A few years ago I had a colleague with an apiary. I’m a beer brewer so I got close to 20 pounds of raw honey to make 5 or so gallons of mead since I already had all the equipment. You need to degas it as it ferments. But I learned you need to degas it slowly. I degassed it quickly. VOLCANO!
If you have never mopped your ceiling, you need to ferment more.

@shahnm 13 seconds in and I was sure that drone was toast! Not sure how it survived, but noticed it never got quite that close after that.
