That idiot Trump has payroll taxes up his ass-same place where his head is
24Neither Democrats or Republicans wanted this, but Trump had this half baked idea in his pea sized brain for months. However it ends up being handled, it is a disaster waiting to happen.
- Only helps those employed not those who don’t have jobs.
- Only deferred-not forgiven-what happens when the employees have to pay back amount forgiven in one lump sum.
- It is going to be an accounting nightmare keeping track of the deferrals especially if each employee has an option of whether to do it or not.
- If forgiven-who gets hurt-the social security trust fund and those receiving social security-long after Trump is gone.
And yet Republican are mostly silent while this want-to-be "dick"tator takes control of items that were specifically Congresses responsibility.
Flush this toilet turd and all the POS that support him down the crapper November 3rd.

I’m sure this topic will lead to a balanced, calm, and open conversation.
@Thumperchick You think? I tried to keep my comments civil and not say anything that wasn’t true. BTW-I am a CPA and this is going to make doing payroll and the accounting for it a living nightmare for my clients and me.
@Thumperchick It already did- the first comment was right on the midline, fair and balanced, and since it didn’t espouse armed revolt or immediate violence, seemed quite restrained and nuanced to me- given the current circumstances.
@Felton10
At the top of my blood-stirring hates right now are (1) lawyers and (2) anything to do with taxes. I guess a tax attorney would climb to the very top if I thought about if for long. A CPA who does taxes must be a close cousin to a tax lawyer. All of the above tend to benefit from other people’s misery.
I’m sure your take-home pay benefits greatly from the steaming mess our tax system is in right now.
As well as this little ditty: https://www.propublica.org/article/congress-is-about-to-ban-the-government-from-offering-free-online-tax-filing-thank-turbotax (subtitled, Why I tend to dislike pretty much ALL politicians, Blue, Red, or Purple). Gee, I wonder how that bill got passed? (Can you spell “lobbyist donations”?)
Note the part in the article that points out that the IRS already has pretty much all the information that the usual, non-itemizing tax payer would need, even though those people are required to cough it up again. Including to the Free File orgs.
Funny you only single out one of the many egregious tax issues – I guess it is the most political one you could find.
@Felton10 @phendrick Tax accountants just implement the rules on the income of others. They had nothing to do with making the rules. Most of the people I have ever run into try to help their clients pay the least amount of taxes legally allowed. Seems to me the hatred should be towards the people who wrote the rules we have to follow rather than hating the messenger.
@Kidsandliz @phendrick When an idiot like Trump tries to circumvent the process of how taxes legislation is inacted without application the rules and regulations to successfully implement such new laws-yes I take exception to that. Obviously you have never used or probably needed professional help to prepare your taxes. Not sure what you do for a living, but I hope people don’t hate your avocation with as little information as you have about what I do.
@Felton10 @Kidsandliz Read my post again; I never claimed that tax preparers make any of the rules, just that they benefit from the mess. I don’t even think that Congress makes the line by line rules, at least not directly. Probably all done by Washington paper pushers, with lobbyist input.
Why have I always heard so many complaints about even the IRS help line people not all being able to give the same answer to a question on new tax codes? And the fact that powers-that-be cannot even decide on the current rules before the latest tax forms and publications have to be printed.
I repeat, it’s a mess, and has been that way ever since I’ve been paying taxes. And I don’t think whoever was president had much to do with that.
Retired college math prof. (Not every student’s favorite course, if you actually try to teach them something, which I would do from the first day of the semester. Yeah, I was that guy. I used to tell my non-STEM colleagues, How many of your students come up to you after the first day of class to specifically tell you how much they have always hated YOUR discipline, literature or sociology or history or whatever? I had that pretty much every course, every semester.)
@Felton10 @phendrick So what you are saying is that people and corporations doing their taxes their taxes should be on their own because otherwise accountants and tax preparers would benefit and thus should be condemned for choosing a career in accounting? Pretty much all people working in all professions benefit because no one can be an expert in everything, no one wants to do everything, and no one has the time to do everything themselves…
Doctors benefit from illness, math college faculty benefit from from college/university required math classes (because otherwise there’d be a much smaller need for math faculty), IT support benefits from poorly written code and poorly written user manuals, garbage collectors benefit from the unwillingness of people to drag their weekly trash to the dump since the city government has a rule that says we aren’t allowed to throw it in the street, etc. etc. etc.
Likely some of the IRS helpline hiring represents nepotism at its finest and is also an example of how hard it can be to fire incompetent government employees - especially since their supervisor can’t monitor all calls to see if these folks are actually giving out the correct answers to then take corrective action if they don’t. You get that when you call comcast, apple computer, and a host of other companies too.
@Kidsandliz @phendrick Having lived in the DC area for my entire life before I moved to Florida can tell you that having a government job was a way for some very unqualified people if they stayed with the government for their entire career was to get a retirement fully funded by the government (not that way now) for somewhere around 80% (could be higher or lower-can;t remember the exact of their
highest 5 years average salary which could go higher depending on how much sick and vacation leave they have left when they retire. Plus guaranteed in-step increases, 4 day work weeks if you come in an hour earlier and leave an hour later each day (paper reading time), two hour lunches. Plus with with 30 year in you could retire at age 55 with gov’t health insurance a lot cheaper than most people pay. Lots of people were making 6 figure salaries-more than they could have ever made in the private sector.
Calling the IRS for tax questions is a mixed bag-most of the time the people on the phone have to look up the answer in the same publications you have access to yourself. If the answer doesn’t seem right or the person seems unsure of what they are telling you-call again.
@Felton10 @phendrick Yeah I’ve done the call the IRS twice and then if the answers conflict I call more times and go with the majority answer. I tend to view it as votes for the correct answer on the test. Actually I have had better luck on the turbo tax community website - although recently my taxes have been simple so no need for questions (and no need to buy turbo tax for a bunch of years either).
This state I live in is no better about not getting rid of people not doing their job. OMG the year I had cancer #3 it was a good thing I picked up up my own CT scan results from medical records (I had asked when they’d be ready and went to medical records that day as I couldn’t stand the wait and they had 2 weeks to call me after results were back) as it took them 5 months to call me!! And that is with me calling them repeatedly just to see what they’d say (meanwhile I had scheduled a biopsy, etc.).
It took 2 months for the the director of the clinic to take this as anything beyond a simple oversight. Then she discovered 198 people with pos test results hadn’t been called. She told me to stop calling to find out the results and let her know when I was finally called. SAY WHAT? They didn’t fire the person on the spot??? What if they couldn’t get hold of some of those people? What if they delay killed someone or made their problems worse? BTW that person who didn’t call me is still working there.
