Flexible silicone earbud pads avoid nerve-rich areas in your ear for long-term listening
Sweat and water resistant
“QuikClik” magnets in the ear pieces connect earbuds for travel/storage
Kevlar cord with IPX 5 water-resistant coating
3-Button Control (compatible with Apple iPhones. Anecdotally, the play/pause/skip function works on @Moose’s Android Note 4 but not the volume control)
these have two size earbuds, which might fit shrek and his donkey friend, you can contact customer service to get a size that fits, but they won't reply, except with a survey
Good god; earbuds again. What is this unhealthy fascination meh has with earbuds/ headphones/ speakers/ speaker docks? There was even a light bulb with a speaker built into it about a week or so ago.
@elpepe That's hilarious that other people feel the same way. I take the case around everywhere, since it's now where I keep my BT earbud (http://goo.gl/0xW3LK) which I like so much better than this pair of headphones.
@kus They keep forgetting to feed the hamsters that power the servers. Sometimes they die in their little wheels, it's very sad actually. So maybe, be a little more considerate when hitting that reload button.
@dayne Personally, I like having headphones I don't have to re-pair or recharge, and that don't add additional lossiness to the audio. Wireless isn't always better.
Was willing to take a chance and try these out, especially for just $12! A little concerned about my order # though: Safari-Could-Not-Open-The-Page-Because-The-Server-Failed-To-Respond
A lot of people have negative things to say about these particular ear buds. I happen to like them. I owned some basic Yurbuds for about 2 years (no buttons or anything) and loved them. Amazingly comfortable, good enough sound for my phone at work, etc.
I got these when they were up last time for $14. Still just as comfortable, decent headphones for the price. I didn't know that the cord was woven and covered in plastic. It makes the cables kind of stick together more than I'd prefer. I imagine it's due to the water resistant/proof claim.
Inline mic works great for phone calls, but the buttons don't work on Android. Only the middle button works to play/pause, the other two don't do anything. My only complaint with them.
SLOW! Wow, I feel like I am back in the Woot days BEFORE cloud hosting was available. Stop living up to your mediocre name and get some server resources will ya!!!???
Similar regrets - I bought 2 pair last time. Go to monoprice or amazon basics instead. For the yurbuds neither size fits. Great for running if you like to put earbuds in your ears over and over. If you sweat they fall out even more easily. Volume controls don't work either, at all. I agree the little bag is useful for holding my earbuds that do work and cost less than $12.
I bought these last time, and did I get the same product as you guys? Because I was very impressed with the sound, and I've been known to spend a pretty good chunk of change on earbuds, I'm a music snob... and they fit my ears very well. Worth $14, buying another one now at $12.
I bought these at $14 and while I'm satisfied with the sound quality I have to say they are the bulkiest and least comfortable pair of earbuds I own. I have average sized ears, but I can't stand having these things in for more then a half hour.
heartny It's 2016 why do you need an F5 key?? Get a good tablet. I've had no problems loading, using my tablets. Pretty soon meh will be swimming with laptops/desktops to liquidate.(%
@growyoungagain I only use my iPad in case of a Meh emergency and it didn't seem to work any better for me last night. I'm waiting for Meh to sell a decent Android tablet. Not a fan of Apple products. I still love my desktop computer, F5 and all <3
@Poirot Yes! This! My ears aren't small, I usually wear the medium insert for most earbuds, but these felt like they were stretching out my ears. I might need the large insert for my other earbuds if I keep using these.
I buy ear buds for 4-7$ each at several places. They have no controls, work great for six months or I lose them. Then I pull out another exact one in box and enjoy these new buds... For a third your price. I love the lower price and not to worry about breaking or losing these buds...
These don't impress meh much. I see they got some sound but do they have the touch? Don't get me wrong now, I think they are all right, but they won't keep me entertained in the middle of the night.
These headphones actually advertise noise pollution as a selling point, so you can hear the outside world. As a consequence, they don't sound very good and it seems like you're listening to music through a bluetooth speaker that is just really close to your ear. They also don't fit in my ears.
I picked these up last time, I work at a major retailer in the back room so I tend to put earbuds though 8 hours of rough activity multiple days a week. I've got a veritable graveyard of ear buds, a soldering pencil, solder and stand representing several hundred dollars of attempts to keep these things working, turns out 8 hours of flexing an earbud joint means they die quickly.
I tentitively tried these last time and I've loved them to death, the cord sheath is tough enough to prevent severe (headphone destroying) bending, and the joints on the plug and buds are both encased in hard plastic. They're the most rugged damn things on the planet.
Besides which, my right ear is shaped funny and rejects 70% of earbuds while still and 95%+ while moving, these stay in a serious way, I don't usually mess with the "locking" but I know they go in and stay easily. they're easy to clean and have done great so far.
Audio-wise I'm not sure, I'm no audiophile, and I'm listening mostly to audiobooks and podcasts, but I've not thought at all about it.
I'm in for 3 more even though I sorta wonder if this original pair will ever break.
I've been using a pair of similar Yurbuds for about six weeks now at the gym. I like them. They fit my ears well and don't fall out, even when I'm doing something like burpees. The sound isn't great, but that's okay for me and what I'm doing. I like that they let some of the outside sound in so I don't have to take them out if I need or want to talk with someone. These would be a definite purchase for me if I didn't have a stockpile of similar ones I bought for a few dollars cheaper.
I bought these last time, and most of the reviews are right. They are tinny, not super comfortable, and prone to tangles. However, these buds are great for the gym. Actually, amazing for the gym. They'll stay in your head because they're wedged in there. Pushups? Sit ups? Pull ups? Sprints? Bikes? Treadmill? Bench? Yes. You'll be fine. Sweat like my cousin in church? You're fine. These things wont move. Also, the water doesn't effect the microphone. I've used other buds that short out because of the salty sweat drying and essentially ruining the contacts. Not these. So, take it with a grain of salt. These buds aren't slick or for the audiophile. These buds are for a guy/girl that loves to work out, run, and do stuff while listening to Music/Podcasts.
My pocket destroys connectors constantly, as I have an S6 in an OtterBox. I bought them for the right angle plug and I can't kill them. I thought the magnetic backs were odd until I realized I wasn't tangling up the cords anymore. The cord is tough, which bunches up and sticks quite easily, but again, they don't tangle like all other headsets do, so I'll take it. The volume controls not working on Android is rather annoying, but I can live with that. As for the sound, they are louder than just about every other pair I've had, as I have bad mid range hearing and drive a diesel truck. I'm not listening to Mozart on my earbuds, so I'm good. Trust me there are much worse ones out there, these sound good, especially for 12 bucks. I also might have strange ears, as they fit just fine, but if the cord rotates just right I can have one pop out. I can't wear in-ear buds due to ear problems, so apart from the samsung stock headphones (which fall out constantly) these are the most comfortable. There is a slight tickling that I had to get used to for about a week, but that's gone now. I'm not buying these today just because I'm not sure I'll ever need a second pair. :) If you destroy earbuds, or have trouble finding a pair that fit your odd ears like mine, give these a shot.
Okay, I received these today. After about 20 minutes of trying to screw them into my head, I got one inserted. The other is just no-way-in-hell, but I plugged them in and held it in my ear long enough to pronounce that the sound from them SUCKS!!! I fee like this!!!
@Teripie I can't even get them in they're too big. but there is another size option. look on the back of the directions you just have to email them pictures of your ears
Isn't this the same brand I see at Big Lots all the time for $10?
I bought a pair. I do t love them for working out. I'm not even jumping around and they fall out. I know I have smaller ears but why do they practically jump out of my ears? The bigger covers don't even fit in my ear at all.
To be picky: the volume button has that piece of grey plastic around it to look rugged. I have small hands and it sits too close to the button and it feels awkward to press the + & -.
So my small fingers are too big for the buttons but my small ears are too small for the included ear bud covers?
I've had many many many ear buds. I should probably just break down and buy a custom fit pair but it seems expensive when my cats like to open bags and eat cords.
@username I thought mine were too big for a long time but it turns out that once perfectly positioned they fit OK still not great, but they don't fall out at the gym. If your ears are slightly smaller than mine then they probably do pop out when you move. It's hard to get used to them going way too deep into my ear canal though.
Wasn't sure about getting these but the standard ear buds hurt after wearing them for half an hour. So thought I've give these a try. Happy to report that these are very comfortable. Glad I took a chance. :)

