This is on the Long Island Expressway service road. There is no way to stand there long enough to put a sticker on those barrels. There is a stop light, but how many times would you have to go to catch the light when it first turns red??? The meh sticker is on the barrel on the far right.
I would complain that I don’t have one, but the last time I griped about not having socks, I found them in my drawer. I’m guessing somewhere there is a meh sticker somewhere too.
@heartny Searingtown road. Go on service road toward the city and turn left. Stay in left lane. It is under the overpass you will be turning under. Yeah if the light is just turning red you have enough time to get out of the car and back in!
Hummmm, a free sticker. I met a bunch of wooters in person. Went to their houses. They came here. Nobody was ever murdered. Even noone has my address and I’m not sure after all these years he is a real person. Yeah, I’ll take a sticker if you want to mail it! Of course I would have to figure out if meh has pm’s.
Which reminds me that I still have a bunch of official meh stickers I got during the birthday bash. I should stick one on the walls by the ordering counter inside a few Tijuana Flats restaurants!
@PooltoyWolf Bean tacos on taco Tuesday. Refried beans in a corn tortilla with the lettuce, tomato, and SMACMS sauce. Even better on Sundays when it was $2 beer and $1 tacos
If you have a cohort in the car, it’s pretty easy for them to hop out, slap on the sticker, and get back in within 15 seconds easy. I know this, I was young once. Around here, any place traffic regularly comes to a stop for any brief period has stickers. Mostly surf shop brand logos and energy drinks (they give that stuff away to the kids for just this reason), but some snarky or political stuff too.
@heartny@Mehrocco_Mole I was going to post one of our local graffiti spots, but nothing that can hold a candle to that - even the rocks in the ground along the sides! Also surprised at the lack of obvious vulgarity or hate statements, beyond the “Capitalism Kills”.
