Apparently, it has “three heat settings” if you consider “No added heat” as one of them. Whatevs, a 750W/375W small space heater is useful for us, and $20 is acceptable as a cost.
Note that unlike full-sized 1500W heaters, this personal heater uses 750 watts on its high setting and 375 watts on its low setting. Put this at your feet while sitting at your desk or watching TV, turn down your furnace and you’ll save significantly on your heating bill.
@ellett Can confirm. At least a decade ago, I discovered that a small 500W forced-air heater in the bedroom at night allowed the central heat to be set at a more economical level. (And the small heater didn’t run all the time, either.)
FWIW one reviewer on WalMart noted this heater does not have a thermostat to regulate temperature. If it’s turned on, it heats. Probably some scenarios where you’d want it on a suitable timer.

This deal is hawt yakko!
Looks like it draws 750 Watts. Which is pretty good considering it doesn’t have hands.

Do we have to verify age to buy a “personal heater”?
@phendrick As long as you don’t tell us what you’re going to do with it, no.
