Where's my tracking info?
0I've emailed 3 times. Each time told my tracking information would be updated in my account. It's not. Customer service people just keep telling me the same BS, won't send me the tracking info directly. Did you steal my money? It's been a week now...

They've told me it shipped. Just can't seem to get all the details at one time. Thank you though.
It could be possible that there isn't a tracking number yet.
I'm sure they telling you the truth, that it would be updated. They aren't saying it is updated.

@Robtonic seems our mediocre systems aren't all working the way we told them to. Dang technology. We went ahead and sent you your tracking number directly. (Hopefully) in the future our mediocre systems will become less mediocre and speak to each other so you can see it whenever you want and don't have to ask us for permission.

Any chance you can tell me the carrier? I can't seem to get any of my tracking apps to recognize the number.

Just to clarify, FedEx SmartPost. It tracks a little differently than most FedEx shipments.
@hollboll that's what it looked like but the number they gave was 2 digits short. Correct number is uploaded to my account now. Thanks!

@Robtonic - You can put your tracking # into google and it can usually tell you which carrier it's shipping with.

@Robtonic, on a more serious note, I realized that may have come off as a bit snarky and that wasn't my intention. I certainly understand your frustration and have shared in it my fair share of times in other avenues. As such, I apologize if that came off as rude or as lacking empathy. Just wanted to make sure I cleared the air there.
