The last I’ve seen have said “members only” Prior to that is was emphasized that members are different than VMP.
Therefore, it’s probably not available for VMP, just members.
That’s the logic I’m following!

Judging from the total spent on each batch of IRKs, most people who buy it are members. $540-580 total for 100 IRKs makes it seem like nearly everyone is just paying $5+tax
