3 sets of glow bars (my brother also grabbed these, sigh)
A Venitian bookmark (I love that city! I love reading! I love this postcard! I love you!)
Tangoes puzzle game
Keychain compass (I turned in circles testing it: it's shitty but it mostly works, kinda!)
Colgate wisp max fresh, pack of 12
TIN BOX OF ONE PAIR OF EMERGENCY UNDERPANTS (I AM UNREASONABLY EXCITED BY THESE)
Thingeek monkey sticker
A handful of.... old phone keys? mechanical keyboard - with lettered numbers keys? I dunno?
Multisided die (Always useful! I am going to keep these in my car, as it has happened "man, we're missing _ dice, can't play, damn.")
Black feather and sequin headband (I'm wearing it around the house atm and everyone keeps rolling their eyes at me. I get the impression that it isn't the most flattering thing ever on me...)
A plastic puzzle box for which I abandoned the unboxing and held up to the light and single-mindedly futzed with 'til I got it open, and it contained:
Tilt restaurant beer koozie (mmm, that menu looks good)
2.40 euro (yay, I'm leaving for my annual trip in two weeks and change is always appreciated!)
An adorable, utterly unnecessary apology note $10 itunes giftcard (whaaaaat?!! damn, yo! That is too generous.)
Finally, in a little velveteen case, a 14k gold necklace (WHAAAAAAT?!! DAMN, YO!!! Even if it's just gold-filled, that's unreasonably generous! You're a good egg, Charlie heli0s Brown.)
Fshhh, I'm exhausted. This is the best, silliest, funnest, most extravagant crap box I've ever received. I heart you, you fabulous @heli0s, you!!!
@goldenthorn Glad you enjoyed the box! You seem like a perfectly nerdy gaming chick so I thought you'd appreciate most of that loot. I almost gave you Wool, but thought you seemed like someone who'd already gotten through the basics ;-)
Holy bejeebies! Just got home from work to find my exchange box already waiting for me! This is what's in it:
A wooden puzzle box that I promptly spent 20 minutes working out how to undo to find...glow in the dark condoms, a lovely note and 2.5 euros. A mini LED flashlight 2 squirt guns An easy fasten bow tie A baby leg A disposable cell phone charger A Basic Guide to Bobsledding A twist and grate cheese grater Some very funny stickers A few very very funny stickers A little tool which appears to be for measuring out the correct amount of dry pasta to use. As the instructions are not in English, I'm guessing based on the picture. Some bungee cords A NY Yankees Pez dispenser. With Pez Some "Cleaner Than Shit" hand sanitizer. Instructions say to use extra if I actually see shit A cookie dipping spoon. A Swiss Tech 9 in 1 key ring tool 4 90 minute cassette tapes AND a CD dual alarm clock radio!
@AnnaB Glad you enjoyed finding some of that crap! The little black tool is indeed a Japanese tool for measuring servings of pasta. I know it will likely never see use but thought it was unique enough that you probably don't have one in your Le Cordon Bleu kitchen already.
I received my package from @nikodemus yesterday. It was the perfect balance of awesome and meh!
JBL Onbeat Speaker dock W/Lightning Connector The Bourne Identity Paperback LOTR – Fellowship of the Ring DVD. Previously loved (how bad is it that I own many versions of this already?) Blank DVD+R Disk Two Plastic Green Sharks (Chip clips maybe?) A Red figure with an orange sign that looks like a post-apocalyptic Grimace Houston Rockets Koozie Set of Buttons Puzzle (Seriously, I can’t get it past the point it is in the picture. It’s really frustrating and gives me flask backs to when I had problems with the ignition switch on my car). Gizmo Doll (My cat immediately went to chew on the feet) meh Key Chain (Amazing!) D&D Kreon Figure Guardians of the Galaxy Magnet Frog Stickers A super meh addition of a CD Sleeve for a car visor with the following CD’s included: Porter Wagoner Elvis Presley Porter Wagoner & Dolly Parton Don Williams I have no idea who Porter Wagoner or Don Williams are but judging by the other two artist included I probably wouldn’t like them.
