. machine I got at the thrift store. I have to buy a new one from Amazon. Okay, all four were different brands, but still.

@narfcake Nnnnnggggghhhh. No, but thanks for the thought. I have a Red White &Blue Thrift store a few miles away, and I’ll be in that neighborhood next week. I never, ever come out empty handed. Sometimes, magically, whatever I’ve been thinking of materializes there. The shelves & racks are restocked constantly, all day, and Wednesday is 50% off for old farts. Good thing it’s not closer.

I blame you, that once again, I’ve fallen asleep on the couch and woken up in the middle of the night with an irritated neck. My bed is a lot more comfortable and I just want to sleep there.

I blame you I am stuck babysitting a 9 mo old overnight in a not childproof apartment (there is no way - around 450 or so sf, too much stuff) and I didn’t want to do it (and she says she will pick her up at 9am tomorrow - BS on that as she never tells the truth about that kind of stuff). I need to do a 2 hour training piece of crap TONIGHT - oh yeah - I blame you for 4 days and counting for internet issues thank you (not) comcast - so that I am down to the wire with the fucking training. And I need to go to Kohls as someone gave me $20 in Kohl’s cash that expires tomorrow and tomorrow we are expecting 5" of rain and my daughter is having a birthday party for her 4 tomorrow year old (and she is on a dirt road) and I had planned to go to Kohl’s 2 hours ago - was just headed out the door when she called - and brat child lied about being here an hour ago and still isn’t here (I would have had time to go and come back) and then do the 2 hour online training. This baby goes to sleep around 11pm… I do not want to do this. It is all your fault!!! Yes I am really grouchy. Grump Grump Grump.

@ruouttaurmind Well thank you. Got the baby to bed at 10pm (daughter puts her to bed at 11pm WTF?), just finished the fucking training. It was designed by
assholesairheads who think professionals need to click all over the place, need kindergarten graphics, listen to slow videos repeating themselves (and then they failed to offer transcripts - sorry I can read this crap much faster - I just want to get through it). So I sat there with the questions open while the video was running (the value of two windows open at once - loophole) and then discovered the reset button if I didn’t feel like playing the hunt game for an answer…Oops it is wrong? No problem hit reset and try the next choice (only did that a couple of times, most answers I knew prior to even looking at the stupid content). I’ll later look at what actually matters. At least now I have this shit done so my box is checked off. Grump grump grump… (yes still grumpy).‘…or will the wrong guy get the codes…’ I hadn’t heard of Bell X1, but now I have something new to listen to.
@OldCatLady Well, they ARE Irish after all, so there’s no escaping the political undertones. But at least more subdued than that well known Band from Dublin.
Politics aside, I enjoy their sound.
