Won't recognize my billing address ? (PO Box)

I want to buy the 2 kershaw knifes but MEH won't recognize my billing address (used elsewhere all the time. amazon etc.) how do i get help with this? thanks in advance

Try putting the apartment number on line one, and the street address on line two as per usps regulations
