Weight loss story


Cause I think of you like family… Yes a little disfunctional, and we always have the weird ones… no names will be given . I wanted to share my success… I’ve tried a lot of diets over the years, this one is working. I’m down 9.5% body weight. I haven’t been this light since 2013. I’m fitting back into the jeans I had in high school; well the ones that didn’t fall apart or weren’t already 4 sizes too large.

How? Intermittent fasting is what it’s called. My Dr recommended it. But I call it the black coffee diet. I only eat between 11 AM and 7 PM. other than that I can drink as much black coffee and water that I want. It’s working. I’ve technically been on it for a little over a month. But I’ve kind of been doin it for 3 months prior (about 1/2 the time, as I was too busy at work to eat breakfast.).

Just wanted to share… that if you haven’t seen a lot of me recently… too late… It’s going away.
