Not this one but I got one of these air compressors from meh or sidedeal and it really was handy. Very loud but still not as loud as a plug-in one. Took a while but one charge filled all four tires that all needed some air. The one I got did overheat and couldn’t be used for a while but it didn’t need a recharge
@shirlema mine was opposite… Just switched over to my winter tires; all 4 needed air. They didn’t overheat, but the “fully charged” battery on one only made it through 2 & 1/2 tires before it was dead.
I too, got a pair of the last Zuzee portable air compressors. Batteries seems pretty terrible, couldn’t even pump up 4 tires from ~10 to 40PSI. They were stone dead when they arrived, indicating they were stored in a warehouse in poor conditions that may have prematurely aged these batteries. That said, there’s no way these smaller units, can run continuously for 1-2 hour( especially when the manual often states you can only use them 10% duty cycle or something)
The first one seems like it’s got a really bum battery. The second one I received still has a ‘full’ charge after a month, so that’s encouraging. Fortunately it’s a USB power bank, so I can probably put a load tester on it to see how much battery capacity it really has.
