Well it used to be turn up the heat, put a phone book on the radiator cover, sit on the phone book, and then get yelled at by dad for turning up the heat. I clearly came from a long line of radiator sitters. Dad was the only one who liked it really cold. The rest of us not so much so. On the other hand I hate it when it is hot and humid too. 74-76 is good.
@Kidsandliz When I was in 5th and 6th grade we lived in a house that had a long radiator, about eight feet, running along the wall below the windows. I could lie on it!
Also remembering it is Costly to warn the Place! I have it set a@ 68f/ winter, 78f summer.
It is cheaper to put on many layers than pay higher Heating cost/ Shorts/ T-Shirt in the warmer months!
I am glad it isn’t hot.
Mellow with the chill.
More than one of the above…
Could be all of the above, sometimes.
You can always add a layer to warm up. Conversely people tend to call the cops if you remove one to many layers.
@kjady And then there is the added problem that you can’t remove your skin to cool off even more.
'm comfortable
Put on sweats.
Make a fire in the wood stove.

@Kidsandliz Where would you even find a phonebook any more? I think I’d feel guilty for buying an antique book just to sit on the radiator…

@Kyeh Ours was likely about 3 or 4 feet. I am jealous. We’d sometimes lie on the floor on our side with our back up against ours.
Sometimes I’ll cuddle with the cat.
Hoodie time
Layers of clothes, but probably not an actual sweater.
I ask Lexx where Zev is.

I remember that I live in Michigan and this is normal. Except when it’s 60° in February. Who knows what normal is anymore?
Snuggle up to a loved one, usually the dog as my wife is too cold.
Cover with a blanket
All of the above at various times plus work. Activity warms me up.
Get Naked
Vacuum and mop. That always makes me sweat, or jumping jacks.
