I still find random uses for these pouches. I love them. Would buy again if meh ever offered something similar again, for such a great deal. Some were meant for small/old versions of kindles, but I used it for pencils or paint brushes at one point. Opened up a new one recently to use for something I can’t remember. Some of the patterns were hideous when I originally bought them, but now I have two kids who like the designs.
Also, not meh, but basically meh because it was pre-meh: I got a bag of crap that came with a set of plastic coffee stirrers with a Chinese zodiac animals theme. We use those all the time. Every day. One broke recently, but the rest are still kicking. Not the most amazing or impressive bag of crap or fuku/irk, but a boring one that I definitely use daily!
@LaserEyes I finally donated most of those to Goodwill a couple of years ago. IIRC, my favorite part of that “deal” was that Meh was so desperate to get rid of them that the price for two boxes of pouches was cheaper than the price for 1 box…
I do still have a few of those pouches around the house, “protecting” tablets and devices I haven’t used or pulled out of drawers in years…
…You want ten? Five bucks. You want twenty? Nine bucks. And check this out: you want thirty? Eight bucks.
That’s right. You take ten extra Built NY sleeves off our hands, we’ll kick you back a dollar. Consider it rent for the space in your home. Consider it a bribe. Consider it whatever you want as long as these fuckers are out of our sight forever.
@shahnm That’s the kind of weird-ass crazy deal that they need once in a while. Frankly, I think they could get rid of those Casery rings faster by posting a sale where the pricing doesn’t just get cheaper per unit for the increased quantity, but actually cheaper in dollars. Like 5 for $10, 10 for $9, 20 for $8.75, 50 for $8.50. Maybe even 100 for $8.00. Somebody might buy 300 just to make a YouTube video that explores how many stick-on phone rings are needed to tow a pickup truck using bungee cords.
@ddbelyea Haha - I clicked on “vacuum” too, but I feel the same way. My cordless Shark is SUCH an improvement over my previous vacuum that I really don’t consider it boring!
@Kyeh I went with power bank. But even then, when my phone is almost dead, and I grab one of those big beefy power panks and see that it’s at 90% it’s pretty exciting.
USB drive.
I’m pretty sure I’ve bought all of those things on Meh…
Probably the thermal cups.
Easy one. It’s the Fondoodler.
Or the 50-pack of light-up fidget spinners.
Oh wait, you said most useful…
@shawn_mitch I found the light-up fidget spinners useful for halloween and the kids loved them.
hmmm… in recent memory, the bamboo underwear… probably something even more boring tho that might be as or more useful.
My favorite boring but useful purchase from meh:
Built NY Assorted Bundle
QUANTITY: 1 30