My mom always says, “I am sure the doctor’s office will call me if there is a problem.”. She would have been screwed had this happened to her as she never would have known. Some of those 197 other people likely never would have known had I not made a repeated stink either (I am sure there were at least some others like me who got hold them them despite them not calling).
Of course around here we have had some other hiring scandals - the biggest has been forged lab tech, respiratory tech, etc. credentials where the forgeries were done by HR no less. Then they get someone to give them a quick crash course on what they have to do. I am reasonably sure I have had to deal with several of the former and one of the later (all state employees). Of course hiring all your friends and families regardless of expertise is common here too in all sorts of jobs both inside and outside of the government.
@Felton10 While I’m quite sure you know I agree with you on this subject, I think we might be better off leaving all the politics related posts confined to the existing threads.
@cinoclav I know a lot of posts and even my previous posts are about fun, lighthearted, or nonsensical things. But with the disaster that unfolds with the Trump Presidency on an almost daily basis, burying posts in existing threads that will eventually effect us all in some way seems to be counterproductive to addressing those issues.
@Felton10 The problem is, while you and I totally see eye to eye on Chump, the only thing we’re doing here is pissing off those that don’t want to see a glut of political posts in these forums. Some may agree with us, some may not. No matter how many threads are started, those that are so willfully ignorant of his treasonous behavior aren’t going to be swayed between now and November. The other threads aren’t so long that new comments will get lost. We can keep them active with our continued disgust.
Devil’s Advocate:
“Only helps those employed not those who don’t have jobs”
DA: Many employees have had hours cut but are still working. Since UI doesn’t withhold for Fica, this deferment could equalize things a bit.
“Only deferred-not forgiven-what happens when the employees have to pay back amount forgiven in one lump sum”
DA: Possible but unlikely; whomever won (Rs or Ds) would have a hard time politically coming after the money. My guess is would allow it for remainder of 2020 and then end it.
“It is going to be an accounting nightmare keeping track of the deferrals especially if each employee has an option of whether to do it or not.”
DA: Not that hard from a software point of view. No more difficult than tracking say, individual child support obligations.
“If forgiven-who gets hurt-the social security trust fund and those receiving social security-long after Trump is gone.”
DA: Agreed. I think it’s reckless to tamper with SS funding at any point and especially now during the baby boomer squeeze and rising longevity
@user1625 To counter some of your arguments, this equalizes nothing-if they don’t make employees pay this back, then the social security trust fund loses money and social security goes broke sooner even if it isn’t extended beyond this year.
Have you seen the new Form 941 for the 2nd qtr-totally unrecognizable during to the CARE’s act payroll changes. Imagine what this will do to it.
I read that indiv employees may have the option of whether to participate or not rather than having the company make the decision for everyone, can you imagine having to go to each employee for what they want to do. As as far as accounting for it-who knows how my payroll program is going to handle it. It still has to be shown as a liability on the company’s books as owned to the government even if not withheld from the employee’s pay.
Again I can’t see this helping the people who need it most-the people who don’t have jobs and aren’t paid. If they really want to put more money in the pockets of those who need it most-the unemployed-how about not taxing unemployment benefits as they do now.
@user1625
The debil already has that orange-skinned Chump advocating for him- so you need not bother.
@Felton10
I am in full agreement on not taking any money from Social Security. I think it’s reckless and I believe that it is unconstitutional via an E/O in that it impinges on congress’ authority. You’re right in the macro sense that there is no equalization; money is merely being transferred. That being said, if the deferment were in place,what I meant regarding equalization in the local sense was that if you had say, two 600 checks, one for UI, one for W2 wages, the UI net is greater because it has no payroll taxes withheld and thus the deferment would “equalize” the two income streams. For individuals in the 15-20 hour wage bracket working reduced hours, this could help a lot.
Regarding the payroll documentation headaches, I used to actually write payroll software and the way I pictured it was that I would create a new liability account as of the date of the change, add an off/off deferment toggle on each employee and then funnel those employees’ deferred payroll tax amounts into the revised liability account to keep the P&L synced. At the beginning of the year, I assume the IRS would provide guidance. The software patch to make the change I described is pretty straightforward and would take about 4 hours to write and test. Of course I don’t want to be flippant about it; I realize that if someone was using software that wasn’t supported or took a while to be patched, it would be a big headache to track the revised payroll taxes as you have described.
I don’t know if you are aware of this but unemployment used to not be taxable. I’ve always thought that it making it taxable was a mistake so I agree with you there as well.
@user1625 I think I do remember when unemployment compensation was non taxable-that was around the time I used carbon paper to insure I had a copy of the tax return I was preparing.
Can’t you go be political somewhere else? Yeah Trump sucks. Yeah Biden sucks. And Obama, and Bush They all suck.
Save it for for some other forum.
I don’t come to the meh forums for this crap. It’s for fun.
There are a damn near intimate number of sites for that.
Seriously, tell me why it has to be here?
@D_a_v_e It doesn’t have to be here but should be here because everything Trump does has real world consequences which effect us all. Not like the post about Fenris the blow up animal who had celebrated his 10th birthday (which I loved BTW and commented on). And since you think everyone sucks, you may not be the right person to express your opinion on anything.
@D_a_v_e Yeah!! Take it over to Suckerberg’s page!! That’s where all the political belongs!!
@D_a_v_e tell us more about these ‘intimate’ sites… Do I need to enable private browsing?
@D_a_v_e yeah, all politicians suck, but Trump is the only one who is a douchey Internet troll. Kids don’t understand bad policies, but they can recognize a bully easily. He is setting the worst example for the younger generation.
@D_a_v_e @medz Hence his true desire to get rid of TikTok.
@curtise @D_a_v_e Think he was referring to Jerry Falwell Jr’s site of “Show me yours and I’ll show you mine”-a favorite of Trump supporters everywhere.
@D_a_v_e it’s so difficult to scroll by things you don’t want to read, amiright?
@D_a_v_e It was clear from the title what it was- don’t want to read political stuff- don’t click on it
@curtise Incognito browsing too!
@D_a_v_e
you don’t have to read the thread either.
I respectfully disagree with this piece of advice given by @Felton10. If your toilet is functional, please flush all turds immediately. Do not wait almost three months and do it on November 3rd. Environmental conservation is important but I feel the hygenic benefits outweigh them in this particular instance.
I will get off my soapbox now.
@njfan Of course you are right. My mistake. Flush ASAP.
@njfan Agreed. Leaving floaters for the next person is downright rude, just flush it.
@njfan
/giphy if it’s brown flush it down
Don’t vote for Trump.
@medz …or whoever else his campaign is supporting to try and divert votes from Biden!
minus all the just hating trump.
what polices do you support that biden wants to put forth?
