Two-Packs of Horror: An April Fools’ Meh-rathon
Josh’s pitch
In a small midwestern town, winter has finally given way to the temperate breezes of–OH WHAT THE HELL, HOW IS THERE SNOW ON THE GROUND??
Grab your ice scraper. Because this shit never ends and the joke is always on Ohio in… April Fools!
Sean’s pitch
Alfred wakes in a room. The door? Locked. The window? Barred over. No one responds when he screams.
The room is empty except for a tablet and a space heater.
On the tablet screen, a clown informs him that he’s been selected for a prank: Alfred must spend all of April 1st in the room with the space heater turned up if he wants to see his family again. But will he survive 99-degree heat?
I mean, yeah, probably.
But things are going to get pretty uncomfortable in… April Fools!
We can all agree, April Fools’ Day is awful on the internet. So we decided, why not make April Fools’ Day more like Halloween? It’s simple.
