I bought the big teapot for myself and considering the horrid track record Pitney Bowes has, if it arrives in one piece then I will count myself lucky.

I emailed their customer service department and included the order #. A CS rep emailed me back a few days later and issued a replacement. The replacement arrived broken at the handle the same way as the first one so I emailed again and they issued a refund. They did not want either broken pot returned.
@hilwil@Keyeno@LongIslandDad late to the game here, but I used my orders and clicked the I need help with this and a few days later I was asked for pics, just got a non broken replacement today
I wonder what the story is behind this brand. I came up with https://www.trivoc.com/ based on searching for the company name (the label had http://www.victorandvictoria.co/ which seems to be long gone), so maybe the Victor & Victoria line was their ill-fated attempt to break into the Western market. Pity, as it’s a fine teapot, with a fresh aesthetic and a solid feel to its handle and body. Their loss is a mehtizen’s gain!
Now I’m real curious about the coffee pot in the same line. The difference is that the coffee pots looked taller (but with the same 0.5/1 liter volume) and their filters have an extra layer of mesh. I bet the teapot filter makes cold brew just fine, since I heard you want to use a coarser grind for that anyway.
My large teapot just arrived (7/21/20)! A circuitous journey that had it landing in St. Paul, MN once, then back to origin and all over again. But it was very well packaged and everything inside in perfect shape.
The styling is unusual, but fits well with my contemporary house and me. Goes with my simple all white dishes. The more traditional teapot roses/frou-frou/gold just looks awkward here.
The structure inside looks like it will nicely contain loose tea and work well. I’m looking forward to a fine cup of tea tomorrow.
I have yet to receive my items… which is odd b/c most of my deliveries have either been right on time or early. The delivery span was June 18th thru July 20th and we’re now on July 23rd. I’ve not received any notice about delayed shipping or any other information. Can I be directed to either an update on my purchase or how to get a refund?

I bought the tea pot for my daughter and it arrived with a broken handle.
@LongIslandDad Contact support and they’ll get you sorted when they can.

@LongIslandDad same, bought one of each and both arrived broken
@LongIslandDad The handle for mine was broken too. Maybe its the look. Like a… deconstructed tea pot or something fancy kids are into.
@Keyeno @LongIslandDad How did you file with meh that yours was broken? Mine is too

Update: Somehow, it came through in one piece.