@mick
I honestly can’t think of very many opportunities to vote in the last 30 - 40 years where the choice wasn’t the lessor of 2 evils. Even locally
@mick
Biden would like to hold an election in November. Biden would like to keep and improve on Obama Care.
Biden would like to keep the postal service.
Biden would like to help the environment instead of revoking protections.
While Biden has not come right out and said so, I can not imagine Biden would funnel the US’s tax dollars into Trump’s pockets.
Biden would not end Social Security and Medicaid.
Awe, your paid job with reduced taxes got a little harder while millions are suffering. FU and your political esposal. Did you add a solution or just felt like bitching out your left cheek
As for Trump being a bully, HA! The radical left and hatred thrown his way, and he’s not allowed to punch back? FU and your preemptive attacks of activism.
@Woody1 Thank you! Couldn’t have said it better, myself.
@Woody1 I am sure you will be a happier person when you can return to your minimum wage job, repair your 20 year old car and try to have dental work done on the 5 remaining teeth in your mouth. And BTW Trump hits back with name and insults even when some one makes a constructive suggestion because he is such an insecure little man insure of his own abilities.
@cjester66 @Woody1
No, he isn’t. He’s the President of the United States, not a fucking toddler throwing a tantrum.
It’s not pre-emptive activism. It’s after-the-fact reaction to failed inaction and utterly failed leadership, with a Republican Senate as enablers and accomplices, undermining every American value at every opportunity.
The man has replaced opportunity with oppression in everything he says and does his entire life. It is who he is, a narcissist sociopath, with no concern for the suffering of tens of millions or deaths of 150,000+ Americans.
Hate to break it to you, snowflake, but America is going to open up a huge can of Trump-B-Gone on Nov 3.
@mike808 @Woody1 And you think the best choice for the country is Joe Biden? Or are you going to throw your vote away on an independent that can’t possibly win? I’d rather have a fighter as President than what the left is pretending is a solution.
@cjester66 @mike808 @Woody1 You want a fighter as a President. Boy are your standards low. I want some who thinks about what is best for the American people rather than what is best for him or makes him richer. If you want a fighter for President-how about Ingemar Johansson. Oh-wait he is dead. Even so he would be more effective than Trump.
@cjester66 @Woody1
Absolutely without question, Biden is 100% better than the current resident destroying America’s insititions, democratic principles, the economy, the tax base, the jobs, our standing in the world, a valued and respected international partner, … you name it. There is no low to which Trump will not stoop to.
The man is a walking, lying, thieving shitshow that makes GW Bush 43 look like JFK in comparison.
I don’t think you can say with a straight face that you believe Trump in the Axios interview is really firing on all cylinders?
But it is OK. You are clearly traumatized by buyer’s remorse. You don’t have to be ashamed and go down to the seafloor hitching your wagon to the Trumptanic out of false pride. You were bamboozled by a con man and used like one of Epstein’s little girls.
There is help for you. You are not alone.

@cjester66 @mike808 @Woody1 A ‘fighter’ with a bone spur who is not willing to fight and would go to inspect (hide in) a bunker at the slightest hint of a fight.

@mike808 @Woody1 Biden is a liar a bigot and a three-time loser running for president once again. You must be so proud.
A separate issue with social security is that what you pay in affects what you get out. While reducing that for a short while isn’t going to affect you that much in the future, messing with what such a large number of people rely on for most of their retirement money isn’t wise (not to mention the other problem that so much less money is being paid in now due to the unemployment level). It is a heck of a lot easier to suffer when younger (although it still isn’t easy) than trying to work at 80 or 85 because you don’t have enough to make ends meet.
Not paying into Medicare (eg covers Medicare A) if that is forever forgiven it could mean more people have to pay premiums for that once you are eligible to receive Medicare A. (You have to pay into it 40 quarters - or your spouse does - for that to be free). For those already having to (or will have to) pay premiums for A those could go up. And the odds would be higher that the deductible would go up for A as well. If less money comes in (and costs are going up due to covid) the costs have to be covered somehow. If the government isn’t paying for it, the users have to pay.
Also since Medicare Gap costs (for most plans) are affected by the Medicare A deductible those premiums costs could go up as well.
As an aside - Medicare A only covers hospitalization with a deductible of $144.60 per hospitalization. Doctor offices visits and outpatient is covered by B with an unlimited 20% out of pocket if someone isn’t in an Advantage plan or doesn’t buy one of the Gap insurances. Gap plans range from limiting out of pocket for A&B to B’s deductible (used to have one gap that even covered that) to having a total out of pocket limit. If the deductible for A goes up then Gap costs go up too.
PS neither Republicans or the Democrats are in favor of the payroll social security/medicare tax holiday, especially if it becomes permanent and doesn’t have to be paid back ever. Both parties understand the consequences of that for senior and the disabled health care. Medicare has enough problems with respect to health care and adding to them isn’t going to help. At least Congress understands that and wasn’t going to even put that on the table.
On the other hand Trump wants to permanently cut both social security and Medicare benefits and this is certainly a place to start that process. The consequences would be catastrophic (which is why congress, both parties, aren’t in favor of this and it wasn’t even on the table with either side). Most people now don’t have pensions and saving enough for 30 years of retirement is very difficult for most. And for most of those retired or who are disabled Medicare (or if they have less than $2000 in assets Medicare with Medicaid) the only health insurance available is Medicare.
As an aside: Medicare health outcomes (due to how that program is structured) already aren’t the greatest. Study after study find that for chronic conditions and cancer outcomes for patients that rely on Medicare are very similar to or are not statistically different from being uninsured (Medicaid outcomes are 12% better and best are those with private insurance are 30% better (than Medicare) in one study I saw for one of the cancers I have). Likely those with Medicare B and Gap F or G (no or very limited out of pocket costs) have better outcomes than those with A only or A&B only (B covers anything out patient with an unlimited 20% copay, A covers inpatient with a $1408 deductible for each hospital stay, presuming they are somewhere that accepts medicare and all doctors who see them accept it), but D (drugs) independently contribute to that problem.
The problem with D is that the government won’t allow the companies that offer D negotiate drug prices with Pharma. As a result in many cases coupon programs like GoodRx offer cheaper prices than Medicare D programs do. Also the formularies are generally more limited than private insurance. Many find that their price of drugs goes up 5-10 times what it had cost them on private insurance. As a result many people don’t take the drugs they need to take because they can’t afford them.
A side issue is that if someone lets B or D drop (or doesn’t sign up when they are supposed to) they pay a lifetime financial penalty. Also if someone lets their gap policy (there are many different gap policies) drop they have to pass medical underwriting to get a gap policy back. If they can’t then the medicare A &B deductible are their responsibility plus an unlimited 20% copay for anything done outpatient (which could include surgery, chemo, CT scan, blood work, etc. not just doctor offices visits). A raised Medicare A deductible would make health care even more out of reach for these folks.