Lastly, and only not included in the main picture because my cat had kidnapped it and I found it later, A Grumpy Cat Plush. Thanks again @nikodemus!
@LadyLeela Glad it went over well. In retrospect, maybe putting the note inside the puzzle was a bad idea, or not adding a 2nd note that the 1st one was in there. I disavow any idea on the music either. Was out on lunch with @StrangerDanger and he found them in a snowbank, and they spent the last 6 months riding around in my truck.
@Nikodemus I finally cracked the puzzle last night. Well, not literally, but I solved it. It was pretty awesome. I can't believe you printed all that stuff out. I was wondering where you got the key chain from. I'm trying to decide if I should torture relatives with the puzzle or if I should wait and pass it along in the next exchange.
Thanks so much @StrangerDanger ! Package just arrive this morning. Going to put these cordial cherries to work immediately and definitely have use for everything.
Cordial Cherry boxes x2 Frisbee Mousepad John Denver CD DSi Dock (Dunno where my DSi and 3DS doesn't fit either, but the cord is useful. Tablet case Tarzan Cassette Yellow Clutch Purse Blue Notebook n' Pen Purple Bag (Yay purple :D ) Buffalo Bills and Yellow College magnet Custom Keyring Ceramic Bear Book on Golf White House squishy http://imgur.com/a/oZGpi
@Keyeno I'm glad you liked it. I found your facebook page (I think) and wasn't sure what to give you so I went the method of cleaning out old woot, meh, gifts my wife didn't like and office fodder. Random fill the box method. The cassette was accidental. It came in a box of lego I got and must have fell in. I saw it when wrapping up and was like sure why not.
@StrangerDanger If the profile image had a girl with purple hair or an image of a sword looking emblem. Then that was me. I like getting random stuff though and cordials are my favorite. (These exchanges really don't help my packrat tendencies though... hehe )

@Kidsandliz The bag is a small bird feeder. Hang it from a tree. I painted the painting, painted and glossed the box, and made the headband... Supposed to be meh. I made the little wooden tokens too, I leave them around town. Once I see photos to remember all I put in, I'll commentate more.
@juststephen Cute cat and looks so much like one of mine!! Mine is also a fan of water and drinking out of the tub. That is a fantastic photo of the falling drops of water, the barbs on his tongue... I bet you could sell that photo.
Thanks for the info on the bird feeder. I think I will not hang it here as a declawed cat who belongs to the people I am staying with TOOK OUT A HAWK!! Broke his neck and left him on the porch!!! Do not need bird bait in this yard. But I have a friend who has bird feeders so will give it to her.
Googling I figured out that brown thing is a golf club handle grip. The nano thing is for generation 1 nanos so if anyone reading this has one and wants it you can have it for postage. Just put in ma093g/a on amazon and you will see it.
And sorry didn't mean to insult your painting LOL. You probably did it that way on purpose to make it meh I'd bet. (grin)
@StrangerDanger Not at all! I'm just a lazy sap who over promises and under delivers. I laughed with all the little notes on each of the items. The box contained:
Pair of Lucky Charms toe socks - My wife took these right after I took the picture
Frisbee (aka mouse pad)
Windshield ice scraper
Shot glass / Whistle combo with a handy lanyard when you drink too much ( I think?)
Off-brand legos
Orange stocking cap (Be seen, be safe, be warm)
Mighty Moustache (No, I didn't spell that wrong ;) )
Candle (Not a fan of the smell either, but my wife likes it!)
Cardboard hula girl (Sadly my work wouldn't appreciate this. I'll make sure to find a good home for her, though).
And finally,
JVC VCR (Apparently this is all the new rage. So new, in fact, that you can't find these VCRs almost anywhere. It allows you to bypass those pesky previews, no continuous loop menus that wake you up when you fall asleep while watching your movie. And, no worry about scratching disks. This thing is amazing! Can't wait for this technology to catch on)
Thank you StrangerDanger.
And, as a side note, @lisaviolet I have shipped off your package USPS 2-day on Saturday. Tracking is: 950550002441522700074 . I hope you enjoy this very meh box.