Good god; earbuds again. What is this unhealthy fascination meh has with earbuds/ headphones/ speakers/ speaker docks? There was even a light bulb with a speaker built into it about a week or so ago.
I bought these last time and I INTENSELY regret it.
These earbuds sound and feel awful. They are super tinny and super uncomfortable.
That said, they came with a really nice little zip-up case, which I now use to house superior sounding and feeling earbuds.
For $12 I would pass but if Meh wants to sell the case separately I would be in at $2.
@elpepe ha, I did the same thing its a pretty sweet case
@elpepe Same boat here! thought these can't be too bad, yep they were. I do use the case daily for carrying around other supplies though. ;)
@elpepe That's hilarious that other people feel the same way. I take the case around everywhere, since it's now where I keep my BT earbud (http://goo.gl/0xW3LK) which I like so much better than this pair of headphones.
Why is the website loading so sluggish at midnight? You should share your setup so we can try to find a way to prevent this...
@kus I think someone found out that they post a new item at midnight.
@kus I've been noticing this the last couple days too. Something good to address when such is your business model.
@kus They keep forgetting to feed the hamsters that power the servers. Sometimes they die in their little wheels, it's very sad actually. So maybe, be a little more considerate when hitting that reload button.
Finally again tonight...laggy ..this item is for you ..bud!
Meh. Its 2016, I'll save my $12 for Bluetooth headphones.
@dayne Personally, I like having headphones I don't have to re-pair or recharge, and that don't add additional lossiness to the audio. Wireless isn't always better.

