@therealjrn Costco’s delivery and pickup was top notch. White glove. And it’s in the price you pay, not extra. If you got the Samsung W&D that are on sale, you’ll like 'em. Loved mine for 12 years and got another a couple of months ago. The HE front-loader with a heater (one down from the top-end steam model). Bearing went out and it costs as much as a new one for the labor and part, so I figured I’d rather have 12 years of newer tech than refurb it.
Bought a tattoo gift certificate for myself and another one for my brother because they had a killer deal where you get 50% extra added on to whatever amount you buy.
Ordered a new dog bed for my pupper because hers is worn out.
The sales were boring this year. I usually go to smellbent.com and buy one of their holiday perfumes (this year: gelty as charged) for my sister and one for me (which was fine, they had 40% off). Penzey’s always has something going on. Then I see if there’s anything good on sale at blueq.com, and there was nothing, but maybe Cyber Monday? It’s been years since Archie McPhee did anything, but I still check. They used to have limited edition random product boxes in multiple sizes and boxes of broken candy, and it was GREAT. I guess they’re too big, or too organized, or something. Maybe they got some really good inventory software and don’t have clearance anymore. It’s a shame. I don’t know.
The best thing is that I randomly checked Cheapass games and they’re apparently no longer selling anything but have free downloads. Which is both sad and super-cool for someone whose copy of Before I Kill You, Mister Spy was in the basement when we got the 7 feet of water. https://cheapass.com/free-games/originals/
Used a 30% off coupon for CVS to stock up on Burt’s Bees pear & coconut lip balm. They never go on sale, so a 10-pack for $28 is a deal.
Also picked up a couple of Goose Island Bourbon Stout 2019 special release they had at Costco for BF only.
And $200 of Cricket prepaid cards from Target for $171 to get the 20% coupon for future purchase after the 3rd. I was hoping they’d offer the 10% off Target GCs up to $300 like prior years, but no luck. Maybe Cyber Monday.
Looking for this thicc boi
bought a 100 card from my favorite coffee spot
got the 100 card and another 25 card