@connorbush Your broken hopes and dreams are apparently sitting in my house, right now, being inspected by my cat. I won't be home until Wednesday, though. I cannot wait... I think... maybe.
Ok first unboxing of a meh gift exchange for me. Anyone else having issues with uploading photos and image sites rotating them? Even when they are the right rotation in PS or Paint? Spent way to much time troubleshooting that.
Opened box and was a little afraid of the letter as it was Broncos Tagged and I don’t know who they are… JK just not a sport fan.
Everything appears to be much more useful than the crap I stuck in my box. Majority of this stuff I have already put to use. That cat tear off stress toy and the screaming monkey led keychain are my personal favorite items. I also liked that BBQ sauce. Salad kit will be nice as I am starting that stupid dieting thing.
As for the goods: -Salad kit (Covered by scarf) -Scarf -Device hanger for car seat -Zagg device cleaner, slightly exploded -Sensor/Timer power switch -Extension cable -Woot Monkey -Collapsible Bucket -Inflatable King Hat -Turkey Temp Gage -Cord wrap/splitter -Loot Crate Stealth watch -Air comfort wrist pads -DnD Bow Tie -Saw -Flying Monkey -Screaming Monkey keychain (Favorite) -Stickers, that match my taste -Glow bracelets -"Shape" bag -Stress relief cat (Favorite) -Zip Stand -Buttons -Bag o Crap bag -Various odd and scary lip balms (Ring Pop, Donut, Bacon, Laffy Taffy, and Popcorn… who the flip likes popcorn flavor?) -Goggle/Telescope glasses? -Fake Cigarettes -Cowboys vs Aliens Extended Blu-ray -Cat Box -Tabasco Hot Sauce, never had it before, seems tasty -Sandisk 16GB MicroSD
@darkzrobe Also forgot to mention I love the watch, all my neat and weird watches were stolen a few months ago so that one will restart that collection.
@darkzrobe I'm glad you and your cat enjoyed it! Thanks for posting the pics.. I had forgotten a few things that I had put in there.. And go Broncos! ;)
Got an awesome box yesterday from a @MysteryMehrican (@ReadWJ?) containing - - A mooing beef thermometer - A talking cow mug - A pair of Trip Glasses - An iGo car power adapter - A favorites from Mother Goose record - An Alien wall relief figurine - A couple pairs of reading glasses - A Loom Bands bracelet making kit - A Survivalist paracord bracelet - A built NY large camera case
Definitely some cool items in here, thanks @MysteryDood!
@heli0s That would have been me heli0s. I saw your post of what you sent after I sent mine and was feeling like I had let you down with a very meh assortment. Glad you liked it.
@parodymandotcom I'm so glad you like the box! Glad it got to you safely! Glad. Glaaaaaadddd. (My husband told me I used "glad" twice so I had to keep going.)
@Bogie@janetv I had 5 cases (100 in a case) under my desk at work since 2007. I'm down to about 250 now. A vendor gave 10 cases to us to hand out. I got half of them but never got around to pass them around and we switched vendors since then.
@StrangerDanger@Bogie They're pretty great. Makes me feel like I'm part of some super secretive club where we give out miscellaneous mouse pads to unsuspecting strangers.
Hey @ceagee! I didn't know how else to warn you so I thought I would say it here. Your box is going to be late. I'm so sorry. I've been deployed to South Dakota to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation to assist locals in dealing with a natural disaster. There is a lot of damage and a lot of poverty in this area of the country. I promise as soon as I return I'll finish your box and it'll be awesome! It'll probably even have something native inside ;-) I know its disappointing and I'm really sorry. I'm hoping to be back home late next week and other than taking my wife out to dinner your box is next! BTW do you drink beer?
@RedHot No worries. When it gets here it gets here. I am somewhat familiar w/ Pine Ridge and the sad conditions there before any natural disaster. They will be lucky to have you help out. Those folks need you more than I need crap : )
As for beer -- These days I'm afraid it would be wasted on me, but thank you for asking !
