I have sent 10ish email about an order that was shipped to the wrong address. My father in law put the address in, incorrect. I was told that it would be resent some time ago to the correct address. Nothing sent as of now.
Have you tried using the tracking number to change delivery or hold for pickup? If a company ships to the address given to them, I'm not sure why the company would ship another one free until the first one is returned to them as undeliverable.
