I like the strings and arrangements better in the first two, they’re a little more subtle in the guitar department, which i prefer. Chacun à son goût, as they say!
@yakkoTDI I’m not a huge fan of Oasis myself, mainly just that album, it was such a big one for them. One of the brothers has his own band now, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, i remember a really catchy retro tune by them from a few years ago, Holy Mountain, but I’m not sure if I’ve heard anything else from them. In case you’re curious:
The Chemical Brothers are good, but I’m only familiar with some of their really popular hits, like Galvanize & Block Rockin Beats, since I’m not super up on electronic stuff in general. I have a few old-school favorites, like Fatboy Slim, some tracks by The Prodigy & Moby, basically stuff with really strong hooks. I’m pretty lame when it comes to that.
Not bad but Champagne Supernova is still a better song.
