How do you find that perfect balance?

When you’re sleeping, we mean. How do you manage to achieve the perfect conditions? You want to be snug as a bug, but being snug comes with a price. You get hot. And when you get hot, you get sweaty. And when you get sweaty, well, there’s nothing cozy about being wrapped up in a cocoon of damp blankets, is there?

And what sucks more than damp blankets?
