so, I know this is an old item but I just emailed Virmee a few days ago asking how I would go about getting a replacement USB charging cable for this watch. since they use a proprietary connector I can’t just buy a standard USB cable and I was unable to find 1 for sale on their website. they responded back asking me for my amazon order ID and when I told them I purchased it on meh they told me I needed to contact meh support for warranty services. this doesn’t seem like anything meh would be able to help me out with. I don’t actually need a cable at the moment, but I had a minute where I thought I had lost the cable and that’s what got me to go to their site to see about how I would order a replacement if I did lose it at some point.
any suggestions on what I can do to get them to help me?
The charging cable for your watch kind of looks like the one I got with a Chrono-Max Smartwatch in an IRK. If you think it might work, I’ll be happy to send it to you.
@heartny oh wow. I just kinda figured that the cable was custom to the watch, I’ve never had a smartwatch before so this is the 1st time I have seen this type of connector. I just searched ebay for smartwatch charging cable and I see a bunch listed there for really cheap. so, thanks! you kinda answered my question. if I ever lose this cable I can replace it pretty easily.

So, did you …
?
@mike808 not yet, doesn’t really seem like a warranty issue. I guess if there are no other suggestions then I will try it.

@heartny Can confim it looks like it might work. The two big outer metal parts are magnets. The power connectors are the two tiny ones in the middle.
