I was actually wondering if there was a back story on the “hookers in the trunk” reference,which I seem to remember appearing in other comments.Or feel free to address the title.Happy FD to all Dads out there
ISTR that for a while now, @YakkoTDI has been using applicability of an item to “hookers in the trunk” as one of his personal benchmarks for utility of things for sale. Alternately, the utility of an item for disposal of dead hookers is his other frequent benchmark. I guess he needs to open his trunk more often.
@werehatrack He needs to get some new jokes that are actually funny. I don’t have a problem with raunchy humor but these are just nasty and misogynistic - and not original, either.
@Kyeh@yakkoTDI I have sometimes wondered just what is being delivered by your Turbocharged Direct Injection system, and whether it’s programmed to behave differently when under recognized test conditions…
@Kyeh@werehatrack@yakkoTDI
If you think yakko talking about hookers crosses a line, wait until you read the many posts from female Mehtizens talking about decorating their murder sheds.
@yakkoTDI Oddly enough, VW and several other manufacturers (including Mercedes) got hit with massive fines recently for ECM cheat routines in Europe and elsewhere, so it wasn’t just the US models at all, nor was VW the sole offender. They were just the first one caught.
@blaineg@Kyeh@mike808@yakkoTDI I try to avoid knowing what’s in the trunk of Camaros, Mustangs, Chargers, Challengers, and a bunch of other “muscle cars”.
Well if you go to the holiday inn I was put up at in Houston their van implies you get a ho a day (photo of that on another thread). Will that work?

@mike808 @werehatrack @yakkoTDI
Those don’t bother me.
@Kyeh @werehatrack @yakkoTDI
@mike808 We’ve killed Richard again…
@werehatrack Mine is a 2006 so it doesn’t suffer from 28* different ECU programs… oops…That was Fiat on most of their engines.
Mine wasn’t trying to overcome dirty fuel by using a ECU program that was only needed in the USA.
*May have been 27 or 29. It has been a while.

@Kyeh @mike808 @werehatrack @yakkoTDI Clarkson’s firm opinion is that there’s a dead hooker in every Camaro’s trunk.
I haven’t found one yet.
@Kyeh @werehatrack It’s less offensive and more cliche.
People tend to like being offensive cuz it’s cool or something, I don’t see the point but eh.
