Meh says my credit card was declined, but my card company says they haven’t declined it, and that Meh has never even tried to charge it. I tried a different card to be sure - “declined” also. Anyone else having trouble today?

I had a similar problem which turned out to be that my credit card expired in August and I’d somehow missed the replacement card that they mailed me six months earlier.
I think you should buy two, at the very least.
Could be that you need up update the date and the crv on the card
