What happen to your return policy {Necropost}
1I purchased the 2 pairs of Ideation earbuds and they work like a joke. Fully charged but only work for 20 secs top and turn off by themselves
Have been sending the return emails/forms to you guys 4 times but get absolutely no reply. Is it how you handle the return of the defective items that you sell to you VIP member?

Hmm… I wonder if his email said contact the manufacturer, like the last time I had a problem with an item from Meh. It was a TENS unit that would not take a charge.
The last item I needed to return because I (literally) couldn’t use it (it didn’t fit, even though it was otherwise perfect), Meh agreed to a return on my dime, and the (non-refundable) shipping cost turned out to be >30% of the purchase price. Fuck that! I’m going to be really careful about anything else I order, or make sure that it is broken on arrival. Will not buy anything that costs more than $10 or so, so I can just “eat” the cost. Whatta bunch of crap. Yeah, Meh, thanks a bunch. Great CS. Hork.

@bleedmichigan @cbl_wv I think they might be confusing some other website with meh… meh never wants stuff back… they successfully transferred the dumpster duty to the
suckercustomer who bought it.@cbl_wv @thismyusername true anytime I have gotten something damaged not only do they not want it back they don’t even want pictures. At the same time my only damaged item that I remember was a poopuiri that exploded.
@bleedmichigan @cbl_wv @thismyusername I believe the difference in all this is that it wasn’t a damaged or defective product, but rather, what falls into “buyer’s remorse”.
The kicker is this: if I buy something locally and I want to return it, the retailer doesn’t pay for my time, fuel, or wear and tear on my car. So why is it that folks automatically expect free returns from an etailer too?
