Hey @Ghales, the information that @Ignorant provided up above is spot on. Occasionally the banks will flip your address info around for some reason.
If you have something listed on your Address Line 2, try flipping that up to Address Line 1 and moving whatever you have in the first address box down to the 2nd address box. It's a bit of a hassle but for security reasons we've got to accept the address the way your bank has it listed.
