Truth be told, local building codes combat this in a few ways including simply running your AC, utilizing fans/exhausts, or opening windows. Yeah, it’s not very difficult to facilitate minimal air circulation.
All that said, if you’re buying this it’s to have freshER air. If you’re buying it because you actually have stale air, you have larger issues to deal with.
