Youtube is down. Now what do I do?
10This is interrupting my nightly ritual of staying up too late watching old videos of creators I forget about and then rediscover. Am I just supposed to go to bed at a decent hour like a normal person? Anybody else feeling the sting of no youtube available?

Damn computers.
Before books became moving picture shows back in the day, we had radio.

@therealjrn Now, that’s neat!
Stomp around the house and grumble loudly…just like my 13 yo is doing

Not what I was going for, but I’ll let it stand.

Ah, yes, ye olde playing “Tune in Tokyo” with the wife/GF/partner/SWMBO.

@jst1ofknd @mike808 @ruouttaurmind This would’ve worked swimmingly for No Bra Day!
@ruouttaurmind Except I was watching You-tube while cleaning out closets. Hard to read a book while you are doing that. There’s radio, of course, but it doesn’t engage my mind and keep me entertained while I work. Talk radio probably would, but it’s not something I normally listen to and I’d have to quit working to find a station. I just switched to a video streaming app.
@moondrake Audiobooks?
@ruouttaurmind If I had one handy it would work. But I generally only listen to audio books when I travel. It’s not a bad choice for housecleaning, though, I could bluetooth it to the surround sound.
Just imagine…what if the whole INTERNET was down for a few hours?! Life-changing, friend. Makes ya think.
@UncleVinny
I missed that! How?
@jst1ofknd @UncleVinny Not too life changing since I remember life before the internet. Those after me though, for sure.

I ended up watching Downton Abbey and falling asleep.
@tnhillbillygal I finished binge watching Downton Abbey last night. I haven’t decided what is next if anything. I should swear off video and get some work done.
@speediedelivery I am re-watching it. I got my mom hooked on it after I won the first few seasons on dvd. She had never been hooked on a show before but she loved it. I am enjoying it as much for the second time as I did the first.

I found that my subscriptions still loaded, so I watched my Youtube videos I would have watched anyway