As a result I am against Medicare for all. I, however, am in favor of health care for all.
@Kidsandliz
not exactly true
it also covers home health
@Cerridwyn Which? I presume you mean Medicare A? I don’t know all the finer details as I didn’t google so thanks for the addition (there are probably other things covered I didn’t mention as well). I was looking more at financial consequences of these potential actions (saying potential as I imagine this action will likely be challenged in court due to rules on who can do what in the government) on the two programs both now and potentially in the future.
@Kidsandliz
yeah
home health is a unique service in that it is billed under part A if you have it. If you only have part B, it is billed under part B (with no copay in either case)
@Kidsandliz That’s not true. What you make determines your social security payout.
When we had the temporary reduction of the employee portion previously it didn’t negatively impact your future earnings and this wouldn’t either.
@MrMark I only realized this evening hearing it on the news that this tax holiday is temporary rather than permanent and eventually employers and employees will have to pay it back. What it will do though, if that non-payment is forgiven, is reduce the amount of money in the the program (that is what I was meaning, although apparently I wasn’t even close to clear about that). Eventually, unless congress acts, it will mean SS will run out of money sooner and so SS benefits will be cut sooner. Based on the lack of speed congress is they will need all the time they can get to address this issue.
@Kidsandliz @MrMark The couple of things the idiots on Trump’s team neglected to mention is that if indiv have to end up paying this back it will come due as an add on to their 2020 taxes so those expecting refunds might not get any or ever owe money. In the unlikely even the taxes are forgiven this money might be taxed as additional income although there is some difference of opinion on that.
You must be unemployed, and a asshole.
@m3lodi3R3n31 Well said.
A post that starts off with name-calling speaks to the intelligence of the poster. You sir, mam, it… are the reason Trump will win again. Hope you enjoy.
@cjester66 That logic doesn’t exactly speak well of Trump, does it? It sounds like you’re in agreement that Trump is an idiot, as name-caller in chief.
@cjester66 Since Trump panders to his base by calling names and insulting people in every speech he gives, the only way to get his supporters attention is to do likewise. It got your attention enough to respond didn’t it?
@Felton10 How ironic that your very first sentence in your post was an insult. Of all the internet out there, this is the place you chose to do this?
@jnicholson0619
@Felton10 Four years and the best the “liberals” can come up with is Joe Biden. That’s insult enough. You might as well have run Hillary again.
@Felton10 @jnicholson0619 felty, please, show us on the doll where your daddy made you kiss him?
@berbes @jnicholson0619 Is that the same place where all Senate Republican and Trump supporters have their lips attached to Trump or on the other side where Malaria Tramp does her best work?
@cjester66 I could say the same about Republican and Trump 4 years ago-you had 16 other people and the best you could come up with some who admitted on tape he like to grab women’s genitals on purpose. And anyone dead or alive would be better than Trump. And yes Hillary’s supposed misdeeds pale in comparison to the crimes Trump has committed while in office.
@cjester66 @Felton10 Literally the only thing Trump could bitch about in regards to Hillary was the email situation. He and his people have not only done the same thing, they’ve amplified it tenfold.
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-congress-email/congress-expands-probe-of-white-house-personal-email-use-idUSKCN1TW3QH
@Felton10 Hillary is the reason Trump is president. She didn’t belong in the white house any more than Biden does. Biden is a liar, really likes little girls, can’t keep his hands or nose to himself, and he’s a bigot. Nice choice. Four fucking years of bitching and you pick him. Wow. No wonder you say that anybody is better than Trump, you have nobody.
@cjester66 @Felton10 Project much?
You spelled “Trump” wrong.
@cjester66-What is wrong with you-did you drink the bleach as Trump suggested, were you dropped on your head as baby or were you just born that way. Yes-Biden is not by ideal candidate, but even a turd fished out of the toilet is better than Trump. Everything that you said about Biden is dead on correct about Trump. I really feel sorry for you. You should get some professional help soon assuming you are not already in a cell with padded walls which is what I suspect. No one with all their marbles could have written what you wrote.
wow, all the incest victims lashing out at the president make me sad. please tell your guidance counselor at school!!
@berbes The entire country is an incest victim of Trump. He has been fucking us for 4 years, but you are too low information to understand that. You must have gotten your degree at Trump U. He took all your money and what little brains you had left and left you with nothing.
@berbes Gislaine? Is that you?
You know you aren’t allowed unsupervised use of the internet.
@mike808 mikey, did the daddy sodomy hurt? even after all the spit you used??
@Felton10 you tell us, as you are the incest victim, darling. you take a retail website and show us how daddy messed with you. that is sad and another reason why you libkids needed spankings. now, you merely pay for those . it didn’t help that your uncle and his sister are your parents.
@berbes This is the best argument you have? Pathetic, grade school level attempts at insults making fun of pedophilia? Ironic that you’re doing so in support of a man who actually had sex with underage girls and had to threaten them to drop the lawsuit against him.
@berbes @cinoclav Pervs of a feather flock together. He probably got off on that Jerry Falwell Jr picture.
@cinoclav daarling, it’s ok if you enjoyed it a bit
@berbes I’m still waiting. I’m sure you have it in you to come up with something better. The more you continue with the same theme, the more idiotic you sound. C’mon buddy - you can do it! We believe in you!
@berbes @cinoclav He is a typical trumpster-no brains, no balls, shit for brains and nothing but shit coming out of his mouth.
@cinoclav @Felton10 aww, poor poor libkid. ask mommy when she gets home from the back alley about my balls…she seemed to enjoy them dragging across her chin .
@cinoclav so, no one believed you, did they? it’s ok, pumpkin. perhaps you should understand you are libshitting on a retail website? act like a child, be treated like one. kinda like your $5 mom/whore.
i can’t wait to see your next retort. it’s almost like you have…FRIENDS
@berbes Are you out of your teens yet? Honest question. I really want to know. Your replies are so incredibly immature I have difficulty believing you’ve had any real life experiences. Mom, ball, and incest comments are not the least bit insulting. They do nothing but show your low level of intelligence.
Btw, considering this is the first time you’ve opened your mouth in these forums, although you’ve been on this site for over a year, you may not have noticed that the conversations here go far beyond retail.
@berbes @cinoclav Only a bleeding heart libtard will hand out 600 dollars and 400 dollars per week of taxpayer money to non-working and non-taxpaying citizens and non-citizens.
@asplus First of all, any stimulus bills have to be agreed upon by both sides. That includes the Rethuglicans (if we have to call each other stupid names). Secondly, the only people that are eligible for any stimulus payments fall into three categories. Taxpayers who filed a 2018 or 2019 return, SSDI recipients, or non-citizens that pay U.S. taxes via a taxpayer identification number.
