Chill Out
How do you find that perfect balance?
When you’re sleeping, we mean. How do you manage to achieve the perfect conditions? You want to be snug as a bug, but being snug comes with a price. You get hot. And when you get hot, you get sweaty. And when you get sweaty, well, there’s nothing cozy about being wrapped up in a cocoon of damp blankets, is there?
And what sucks more than damp blankets?
A nasty, sweat-soaked pillow.
Seriously, is there anything worse than waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or get a glass of water, then laying back down, only to find your pillow wet and frigid?
The solution to this used to be constantly turning the pillow over throughout the night, forever chasing the “cool side.” You know, the side one that smoked cigarettes and cut class? But turned out to have a heart of gold in the end? And taught you a valuable lesson about how what’s truly cool is being yourself?
(Yes, it’s a really stupid joke, and what’s more embarrassing is that I’ve made it before, for a different set of pillows on a different site entirely.)
Anyway, with these pillows, you don’t have to do with that.
Why? Because they’re filled with “plush cooling gel fiber” so they’ll keep you cool all night long. And yes, putting that phrase in quotes does denote a bit of skepticism, but apparently, it’s true. These things get a 4.3 out of 5 based on a healthy 830 global reviews over on Amazon, and reviewers seem satisfied with their cooling ability as well as the firmness and support they provide.
Also, over on Amazon, two of them would run you about 108 bucks. Here, you can get them for $24 to $29. Not bad?
So get some good pillows, and enjoy cool comfort while you sleep.
