I got one IRK from Side Deal that was kind of a hidden prize. That one was just OK.
The only IRK I’ve ever managed to get on Meh was literally a box of garbage that someone must have gotten out of the free box at a garage sale.
So, I paid $5 for the honor of throwing out someone else’s junk.

@tweezak It’s all a gamble. In the years I’ve been here, I’ve probably had about 5 which have arrived in the past (and 3 still queued up from previous recent events… until today, I’ve had good luck in recent events).
Of the 5 I’ve actually received, two were pretty awesome ($50+ worth of stuff), one was OK, one was pretty poor (the recent Mar17th one, worth more than $5 but I probably wouldn’t have bought it for $5 knowing the outcome)… and one was literally just pure regret (nothing but completely leaking poo poori, to which I am allergic).
All-in-all though, I think I’ve been fairly lucky though, and it’s been fun trying to win one.
You can’t base an IRK on just one… because yes, some are junk… but some are gold.
@tweezak In one of the recent IRKs I got a Shark Navigator Swivel vacuum and it was pretty great.
I like that vacuum and its motorized head more than my Dyson.
I’ve later noticed that a bottom hinge is cracked.
You see, the IRK did not work as expected. I expected instant regret, but it only came after a day of happy vacuuming the whole house. I still managed to repair it with great plastic-welding putty.
Another IRK had two huge sets of cutlery. (One lacked any forks though). We gifted the full one to our friends who just ought a house.
I don’t care. I’m sulking because you’ve only offered one today when I wasn’t either sleeping or driving.

I think I “caught” all 4+ IRKs in this Mehrathon (including the 1st one), but all of them sold out even if though I did not need to solve captcha.

This is why I ALMOST am not too upset that I have not managed to score one yet…but the hunt is still on!
@cbilyak Never gotten an IRK when they had only 50 for sale so I should just stop wasting my time when that few are for sale.

@cbilyak I think when only 50 are for sale, the fastest computer, internet etc is an important factor.
If you’re including returns from previous sales, then I’d guess 100%

Every time I’ve had an issue with something they’ve resolved it without having to return anything.

I won’t know this time around until others post. With only 50 each time those sell before my page even loads for the most part.

My guess is that the cigarette lighter power adapters will be in many IRKs.
