Can’t say that I’ve been impressed with the Dash things my friends or I have owned. My waffle maker, for example, just doesn’t get hot enough to make crispy waffles. Other Dash things seem quite cheaply made.
I got this with the set I bought a while ago. Like @blaineg says they’re adequate. The main selling point for me is the sheaths. The good knives in my block have all been destroyed by family members and I keep these in a drawer where they don’t even look for them.
