The ones on the West coast are all left over movie props.

I am moderately surprised that nobody seems to have yet advanced the opinion that both could be true. I’m sure that there are people to whom that revelation would be attractive. Some of us, however, continue to put out bird feed. It seems terribly unlikely that drones can be powered by it. Aside from which, the nature of the decorations deposited upon our vehicles has not changed, and I do not believe that the drone technology has improved enough to accurately mimic that particular part of the natural world’s operation.
