of these choices? meat, only because i don’t consume the other options. (i like beans but my partner doesn’t so those don’t appear in my diet too often.)
but truthfully i have no idea. kefir maybe? [googles high protein foods] eggs? cheese? oats/oatmilk?
I have a lot of protein breakfast shakes and lunch bars because they are good diet options. I also have a good bit of meat at dinner, but I think the quantity of protein in those other things are the majority.
I don’t eat red meat or pork and sometimes go a week without eating chicken so I make sure I get all my protein at breakfast. In my smoothie I add flax seed, wheat germ, hemp seeds, matcha powder, protein powder, yogurt, probiotic juice and milk, blueberries and a banana. Sometimes I mix it up and do a mixture of berries. It’s a huge smoothie and keeps me full pretty much till dinner along with a snack. I also eat a lot of protein bars and nuts as snacks.
For dinner my go to thing has been a salad with avocado, hard boiled egg, tomato, cheese, and chicken if I have it with poppy seed dressing. I’ve been growing my own lettuce and spinach so I like eating them a lot.
Eggs.
Is Meh really in Texas?
@hchavers Why does that matter? Are Texans* normally clairvoyant and don’t need to ask questions?
*And are we talking about true Texans (usually referred to as Mexicans/Native Americans) or those immigrants from Europe that overran the place?

Hmmm. Seems like it would be red!
@Kyeh it’s not called soylent red….
@sillyheathen No, but there must be some hemoglobin released in processing …🩸?
@Kyeh I can neither conrfirm or deny this……
@Kyeh @sillyheathen did you just admit to owning a murder shed?
@Kyeh @njfan @sillyheathen She’s showed us pictures of her murder shed. I want one too.
