I never got an email to set my account up despite trying repeatedly. PITA to have to contact support
What setup do you need?
I never received an email from TrackR but account seems to work fine, as do the TrackRs when the batteries aren’t dead.
Check your spam folder?
Go to the search bar In your mailbox*** (it’s usually a white bar with a little magnify glass on the side at least it is for Gmail)*** and type in TeackR and that’ll filter out all email with that keyword
