I enjoyed sending noods to freinds… still have about 40 lbs of penne pasta myself. (For the end times)… but it was a fun time… any word on if they will bring this back or something similar???
@shawn girl scout cookies are the redemptive arc I need after sending 200 lbs of pasta to my completely unprepared friends. I mean, I’d send it to myself, of course, but I’d give them a box or two for sure.
I think that was Meh trying to give us something fun with an opportunity that came from a real shit sandwich of a situation. Hopefully there is never another opportunity for them to pick up a warehouse full of pasta on the cheap again.
@joebuddah Yeah my IRK today had 10#, 2 TrackR pixels, and another useless USB charger. Last week’s IRK also had 10# of pasta, so we’re well stocked for the next month or two!
With the overseas shipping delays in the last year, ships stuck at sea, trouble in the Suez, things delayed many months, it wouldn’t surprise me if Meh comes up with a few more consumable / expiring soon deals. I’m thinking something equally terrible as candy corn, like Valentines Day/Easter candy late summer, etc.
