Why does the USA model do A4?
It would be nice to know what sizes it works with
I assume letter since that is very close to A4 and I also assume anything smaller but who knows
Answer 9.4 inches wide max
Knowing what thicknesses of pouch it can handle would be even more useful. I frequently use the thickest ones, and a lot of laminators simply will not accommodate them.
@werehatrack that’s the first thing I looked for as well. I generally use at least 5 mil pouches. If I’m going to bother to laminate something, I want it to be sturdy, lol!
I’m sure I can look it up, but info like that is usually in the specs…
200mm/min = 1.5 minutes for a 12" lamination pouch, I mean OUCH. Paper trimming aside, Scotch makes a 2-roller laminator for the same price that takes WAY less time.
@callow@fuzzmanmatt They don’t always use a sticker. What do you do then? The only time mine got a sticker was for the very first jab. Everything since then has been a handwritten entry.
@callow My vax card is filled up. (Don’t judge. I have my reasons to take the risk.) Also, I got mine through CVS and they can re-create it from their records if needed.
@chienfou Specs on that one say “It works with 3-5 mil thick lamianting pouches.” (typo theirs) So, featherweight and lightweight. Not useful for making ID badges or doing a stiff lamination of a wallet card. Pass.

@oldmantick It should do any size you have a pouch for up to that max width. It’s just the included pouches that are Ax sizes.

Do not laminate your vaccine card! They can’t write in subsequent vaccines
@callow I just put my stickers over top of the lamination.

@fuzzmanmatt @werehatrack Sticker? All of mine were handwritten entries.
@sjk3 No judgement! Filled mine too and don’t consider it a risk, just the opposite.
@callow @sjk3
I’m on page two. (I’m at a lot of conventions.)
@callow @sjk3 Why would anybody judge you? And why would you care? My card is filled up. If anybody is upset with that FUCK THEM!
@callow @Kyser_Soze @sjk3 fuck them? as long as they laminate it first