Maybe do some research before running your mouth.
@cinoclav Please go ahead and educate the Libtard-in-Chief who has signed an executive order for the 400 dollar payments, even though one may never see it. The only reason I used the word “libtard” is because his supporters understand that kind of language. Kindly notice the irony in my post before you accuse me of running my mouth.
@asplus You realize that term is simply used to insult liberals or Democrats, right? People who most definitely do not support him. It makes no sense calling Chump or his supporters by that name. Maybe you should reread what you wrote.
you tell us, as you are the incest victim, darling. you take a retail website and show us how daddy messed with you. that is sad and another reason why you libkids needed spankings. now, you merely pay for those . it didn’t help that your uncle and his sister are your parents.
Your preoccupation with incest, spanking marrying close relatives is not surprising given how big a pervert your idol, our genital grabbing President is.
@Felton10 another triggered lib. how fascinating. now, take your participation ribbons and leave the internet before mommy gets home from her backalley business.
Relax. The world laughing at America is coming to an end. Less than 6 months before the military and intelligence services get to have their revenge on him, and march him out of the Whitehouse in handcuffs for refusing to accept the vote of the people.
Then things can return to normal again and we can be a democracy again. I don’t care who wins the Senate or the house, Republican, Democrat or other, let’s just get the traitor gone.
As a centrist, I really don’t care usually which party is in control, they both have some stupid ideas. However, I’m sick of seeing democracy, the constitution, common decency, and the country be pissed all over by a man who’s entire policy is based upon personal aggrandizement and vanity.
I’ll take politicians from either side, I don’t mind too much usually when my guy doesn’t win an election, but when you try rigging elections and pulling down the fabric of democracy it pisses me off.
It’s not terribly important to me who wins the other races, but Trump has to go. He’s a bigger danger to the US than the USSR ever was.
@OnionSoup The entire Republican party has been a fully aware enabler and is complicit, from Mitch McConnell, on down to your local house representative, putting party, personal greed and grifting above the country with every vote of supplication to Trump.
@mike808 @OnionSoup
@mike808 @OnionSoup boy oh boy is that true…
for the record, this perv enabler is unfortunately my house representative:
I just skipped all the bullshit. I seldom vote since all politicians including our presidents are in the position to deepen their own pockets. Oh Trump is a zillionaire who doesn’t need it…full of shit! Biden is another choice no freaking way. This term will be another term I will put my vote towards another independent who has no chance yet at least my heart will feel relieved. Anyway state poll votes don’t count really towards anything anyways when congressional votes take the majority. Why would one even open up a thread based around political parties? There is certain things you just don’t bring up: sexual background, religious beliefs and of course politics. Put presidents in the same room with car sales man and lawyers. You won’t be able to tell them apart. There all full of it.
Meh is generally a fun place to shoot the shit. But there’s so much vitriol around politics these days that certain parts of it really stink.
I’m not even talking about discussion of ideas, policies, actions and the news. Just all the bullshit name calling. I realize that we have someone setting an example akin to a toddler being made to eat vegetables, but people on both sides are stooping to the same level and worse. I find myself wishing for a block user function.
Yes, I clicked on this thread. I expected to see discourse and maybe even debate. I didn’t expect to see a bunch of two year olds stomping and screaming and calling each other poopyheads with much worse language, and not much in the way of respect for the fact that we’re all on the same team in the end. I guess as long as y’all keep this shit in threads clearly labeled as such, I can control my thumb from tapping on them and try to retain some respect for my fellow humans here.
RIP intelligent discourse in America, 1776-2020. You were taken for granted and will be missed.
Commence flames, I guess.
@djslack Did you really expect civil discourse in a thread that calls the president an idiot in the first sentence? Did you really think that would set the tone for mutual respect? Are you really surprised that only like-minded people would want to be on that team? Are you really a poopy head yourself?
@cjester66 @djslack I said it before in this thread and I will repeat myself. Trump is a bully and bullies call names and insult people. If his base were turned off by that type of rhetoric he would have abandoned it long ago, but for the most part they not only agree with him, but that is how they communicate also. So I am only speaking the way that gets their attention. Common sense, logic, reasoning and facts don’t matter to Trump supporters. Otherwise they would have dumped him long ago.
@djslack @Felton10 So you’re saying that you calling Trump an idiot was a form of bullying. Double standards are only for the left. I see.
@cjester66 @djslack No because he really is an idiot. Everything that comes out of Trump’s mouth is a lie-tell me one thing he has said recently that is true and not said to serve his own purposes.
@cjester66 @Felton10 Which is worse, double standards on the left or no standards on the right?
@djslack @Felton10 And Biden saying things like Blacks aren’t diverse and “if you don’t vote for me you ain’t black” is perfectly fine? Or how about lying about his education? That’s not idiotic to you? If you’re ok with that are you ok with his incessant need to smell and rub up on women and children? Three failed attempts at the presidency and you think he is the answer?
I wish to unsubscribe from this newsletter.
@cjester66 @djslack You didn’t answer my question which is a usual trump supporter tactic as he is indefensible. But I will address yours.
Everything you mentioned about Biden if true is dwarfed by Trump and the things he has done all his life. Inadvertent touching pales by comparison to raping women, grabbing by the P “which he admitted he did”, cheating on his pregnant wife with a porn star and paying to cover it up and feeling up his own daughter. Paying someone to take his SAT’s and refusing to release his grades even though he pressured Obama to do so-what is you response to that? So what about his attempts at the Presidency-he might not have been the best person at those times, but he is certainly better than Trump. Trump’s facade as a successful business man is totally blown apart. Given all his money by his father, not paying vendors, and all his bankruptcies tell you in spades what type of business man is both was and is. A cheater, a liar and a pervert.
@djslack Go ahead-no one will miss you.
@cjester66 @Felton10 The topic here is Trump, not Biden. I think many on the left would have preferred a different candidate. But Biden hasn’t made a career out of lying about everything and ruining other people’s reputations and livelihoods. He’s said some stupid things but overall he’s done nothing particularly wrong and has fought for the little guy. When he does say something stupid he typically acknowledges it as opposed to Trump, who doubles down on his lies and insists he’s telling the truth even when he very clearly isn’t. Big difference between the characters of these two men.
@cinoclav @Felton10 I’m sorry I missed the part where Trump was arrested for rape? I mean you know this for sure, so there must be some record of it. Accusing someone is not proof. Biden has been accused of worse, but it hasn’t been proven. Should I just assume he’s guilty? Also, I missed the part where he said he grabbed anyone’s pussy. He said: “Grab them by the pussy. you can do anything.” Saying you can do something and actually doing it are not the same. I mean Biden said he graduated top in his class. He didn’t.