Thank you @nikodemus! Received splendid box on Thursday! Included one hand written note from @nikodemus with my lucky numbers on it. Prime numbers indeed! A cool notepad that looks like drums with two pencils that look like drumsticks - Kids claimed this one right away A pack of Kodak photo paper & One PC DVD drive from 2007 - nice, a head start for the next exchange...
Lots of goodies in there. Overall fantastic job! Thanks @nikodemus!!!
@UgaDogCH Good to hear it made it there ok. The Stufz was a co-worker donation after she got saddled with in the last office white elephant exchange. It was the one thing nobody wanted end up with. I was curious if it actually works but entirely too lazy to try it out.
Box contained a note, plus all this fun stuff that had little sticky notes on everything explaining it's awesomeness. Santa Bag Book - The Andy Cohen Diaries (I may...or may not read this!) Stretchable book cover Made by Me Kit (Make a hat/scarf/3 pairs gloves) Philips Connect any DVD player to any TV gadget The Dead Walking DVD Bumble Bee Snack on the Run - Chicken Salad (yeah, I'll be eating this someday!) iPhone5 case, shaped like a dog (ironically....I have an iPhone5!) Some sticky note paper Kiss Me I'm Irish badge (I'm part Irish, I'll most likely wear this on St. Patricks Day for a little while) Lucky Coins (yup, I could always use luck!) Beer goggles (hmmm..might be worth a shot?) Power cord Mighty Moustache (LOVE THIS!)
@StrangerDanger it was great! The little notes had me laughing the whole time I was unboxing! Plus the 'stache will come in handy as I always think they are fun to mess around with!
Contained: Rawling X-Large pants Majestic Cool Base XXL (I think after googling these are sliding shorts) 3 piece condiment set 2 packs of multi-purpose surface cleaning wipes (my mother claimed these!) Plastic massager (I'm going to torture my cats with it) 4 packages of Universal retractable dry erase markers 2 pack of lip balm (seriously, I have a lip balm problem, thanks) Android plush (OK, I was way more excited to receive this than I should have been considering I own an iPhone and am in fact a total Apple junkie) Mainstays Fleece throw (this may end up someone's gift for Christmas, lol) 2 letter openers 4 6" rulers (is it because I rule??, lol) 6 Built neoprene sleeves (ironically, I own TONS of these already, I guess I really should find some fun uses for them now lol) 3 pack of mens socks Xtreme Mac - turns any home speaker into a wireless speaker Star Wars antiseptic hand gel, with bonus holder (I also have a hand sanitizer problem..plus Star Wars...I think one of my bosses may try to steal it, lol) 2 packs of Mello Smellos - coffee scent (good, cause I like the smell of coffee...but not the taste) City of the Dead - Brian Keene book The Other Guys DVD, sealed
@mikeleemm Mom said the wipes were a little dry. However, she doesn't care, she's just going to put a little water in the container to moisten them up. She will still use them, all of them, lol!~ Haven't tested the markers yet. Trust me, it was fun!!
Bvlgari Soap (pretty expensive soap, heavily scented!) Kneipp herbal Bath (balacing lavender) Helps ombat fatigue, with natural essntial oils. Skin & Co Truffle Therapy Serum, 0.17oz, made in Italy. Hair Therapy, Deep Conditiong Steam Hair Wrap.
casio ti-stn lcd color television tv-970 with case. A bag of loose fake foreign bills and a bundle of play foreign bills. (I see a connection here, hopefully?)
This Timex watch that had me excited until I realized the dial is broken, therefore it cannot be set. I see what you did there.
It also has a broken dial inside. :(
It was all in its box and new looking... Sneaky, sneaky.
Woot! Lights. I've bought 25 BOC's and I've never been able to get them..
A little dispicable me character? A cute little Coca Cola bear. A cube with 600 VB notepads
Mini helicopter that I can't tell if it's new or used, but I'll definitely give it a go!
---edit--- Definitely used. I'm seeing if it'll charge..
A typed letter stating they couldn't figure out what to get me as all they could find out by stalking me is that my favorite color is blue and that I prefer sleeping on my side!
