What's going on here?
4I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I just noticed this on an iPhone when adding a Safari tab.
Viewing meh:
Adding tab:
When adding a tab the meh face turns into a mirrored "meh."
Thought it was interesting, but is there a technical explanation or is this on purpose? If on purpose, pretty cool.

How did you get that snapshot? It looks like you took a photo of your iPhone screen. Say it isn't so.
@cengland0 Isn't so, though they do look a little washed out. If you press the home button and lock button at the same time it takes a screenshot.
@JimCil It's not the problem with it looking washed out. It's how it's trapezoidal which shouldn't happen if you took a real screenshot.
@cengland0 that's a tab view when you only have one tab open.
@cengland0 Oh, ok, that is the effect when adding a tab on an iPhone. If I had multiple tabs open and did not crop the picture it would look like this:
@JimCil Okay, thanks for the explanation. Strange that you didn't open the tab all the way instead of taking a snapshot while in the tab view. Did the face load all the way when you opened it all the way and it's only .heM when it's in the tab view?
@cengland0 That's how the mirror-image has been for me for some time now.
@cengland0 Yes, loaded all of the way and then flips to this when in tab view mode. Have checked the last few days and it has been happening.
maybe it's some strangeness with a cached image of the page displaying in the tab view, with that image having captured the spinning meh button animation just at the right spot
@Lotsofgoats That crossed my mind as well, but two things make me think it isn't that: One, the tab view is dynamic and changes if a different product image is up on the page. Second, the meh button spins so "meh." would be upside down instead of a mirror image. Obviously I've put too much thought into this.
Woah that is cool, I never noticed because I always have more than one tab open and the meh icon was mostly hidden below the screen. I see a mirrored meh on mine too.
It's a secret message. Hey, @studerc, maybe this will give you that long-imagined clue about the next fuku.
Not sure how mobile Safari handles that transform, but just for kicks I did some crazy 3d transforms on the page in Win Chrome… nothing, so if there's a 3d transform/z-index bug at play, seems specific to (mobile?) Safari.
@brhfl You sound like you know what you're talking about, so I will get on board with it.