@cinoclav @cjester66 No sense trying to convince you of anything-never said he was arrested for rape and I sure your personal code of conduct condoned commenting about assault women when ever you feel like it. I feel sorry that your core values are so messed up that you think someone like Trump is the right person to lead our country. There are a lot of you misguided individuals out there and I know when his lies and actions start to affect you personally, it will be too late to do anything about it.
@cinoclav @Felton10 really? Let me quote you: " Inadvertent touching pales by comparison to raping women"
@cinoclav @Felton10 But yeah you didn’t say he was arrested or convicted. You just accused him.
@cinoclav @cjester66 You said I said he was “arrested to rape”-he has accused by multiple women of rape-but of course like Trump words don’t matter to you-you play fast and lose with them like he does. And yes inadvertent touching is bad but not as bad as assaulting women like multiple women has accused Trump of doing and what type of pervert brags about being able to grab women by the P? And wishing an accused person “well” who has been arresting for helping someone rape underage girls-someone who has posed in pics with his hands all over his daughter and who used to walk through the dressing room of teenage beauty pageants he sponsored so he could see them in various stages of undress. Sorry buddy Trump is a grade A pervert.
@cinoclav @Felton10 I said " I’m sorry I missed the part where Trump was arrested for rape? I mean you know this for sure, so there must be some record of it. " in response to you accusing him. (" Inadvertent touching pales by comparison to raping women") Get your shit straight. By your standards, Biden is a pedophile.
@cjester66 @Felton10
33 years ago Biden said he ‘graduated in the top half of his class.’ Like I’ve already said that he tends to do, he acknowledged he misspoke. Again, he does not go around consistently and intentionally lying about essentially everything. Trump is so out of touch with reality for the average American. A few years ago he said that health insurance costs $12 a year. He continues to say he passed the Veterans Choice Act, going so far as to end a press conference the other day when questioned about it yet again. (It was passed under President Obama in 2014.) He literally knows nothing about how our government works. He is simply a first rate moron and it’s beyond comprehension how anyone with half a brain could stick up for him.
@cinoclav @cjester66 No used wasting my time going back and forth with you. Your mind is closed to facts and you never respond to anything I say about Trump. Its low information people like you that put this idiot in power and just keep eating the shit he is shoveling and see where that gets you. I’ll bet your life is pretty worthless to begin with and that is why you grabbed on to what this snake oil salesman was selling.
@cinoclav @Felton10 Misspoke? Hahaha. Did you see the video or even listen? He was bragging, lying and so proud of his pretend accomplishment. Childish. Which explains why he likes children so much. As far as wasting your time, you post bullshit, call everyone names, and can’t figure out why this conversation keeps going downhill. If you expect intelligent discourse keep your opinions, name-calling, and other child-like behaviors out of it and act like an adult. You start a topic off by acting like a child and you will get treated like one.
@cjester66 It’s amazing that you’ve gone on and on and on trying to put down @Felton10 and me, yet you haven’t made one single reasonable argument in favor of Trump, which was the whole point of this thread in the first place. You complain about the lack of civil discourse, but you haven’t come close to contributing anything resembling it yourself.
You can put down Biden all you want. He wasn’t my pick. I wanted Buttigieg personally. Regardless, I’ll vote for Biden because there literally isn’t anyone on the Democratic side that’s worse than Trump. Even that goof Marianne Williamson would have been better.
@cjester66 It is obvious you are the type of person that Trump has taken in with his BS. You probably are a failure at life looking to blame everyone else for your miserable existence and Trump has thrown low information and uneducated people like you a life line. You believe everything he says, think is the greatest person alive and think he can do no wrong. I feel sorry for people like you. Go back to watching Faux Snews and drinking your Trump koolaid-it is probably all you have left in your life.
@Felton10 @cinoclav The point of this post was to call the president names and spread hatred. Now you want to have a serious and sincere discussion? Ha. Felton continues on with his name-calling and vitriol but I should take him/her/it seriously? Right. I think you’ll vote Biden because you identify with his ilk, not because of his record or platform. Quit trying to bully people and you might actually learn something.
@cinoclav @cjester66 No-the point of my original post was to point out another half baked idea this incompetent dotard did. But you have proved my point about the low information uneducated people who voted for him and still support him. Not once have you told me one thing that he has done for the our country or defended any of his actions. Lets start by you trying to defend his actions re Covid-19. You can’t can you.
If you want to be taken seriously or have a serious discussion then defend him-not tear down his opponent.
@cjester66 If you hadn’t noticed, my replies are not the same as @Felton10’s. While I thoroughly agree with his absolute disgust in this pathetic excuse for a leader, I believe we’ve approached this differently. But feel free to continue insulting me based on what someone else wrote. As for Biden, I’ll vote for him because I actually give a shit about:
Etc…
@cinoclav I included you in the response thinking you would know which parts were intended for you. That’s on me and I’m sorry for the confusion. Love your reasons for voting in general but I notice you didn’t say what Biden’s plans are or what you think he will do to make things better than they were. If he were a decent person with some new ideas and solutions, I might be tempted to vote for him. I really don’t see that in him and neither did America the last 3 times he ran for president.
@Felton10 Every single time you post you start off with insults and name-calling. Who in their right mind would try to have an intelligent, thought driven conversation with someone who feels the need to attack anyone who disagrees with them? I don’t need to defend the President. He’ll be defending himself for the next four years of his term while serving his constituents.
@cjester66 It doesn’t make much sense for me to start echoing all of Biden’s plans. It would essentially be the same thing that’s on his website, which you’re obviously capable of reading for yourself. Like I said, he was far from my first choice. But this country is still far enough behind progressively that he is what the majority wanted in the primaries.
Just to note, the right has followed Trump’s nonsense that Biden is some creepy pervert. From what I’ve seen, he is quite oblivious to his touchy closeness with people. It doesn’t appear to be intentional and many of the photos depicting it are obviously caught in the moments that make him look bad. That split second when he leans in to whisper something to a woman is shared with some story that he’s ‘sniffing her hair.’ I assume it’s just part of who he’s always been. He was probably raised with a lot of affection, which isn’t a bad thing. I think it’s part of why he does care and why he’s empathetic toward people. It’s quite the opposite of how I perceive Trump, who behaves like his parents never showed him an ounce of love. It’s reflected in his behavior toward his wife and son. I live and work 20 minutes from where Biden lives so I’ve heard a lot about him over my many years. He’s a good hearted person who truly does care about making this a better country for all. Unfortunately, he’s past his prime, making it much more difficult to be influential.
I get why the country wanted someone that wasn’t a politician. Sometimes you have to stir the pot. Unfortunately, the dish chosen turned out to be rather rancid.
