It is World UFO Day today and I thought I’d share some recent UFO news and ask your thoughts? Have you ever actually seen a UFO or know someone that did?
Yes, on both accounts. A family friend who worked for NASA, of all places, saw one. And I saw something very unexplainable on the big island of Hawaii. Just chatting outside with my hubby, may he rest in peace, watching a still, giant, glowing orb in the sky. It was much larger than a star and not moving. After about 15 minutes, it suddenly, without warning, shot up and away at an angle at lightning speed and disappeared from view. Never seen anything like it before or since.

kind of? remember those roll up caps you put into cap guns? some friends and i were taking entire rolls and hitting them with a hammer. one particular roll, we hit and there was a slight fizz. then, this ball of fire about 1.5" across rises up from it about 2 feet. it sits there for a couple seconds, and then goes shooting straight down the sidewalk and burns out about 15 feet away from us.
no, we were not drunk or high when we witnessed this.
I always figured if NASA had actual proof they’d parade that proof up and down the Washington Mall as it would be the biggest budget bonanza ever. And if the government had proof they’d have all sorts of things going on with NASA because of that instead of NASA not even having their own (modern) space capsules and a lot of NASA facilities being shut down, their employees let go. I had a student once who used to be a rocket scientist/engineer. He got a job when he was laid off from NASA with a race car company that races cars on the straight away using rocket type motors. That was really cool to hear about.

Not if the ETs are already running NASA and the government. I always thought Obama and Trump were sent from two different solar systems. (I can picture Obama inside that Darth Vader outfit.)
And I don’t think even Biden knows what planet he is from.
Well I couldn’t precisely identify it, so that must make it a UFO, right? When I was a teenager I saw a spectacular meteor come overhead then break up into multiple pieces. It traveled a pretty good arc of the sky before vanishing.
@blaineg When/where was that? We saw one while we were crossing Ontario, Canada about 20 years ago. I’m sure it would have been visible from Ohio, PA and NY.
It is not the number of people that believe that anything they can’t identify in the sky must be from another planet that surprises me-It is the fact that 99% of them taking photos of UFOs seem to be using Brownie cameras with petroleum jelly smeared on the lens.
Yes, yes I have.
I may or may not have been replaced by a replicant.
All kidding aside, I have seen unidentified aerial phenomena.

@GrandmaLyn That’s interesting. I’m hoping to see something like that someday.

Anyone else see a cat going into a UFO just earlier ?
@newby1 No, I think it was swamp gas.
@newby1 Don’t worry. Aliens are only interested in tuxedo cats. Anything else is beneath them.

@Kidsandliz @phendrick Men In Black is a documentary.

@ybmuG It was the mid 70’s, just north of Salt Lake City. It was headed roughly east to west.
