The weirdest deal I've posted- myUPS premium account
11I ran across this deal today thanks to Dealnews pointing it out, and it fits in nicely here on Meh- it’s rather mediocre for most people, but awesome for a certain group of people.
For $10 (normally $40/year), you can get unlimited re-directing to a second address, rescheduling any delivery to a different day for free, and every SurePost package can now be upgraded to a UPS Ground package. You also get two free 2 hour confirmed delivery windows per year.

It’s a deal but… I’m not so sure it’s a deal. I’ve never really felt the need to do any of those tasks on anywhere near a regular basis.
This goat is passing.
@jbartus goodbye goat
I got this deal somehow recently as well. I love UPS mychoice, and for $10 per year it is worth it. Rescheduling and surepost upgrades are awesome.
I get packages from UPS all the time. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks! I’ve been looking out for that deal for a while. It’s great if you order a lot from amazon
Thanks, good deal for $10.
Since I already have a My UPS account I had to upgrade from the “UPS My Choice” box on the My UPS tab of the site. The link above gave me an error stating my address was already in use.
I need a way to downgrade UPS to Surepost so my Amazon deliveries will go to my PO Box instead of being thrown on the porch. Half the time they don’t even ring the doorbell anymore.
Will this work for that?
@2many2no It should if I’m reading the site right- you would just take advantage of the unlimited redirection/ 2nd address feature. Every package could be pointed to wherever you wanted it to go.
@2many2no couldn’t you just list your po box for your address? That way they’d send it with USPS.
@Pantheist Amazon has both addresses and somehow chooses which to use. I know some items are not deliverable to a PO Box, but the selection of box vs. porch seems random.
Oh well, 1st world problem, not a big deal.