@cjester66 “Who in their right mind would try to have an intelligent, thought driven conversation with someone who feels the need to attack anyone who disagrees with them?”-you just defined Donald Trump approach to everything. And the fact that you would make such a statement tells us volumes about your own intelligence. I don’t have to say anything further, you proved your lack thereof to us all.
@Felton10 What an articulate and well thought out thing to say. Oh wait, those are my words you used. How cute that you want to use them too. Did you know Biden has been caught plagiarising speeches also? I’m going to go ahead and guess you copy and paste most of your posts since you seem to struggle with original thought. And you’re right, you don’t have to say anything further. Best of luck to you.
@cinoclav Thanks for the response. I appreciate what you’re saying but I feel differently about who should be President. I have never met either of the candidates and they could both be totally different in private than what they present in public. Honestly, I don’t care about their personalities or how well they can give a speech. The thought of some specialized social program with an awesome government that takes care of us is wonderful but the reality is capitalism feeds and takes care of me and my family. I can’t afford to see the market drop and the economy tank again because of a political party’s idealogy. Biden has shown that he isn’t a fan of business especially big business and his being sworn in will have a deleterious effect on the market and the economy. Just my opinion. Anyway, thanks again, and take care.
WORKER BEES! HERCULES! TURKEY GREASE! AWESOME!
@cjester66 Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I’d suggest you do some research on the history of the stock market under the different Presidential parties. Historically the market has done better under Democrats. There’s this false narrative that Republicans are the business minded party. On the contrary, what most have done in our lifetime is exactly what you’ve seen from Trump. They’ve given to big business, not to the little guy. It’s been proven that supply-side or ‘trickle down’ economics doesn’t work. While Trump continues to lie incessantly about the market doing the best it’s ever done under him, the truth is that the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed significantly more under President Obama. Not only as an overall percentage, but at a higher rate. Both pale in comparison to what Clinton did. On the other hand, GW Bush was a disaster. As you can see in this graph, what Trump has done so far started with following the trend that Obama left him. But over the last few years that growth has flattened. During his time he has actually hurt the direction of the market, not improved it.
@cjester66 You still haven’t defended Trump because you can’t. Case closed.
intelligent discourse eg: (may not be precise quotes but the general gist is entirely accurate) Interviewer: Exactly what laws do you believe president Obama had broken? DJT: “…”,"…", “Obamagate!”
Perhaps during the constitutional convention Adams and Hamilton appeared before Jefferson and said something like 'well, what if we have a president someday who is half a.a. and half something closer to our lineage? And he is followed by an ignorant racist buffoon who, like us is a wasp but unlike us attempts to reestablish a monarchy or empire with himself leading but having zero accountability and utterly zero ability. And this first president insults the buffoon at a press dinner? Should we include that in our newest constitution, and, what shall we call it? And Jefferson says well that’s just silly gentlemen. It is implied in all the constitutions in the world across all of history. It’s Obamagate! It doesn’t need to be written down. It has been natural law since adam & eve & steve. And gwendolyn. Please sirs i beg you remember your primary school lessons on government. And religion. It was the one thing written in english on the reverse of moses stone tablet: thou shalt not obamagate. Not that anyone ever would. So no, methinks it need not be included in articles of confederation, a federal or state constitution or anywhere. Noone would ever dare obamagate. It would lead to the ruination of mankind. Probably bring about the apocalypse. In fact we dare not ever speak of it again for fear of seeding the destruction of our democratic republic at least. The end times at worst. Now please, let us discuss this bill of rights…
If only he had listened. If only we had listened.
Trump wants to be on Mt. Rushmore. The only place his likeness is going to be is on a wanted poster at the FBI after he is thrown out of office. And of course his wife’s phone number is on more bathroom wall’s than we can count.
“Don’t Listen to What They Say, Watch What They Do”
See you at the polls shithead!
Anyone who still supports Trump at this point in history is truly an awful person and the deserve the judgement history is preparing for them. Biden isn’t really anyone’s first pick, but he’ll be a better leader than the current liar-in-chief.
So what do y’all think of Biden’s running mate?
@RiotDemon Great choice.
Who do y’all think Mike Pence will pick for his chaperone at the VP debates?
@mike808 @RiotDemon Mama’s gonna have to be there to hold his hand. He isn’t allowed on the stage with another woman all by himself.
@cinoclav @mike808 @RiotDemon Unlike Trump who would go straight for her genitals.
I feel like doing a “nasty” dance.
@mike808 shes a cop.
@mike808 Well, as usual, her mouth is open…
@eq52515 And less so than Donald Trump’s mouth. What’s your point? Misogyny or Racism? I don’t get it. Wave your flag high, so all the libtards can see it for what it is.
@mike808 My point is that she gave a little head to get ahead…
Ah. Misogyny for the win.
Your mother must be so proud.
He only gave $1,000 to his own VP, Mike Pence.
So what do y’all think about Trump’s running mate?
How does Trump close the gap on Joe Biden? Pick Nikki Haley as his VP.
@mike808 wait… He can pick a new VP?
@mike808 @RiotDemon He can probably do it before the convention and probably would if he thought he could get away with it. Especially if he thought he would gain more votes from women than he would lose from evangelicals.
@Felton10 @mike808 I didn’t know that was allowed.
@RiotDemon I didn’t either, but I never really thought about it either.
@RiotDemon @tinamarie1974
Actually both parties have party rules that allow them to replace names on the ticket in the event of a death or resignation. For example, if any of the four (President or VP) are out of commission due to COVID or some other medical event.
The ballot lines on the state election ballots are for the party, not the individuals, and the purpose of the conventions is to nominate whose names will be on the party ballot lines. So party rules cover what happens if a nominee cannot fulfill the office before the election.
@mike808 @RiotDemon but could a sitting president decide to change their VP for the coming election if there is no physical reason keeping them from fulfulling the requirements of office. I.e. could Trump give Pence the boot “just because” and pick someone else as his running mate for the November election?
@mike808 - They’re not allowing press at their convention. I’ve read rumors that they may flip the ticket and dump dolt45. Haley/Pompeo?
Can’t find it now, could be wishful thinking.
@tinamarie1974
I don’t think it would be Trump to give Pence the boot, but maybe the other way around if the party wants to get off the Trump crazy train and save itself from oblivion and irrelevancy post-Trump.
Trump could do it, since the man is such a grifter, he has been funnelling all of the RNC dollars into his campaign, effectively replacing it in controlling which down-ticket candidates get funding. That’s why the candidates are all kissing the ring (and Trump’s ass) and pledging loyalty to Trump over party and over country, so that he will release campaign funds to them.
As a loan from the Trump campaign, of course. Cuz grifters gotta grift. Hence the Republican party is now essentially yet another (willing) victim of (and hostage to) the Trump money-laundering criminal enterprise.
