Wtf is happening

I ordered something almost 2 months ago that was supposed to be here over a month ago and it still has not arrived. I’ve reached out to support and they said since it’s already been shipped they cannot give me a refund and that I have to wait until it gets here but what if it never fucking comes. I mean it was supposed to be here over a month ago. The most of an explanation that give me is “you should expect up to 10 days of delay because of our shipping partner” but that was like a month ago. What the fuck.

Pitney Bowes, the shipping company fired everyone except for one man, and that one man drives a Mazda Miata with a very small trunk. He’s having to drive the packages one at a time to all their destinations. Be patient with him, he’s driving as fast as he can.
