I've got some time to kill, and I decided to translate it for meh. It says "Wrong delivery; I ordered 1 On Beat mini and 3 On Beat micro, but I received 3 mini and 1 micro." There's more about sending meh reports on this issue several times but no answer yet, but meh.
@pdanna I'm sympathetic, but if this is all that they're saying, what is the point of writing in hangul instead of English? AFAIK, no one on staff can read or understand it...? I'm happy to be corrected if I'm mistaken though.

@emci13 I am most certain that the support team is doing the best they can. Plus we now have Korean staff in the support team!! @galmaegi