Don Jr runs the Trump campaign finances, of course, and decides who gets lavish “consulting” contracts to “service” the campaign.
@mike808 I wish he would dump Pence and choose Haley. It would be the death knell for him. Majority of Trump’s voters are middle American white men. Often racist and misogynistic men, who have absolutely no desire to have an Indian American woman in the White House. I don’t believe it would do him any favors.
@mike808 Here’s a nightmare thought: a Trump/Barr ticket.
Can’t wait for the VP debate-what she did to Kavanaugh at his hearing is just an appetizer for what she is going to do to Pence. He is going to be left with his tongue wrapped around his neck.
@Felton10 “Mother” where are you…
Read that Trump is really apprehensive about Pence going up against Harris in the VP debate given how she cross-examined AG Barr at the last hearing.
@Felton10 The one where he perjured himself?
@mike808 Yes-the recent hearing before the house committee.
@Felton10 Wait, that’s the second time. I was thinking about his own confirmation hearing in the senate. Not sure if it might even be his third strike if he testified during the Iran-Contra hearings.
I don’t think Senator Harris was in on those House hearings you mentioned.
@mike808 Think you are right-he was questioned by the House Judiciary committee and she is on the Senate Judiciary one which had to OK his nomination-my mistake. If that is the best Trump can do in addition to fake birther claims, hes has got nothing. Harris is Trump’s worst nightmare-a strong black women who will attack him at every turn. Can’t wait for the VP debate-she will take Pence apart.
@Felton10 Harris isn’t interested in attacking anyone. She’s interested in holding people accountable. That’s what prosecutors do in serving Justice and the people’s interests.
With over one thousand Americans dying each day from the virus-this is what is occupying Trump’s time-the amount of water coming out of shower heads. He is worried about poor water flow when people are dying. What an idiot.

@cinoclav On the other hand, if there us no USPS to deliver mail, it will save the Social Security system from going broke because everyone is unemployed and not contributing anymore.
No mail = no SSDI, HUD, or Food stamps checks.
Just like no tests = no virus!
@cinoclav @mike808
Nope on the “no mail =” part of your post - not sure if you were being sarcastic or not - but if not:
SNAP - that is on cards that are loaded each month electronically
HUD - renters pay what they owe to the manager of the building they live in, someone runs it to the bank and electronic banking takes care of the rest of it
SSDI is direct deposit (as is SS) - might be a few that don’t have bank accounts and I don’t know how that is handled.
Now no computers and we’d have a real mess on our hands.
@cinoclav @Kidsandliz
There is a significant population of “unbanked”.
Also, older Americans on SS are the sweet dpot that don’t bank online. And with the pandemic, even more Americans get their life-saving medicine and prescriptions by mail. Rural America is more dependent on USPS (because surprise, surprise, it’s not profitable for FedEx or UPS or DHL), and they also vote-by-mail more than urban centers.
So yeah, no mail is a big deal. Especially in only-vote-by-mail states (Oregon is one).
@cinoclav @mike808 My understanding is that if you get SS you are required to get your money electronically - that could be via a bank account, debit card… google says this has been the case since 2013 so it doesn’t affect the three things you mentioned initially. Of course it affects other things, but I was responding to what you first brought up.
@Kidsandliz Hmm. Didn’t know we’d gone 100% e-checks. I did work on benefits cards which are reloadable prepaid debit cards for a large global payment card network in the late 00’s, but I didn’t know the feds mandated it in 2013. It’s a good thing.
I didn’t know we went all digital because I just received a SS RSDI physical check last month as my survivor portion of my dad’s last SS check after he passed away. I’m still a ways off from my own SS checks, if SS is still even around.
TIL, SS is paid in arrears, just like a mortgage.
It just occurred to me that Trump is so interesting in water shower flow not because of washing his hair issues, but because of his experience with Russian prostitutes peeing on him in Russia.
@Felton10 #UrineTroubleTrump
So much butthurt in so few posts. Please embrace your President as he is sworn in again in January. I think I need a larger cup for these liberal tears…so tasty.
@eq52515 You are right Trump is a big pain the ass for anyone who has any brains or an education above the third grade. If by some chance he cheats or lies his way to being elected again, I weep for this country because he will totally destroy it.
@Felton10 before the [racist trope] plague, how was the Country doing?
@eq52515 Before the Covid plague hit we had the Trump plague. The country was riddled by an incompetent fool who only hired people who kissed his ass not anyone who was qualified for the positions to which they were in, who gutted environmental regulations so that dead industries like coal would only die slower, and did everything he could to put money in his and his cronies pocket.
And oh-let’s not forget the 170,000 people who have died because this idiot first called it a hoax, said it would go away on its own (and still says that) and is ignoring its devastating consequences of trying to reopen sports, schools and businesses too quickly.
Stop watching Faux news and injecting yourself with hand sanitizer and maybe your brain will clear enough to see what is really going on.
I can’t wait to see how much she gets in the divorce. This cracks me up every time she does it.
@cinoclav Like everyone else in Trump’s inner circle-what it is in it for me and how much can get out of it before the roof caves in.
@Felton10 Rumor was part of the reason she wouldn’t move into the White House in the beginning was because she wanted a new prenuptial written. She was supposedly holding it over his head, making him look bad until she got it.
@cinoclav @Felton10 While I have no idea if any of this is true, I’d guess that likely she had hoped also to stay in NYC so she wouldn’t have to be around him. I’d also guess that since he has divorced before that he had some condition in there that if she divorced that when their kid was grown and child support ended so would spousal support. Or what she’d get would be essentially relatively (from her point of view) pennies a month (likely the rest of us would feel like we would be able to be comfortably living with the amount though) so that she’d actually have to work for a living if she wanted a lifestyle anywhere close to the one she has now.
@cinoclav @Kidsandliz The word on the street was that she didn’t like him when she first met him (she should have following her initial instincts) but I guess the gold digging bimbo in her took over and she thought about having to go back to Shitovia.
There is no doubt she is in it for the money-any self respecting women would have left him high and dry after it became known that he has sex with a porn star (twice) and then paid them to cover it up. But guess her greed is worth more than what little self respect she had left.
But they complement each other-each the worse POTUS and FLOTUS this country has ever had. The thought of him being part of US history forever sickens me, but hopefully history will not be kind to him so that the Trump name will always have a black mark against it.
@cinoclav @Felton10 He’s (they both) is going to ruin their kid too. The only kid who seems to have more or less missed that bullet is the ex-wife who took off and kept her kid away from him (the kid in law school or whatever it is she is doing in grad school). She stays mostly out of the limelight. Smart move.
You mean Tiffany-the one he had with Marla Maples. She is trotted out every once and a while or appears voluntarily just to make sure she is provided for in Trump’s will. All Trumps are the same. Think the name corrupts them.
