@JonT This is my daughter driving the robot back to the parking lot after the 2013 Detroit Maker Faire. The robot is towing a garden cart with the stuff from my robot club's booth.
@hamjudo That year, the Raspberry Pi computer just controlled the display (folded down in this picture, for better pot hole resistance) and the camera. My daughter is using an RC car controller to control the motors. This year, the robot's motors were controlled through the Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi was told what to do over WiFi from my phone and/or tablet.
I would never tease or antagonize my Roomba. The very thought! Aw, now you woke him up. "Sh-sh-shhh sweetheart, it's ok, meh didn't mean anything by the poll. There, there."
@laurosaurus I had one of those from Tyco back in the day. It was my gift from my Grandma/Aunt combined that year. It was Awesome. Until a week later. The battery died while on the pond. After 10 minutes of use. And it sank. Ruined.
I got some remote controlled flying saucers from Woot a while back and I played with one. It was fun until it caught fire. Good thing I was in the backyard, close to the hose.
I'll stick with the classics, RC Dune Buggy. I had a Tyco Super Turbo Hopper way back, and we beat that thing to death on beach vacations. It would have sand coming out it for months afterwards.
Trains! The new controllers even allow you to trigger pig sounds from the stock cars and a conductor who yells "All aboooooard!" What more needs to be said?
I want remote control kids.
Fun for about 10 minutes until it falls from 30 feet up.
This (or something like it): http://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Vibrator-Wearable-Butterfly-Massager/dp/B00P3QY45S
(Not a vehicle, but fun... and remote controlled... and it can get you places...)
@baqui63 I couldn't find this one at first, but it is even better: cell phone controlled: http://www.vibease.com/
Tanks. With airsoft main guns
Robots.
@hamjudo I still really wanna see pictures of your robot army.

@hamjudo I don't have much of a robot army. There were some of Jim's robots in that white plastic bin.
I am actually having a lot of fun with Quadcoptors

RC hovercraft. Unbeatable in the toy hierarchy.

FPV quadcopters FTW.
Sexy, hot looking flesh-like Japanese female androids.
@unkabob Is that Auntie?
@2many2no .. Nada, radio controlled cousin-in-law
@unkabob

I'll admit I have fun with my Son's RC trucks

Heck yeah! Love my RC boat!
Pathfinder, Spirit, Sojourner, Opportunity and Curiosity. I'd give up all my toys to play with those remote controls.
@rockblossom tru dat!
@rockblossom This is my real answer, that would be so amazing.
Sharks.
Remote controlled flying lawnmower. Flying Lawn Mower:
yep
Quadcopter. Although the flying roboshark is intriguing. Kitty doesn't like the quad as much as the little "regular" helicopter though.
I've never flown one but a drone with live weapons must be a rush.
Found this video of cows and an RC car. Damn funny!
@Teripie Great find!
@Teripie Must of been a border collie at the controls.
