iPad is actually just the word 'Paid', misspelled. this also explains the weird capitalization of the letter 'P'. it originally began as a bragging right. someone would buy an expensive item, pay for it in cash and the receipt would be stamped 'Paid'. however, one retailer, who just happen to be known for overpricing their wares and having a strangle hold on their hardware, accidentally received a stamp pad that had been lettered as 'iPad' instead of 'Paid'. and the rest is history.
@jont I didn't know who else to complain to, but out of necessity I was forced to buy a new iPad. i jumped on the form only to find out replying to an individuals comment in that narrow comment box is a one shot deal. Editing and reviewing what you've typed is damn near impossible.
@Ryaneil@jonT Agreed - it's very challenging using the text boxes on portable devices. Not sure how to make it better exactly, just sure that the current way is not ideal. Probably the biggest issue is that it's really hard (maybe impossible) to move around within the text after you've written it.
@Ryaneil It's a little harder than it could be for sure. I usually just scroll back through to double check but it's something I've learned to get used to and it could be better. I'll see what we can do about it, but no promises for anything soon.
@JonT It would just be easier to make the "reply" box look like the "comment" box. Maybe one line less. Two lines for text and one for the formatting controls and the "Say it." button

@curtise It's tough on a non-mobile device, too. Maybe we should complain in the site enhancements thread?
@jsh139 enhancement thread was way down the list and i didn't want anyone to think i was playing fruit ninja in getting down to it.
@JonT do we have to get the caps right for you to get an email?
@RyAnEiL let's test it out. Did you get an email from this? :)
@Ryaneil No, caps are necessary, but I'm thinking he wasn't up and at the office yet when you first summoned him.
@Thumperchick Extra comma? Are you saying that the caps are necessary?
@jsh139 missing a word. No, caps are NOT necessary. Sorry about that.
