Zero. I have yet to buy any. The ones that came with devices I bought were uniformly impossible to tolerate, for me, and I see insufficient reason to believe that any others would wor that much better.
My SE215 IEMs were (at the time; now I think it’s like $80) about $120. If I was on stage or doing a lot more on-site recording I might get a better set, but for the amount I use them they are pretty balanced. I’d have to get at least a three-way system to improve on the soundstage, and spending $400+ on really glorified earbuds just doesn’t feel right.
Earbuds? No more than $20.
Proper headphones? About $200.

@werehatrack Same. I’ve never encountered any that even come close to fitting into my ears, even the ones that come with multiple sizes of tips.
Are the in-ear Bose noise canceling headsets considered earbuds?
