I'm seriously always really stumped by people who post on a company message board about account issues. I just don't understand it. Why wouldn't you go through the regular steps? I'm not knocking people or mocking them or making fun or anything. I'm genuinely confused.
@Bingo I don't get it either. You wouldn't wander into a retail store and just start loudly talking about your issue. Though... that would be mildly entertaining.
@Bingo and even if for some reason you did think the forum was the place for it, why not add to the already created thread. The forum here and at mediocre are a wall of VMP threads.