@fury Regarding the happy fit vs. others' feedback, perhaps you have android ears? ;-)
@RedOak Thats gotta be it, I found incredibly uncomfortable.

Aren't we due for a knife by now?
@G1 Amen.
@G1 Yes, and it better be a fixed blade stabber!

Is this guy a Super Bowl fan? (Almost) a Swoosh fan maybe since part of swoosh..
Also, @JustKen I hear ya..I hear ya...11 minutes to load tonight...
If you want good buds, buy Symphonic.
Poor reviews and poor sound. Actually I'm just pissed it takes more than ten minutes for Meh to load, then it's crap.
Two days in a row?
Dear Meh, please offer new F5 keys. Mine is now broken after refreshing my screen a gazillion times two nights in a row. Thank you.
I just buy plain stereo buds with no mic.
@radi0j0hn I like mic for those rare, long winded phone calls. Prefer for all calls come to think of it?!
I bought these last time, and did I get the same product as you guys? Because I was very impressed with the sound, and I've been known to spend a pretty good chunk of change on earbuds, I'm a music snob... and they fit my ears very well. Worth $14, buying another one now at $12.
@Omehgawd I can't comment on the sound, I couldn't get them into my ears to hear them
@Omehgawd I bought these last time too. They're fine for phone calls and podcasts, not amazing for audio. Ever had a hearing test? (Not kidding.)
Meh. I have enough free cheap ear buds from corporate lunch seminars, thanks.
I bought these at $14 and while I'm satisfied with the sound quality I have to say they are the bulkiest and least comfortable pair of earbuds I own. I have average sized ears, but I can't stand having these things in for more then a half hour.

@growyoungagain I use the heck out of my tablet when I travel, but at home I far prefer using a real computer.
I bought these last time they were up -- the ends are too large for my ears.

Maybe, you can see the train
Just washed another pair of headphones, so awesome timing on this one.
These don't impress meh much. I see they got some sound but do they have the touch? Don't get me wrong now, I think they are all right, but they won't keep me entertained in the middle of the night.
And with that I will say
Audios A-meh-gos.
@invalidmicah Canada and the 705 thank you for remembering them.
I might have got some if they were defaced.
@OnionSoup doesn't that little logo look enough like the "m" on the secret handshake shirt? Maybe if you squint?

Reviews on Amazon are these are kind of crappy....going to pass on it.
@ohgots I was looking at those but a lot of them are at a price point of $100-200, which is like... wut
The one I looked at on Amazon was the same model for around $30.00
Got these last time. Listen to recorded books mostly. Loved them until right ear piece stopped working last week. Replace or meh?

Can I plant these in the Spring and grow more ears?
I was a bit disappointed in unknowing-aggressive-tactician so I added gif and it got a bit better
Camelcamelcamel chart looks like it could pass for sales volume chart

Yeah. Their claim "guarantee to never fall out" what made them show up on meh..
They fall out almost immediately if you try to jog.
Best ear buds i have are the ones made of something that looks like slightly firmer memory foam.
@username You might need to put the bigger covers on. And unfortunately, two sets of covers won't cover 100% of all ear cases.
These fit my ears reasonably well. They certainly don't fall out.
@PhotoJim i think its the other way around and the small ones included are too big. A'zone reviews say they won't really send you any other sizes.
@username I thought mine were too big for a long time but it turns out that once perfectly positioned they fit OK still not great, but they don't fall out at the gym.
