That looked much easier to do than I expected. I thought there would be golf ball innards explosively spewing out. Very anticlimactic, and hey bonus points for upcycling the wounded. Perhaps that can be posted on Pinterest
I remember taking a golf ball apart when I was a young kid and it contained a small ball in the center wrapped in what appeared to be like a huge rubber band material.
I did this multiple times and had a goal to see how long of a strand of that rubber I could untwine without breaking it.
@mehdaf I browse the web through many different computers. The video player software got messed up on one of them. This was a noticeable improvement for many sites. For completeness, I also uninstalled the audio system software.
Even though I visit Meh.com everyday, it isn't always convenient to watch the videos the day they get posted. After traveling, I binged watched 4 of them in a row.
@matthew You should have told me you were going to do this, I have a Dremel rotary tool + attachments that would probably be far more effective than that machete
@harrison This is what I was expecting. I lost it when I saw the machete with absolutely no warning as if it was the most logical way to cut a golf ball in half. Which is why this is one of my favorite videos.
I'm sure I'm not the first person to tell you that you're good at what you do, @matthew. And, I dare say, you've found the perfect market for your particular brand of infotainment. I mean that sincerely . . . and positively.
That's the downside: the snark gets so thick around here, one has to be awkwardly explicit to deliver a compliment.
"Awkwardly Explicit" should be the name of a porn company. Maybe Mediocre could pick that up. But I'm expecting royalties.
@joelmw I second that. @matthew and @jasontoon make my day, and create so much of what I love about this site. That is why I totally geeked out when I saw that Midland camera canoe video... It was like Bart Simpson appearing on Southpark, except it didn't suck.
It's a floor wax.
It's a dessert topping.
@TerriblyHuang meh needs to sell the Bassomatic.
Can I have that minute and a quarter of my life back, please?
@SIMBM Every moment is fleeting, man, like sands through the hourglass, these are the days of our lives
@matthew
@TerriblyHuang All we are, is dust in the wind... dude
This was much more entertaining than I expected.
@darksaber99999 credit to SIMBM for expectation management
Please tell me that man dancing with the golf club is stock footage.
It is (glorious) stock footage.
@GiantTarget @matthew I present my favorite stock footage:
BUSINESS!!
@JonT how does he keep a straight face. I do think he is planning to murder them
@JonT Sorry for the shotty work. That gif was huge and hard to edit.
@matthew That actors interpretive dance equaled at least one sale for said stock footage company. He should get a raise.
I just wish he had more looks. Little dance in a lab coat, little dance dressed as Satan, little dance with a speaker dock. I'd buy them all.
@medz this makes me so incredibly happy
"Lets murder them."
Yes... all of them...
@Thumperchick that was a highlight for me. I guess I should watch out for machetes next time @matthew stops by.
CAT TAX?
What, no molten metallic core?
Oh yeah, and how come Meh doesn't sell machetes?
@eyewerks Tomorrow's deal, I bet

@cengland0 it was so entertaining, it was like having a fourth channel on the television set
@cengland0 And the ones with the liquid center... delicious.
Hey, I found an image of one.
That video was hilarious. Great job today with very little subject matter. It might be my favorite.
@matthew 's continuing ambivalence toward the Sport of Kings breaks my heart. Perhaps share the link to the Hi-Bore driver ditty of yesteryear?
Whoa, that's a deep cut
I found it: http://files.woot.com/20061025-9FVAEY.mp3 From WAY BACK IN 2006, yeesh
@matthew NICE! Damn, that's catchy. Can't believe it's that old.
@matthew @Trask Bonus! Nice (especially since I wasn't much of a wooter and didn't catch it the first time).
This is just awesome. I would come watch these even if you didn't sell cheap stuff. Maybe not every single day, but frequently... probably...

though, honestly, probably not as funny

@joelmw that's very nice of you to say. I really appreciate it. Thanks.

I request that the dancing golf guy be in the background of the next @ChadP drum video. That would be epic.
