Yes, just like Captain Midnight, commander of the Secret Squadron, I know that staying in tip top shape is important, if I am ever called upon to pilot a jet plane across the continent, take the wheel and bring a great ship safely into port, or drive an ambulance to disaster areas, for when the time comes, I’ve got to be ready for it.
So like all members of the Secret Squadron, I drink Ovaltine every day.
And I eat’s me Spinach, so that I’ll be strong to the finach, just like me hero, Popeye, the sailor man.
Same as the rest of the year, but unfortunately less bicycling since I don’t do it in the cold (I use an indoor bike but don’t put as much energy into it as I do the outdoor kind). Same not very good diet.

Since solar is more scarce, I up my intake of Uranium. Maybe Plutonium if I really need a blast of energy.
