Zombies, for like John Green I would accept my fate and run towards the zombies. I don’t want to be human in a world that is 80% zombies and 20% survivalists.

@kjady think about it this way if it’s 80/20 and the 20 are survivalists, that means adapted to killing at least semi knowledgeable of a hunt. Each person only has to kill 8 zombies and pandemic over. Survivalists could knock that out in a long weekend. Then profit.

I am not willing to travel to an imaginary universe where either of these “realities” exists… as much as it would be fun to travel through in outer space, thus, e) none of the above. However I’d happily volunteer to travel to via a spaceship to a real different universe/planet.

@phendrick I have no idea what super eva is, but I don’t live anywhere around tall ships and I had to sell my 14’ sailboat to pay for cancer expenses (along with most of my other toys unfortunately). Given a sail boat I could sail on the reservoir although the motor boats out there (of which mostly that is what uses it) don’t seem to know the rules of the road and some enjoy creating waves around sailboats. Plus there are alligators in there so capsizing is risky. But I did sail there until I had to sell my boat. And kayaked (until I had to sell that too and my canoe, hilo mojo camper, 88 nissan sunrader… sad days).

Would we be Better or Worse off if every single incumbent (of any party) in the House and the Senate could no longer run again next election cycle, and we had to start with a whole bunch of new people. I vote “Better”.

Um. Are you talking about a different Elon Musk? Because the SpaceX/TwitterX/Tesla one will absolutely do just that, given the chance. In fact, I expect him to charge the crew even more than the passengers, just for the privilege of being crew.

Having had some first-hand experience with zombies, they don’t seem like such a bad way to face an apocalypse.
