Hey, I’ve never posted before. But including those Trackr things that are literally useless in the IRK is kind of bumming me out. This is the first thing I couldn’t at least donate to a thrift store.
It hurt a bit when I looked them up and found out that people also thought they were useless when the company folded in 2021. It’s been 2 years, just throw them in the dumpster
I’ve head they work with an android, haven’t tried it, thought about powering up an old one just to use in WiFi for when I lose things in the house but haven’t gone to the trouble, yet.
I’m using Swiftfinder on a Pixel 7 Pro, and aside from the phone intermittently complaining that Swiftfinder “keeps stopping” (which appears to be normal behavior from what I can tell), it seems to be working with the TrackR tags pretty well. The battery life on the TrackRs leaves a bit to be desired, and their “find me” signal isn’t anywhere near as loud as I’d like, but they do work.
Yup! Got a bunch in my first (and last) IRK!
Just got a box of 30, already had a box of 20 something on the shelf.
I feel like too many of you don’t understand what an IRK actually is. Or what the acronym stands for.
/giphy let me enlighten you

@haydesigner Oh shit, maybe I finally just felt the real regret.

@mjarndt
/giphy doing it wrong

@PHRoG I’ve made several mistakes
I’ve had my share of sand kicked in my face
In the past, folks have used the SwiftFinder app. Not sure if it’s still current either, however.
It turns out that I instantly regretted this kit and forgot that I bought what I bought. Please ignore this thread. I got exactly what I purchased.