Thanks, Jann!
I'd post better pictures, but I have a headache and I'm tired from a trip I just got back from.
@juststephen All of the perfumy stuff is making my eyes water and me sneeze over and over.. Time to open the windows and let in the humidity! :) Seriously, though, I'll find someone to give the bath and body stuff to, it'll be used. :)
@juststephen That Casio TV is probably an analog receiver unit, and can't receive the new digital signals. It may have a video input port (one I had long ago did) that would accept an NTSC video-out from a TV, VCR, DVD, or one of those digital tuner boxes, and serve as a display.
Fun fact; when our old Fisher CRT died, and we couldn't afford the flat panel TV we wanted right away, we used our old Casio connected to the cable box and watched TV on it for about 2 months; except for reading the bottom text on some screens, it was surprisingly usable.
@juststeven. The helicopter flew the last time I used it...maybe I've got the part that is missing. I'll check. The perfumed stuff was sent to me by Oprah and the broken watch came from a Woot BOC...exactly that way. I responded just like you, originally excited and then disapointed ....sorry, thought it was funny!
@juststephen Check the watch for a warranty! I recall someone years ago (obviously years) get a broken iPod in a BOC. They were able to exchange it for a brand new one.
@Mehrocco_Mole Just a one year limited warranty.. No dice, more than likely. No way of proving how old it was, or that it wasn't 'misused or abused' or anything.
Got a package from @Speediedelivery. First thing I found inside were some t-shirts. More on those in a bit. First the note:
Foolishly signed up you say? Maybe. Will I learn anything? Probably not. And was it made worse that you are the sender? Let's see...
1.) A backpack that folds into itself pouch w/U.S. Army on it. While this is very cool I was U.S. Navy so Meh+0. 2.) Two NASCAR ponchos. These are now in my golf bag and have been redesignated as PGA ponchos. Meh+1 3.) Stereo earbuds, mic for phone, Phillips, one each. Meh-3 (see #4) 4.) Hands free ear piece. Note all words are singular because it is for only one ear. Actually this works out for me because I'm totally deaf in one ear. Meh+1 5.) A pizza microwave warmer. Looks big but we have a pizza place here that has 24 inch pizzas. This might work. Meh+4 for coolness. 6.) USAF F-117A Nighthawk fixed wing model kit. Please see #1 & #4. USN, MH53E helicopters (HM-15 Blackhawks plankowner), hearing loss. Meh-6: sorry. No I'm not. 7.) Purely Piano Christmas CD. Wife LOVES it. Meh+50. (Hey Speedie, don't get excited over the score. The t-shirts are still coming) 8.) The Cross and The Towers DVD. I've heard of this. Looking forward to watching it. Meh+1 9.) A Cast it Game bag. Wife claimed it for her dual screen. Now if only I could fit TT's dock in it. Meh+0 10.) Two LED Bicycle Safety Light Set. My 13 year old has claimed these for his bike. Meh+3 11.) Halloween Friends Stuffed Cat. Plays music. Cats are not amused. Meh-2 12.) Devil horns head band. Ummm.... Oh hell, Meh+5 (SWIDT?) 13.) As Seen On TV Tool Band-it. I got one of these. Let me correct that; I own one of these. My son has it. In Ohio. I'm in Florida. Meh+1 14.) The FartMaster pen. My personal favorite. Yup, it makes "6 hilarious fart sounds." And it's a pen! Win-win. Meh+4
I think right now we are standing at 59 Mehs. Cool! But Speedie, you blew it...
'15. & 16.) 1 each large and 2XLarge Penn State Nittany Lions T-Shirts. Where do I begin? I may live in Florida but I am from Michigan. (Michigan State & University of Michigan in that order) and my oldest got his Engineering Masters from Purdue. So Penn State would be on the very bottom of my list of Big Ten teams if not for Ohio State. BTW: Just what is a Nittany anyway? Meh-559!!!
Speedie, Speedie, Speedie.... (can I call you Speedie?) I hope that my exchange package is as awesomely Meh as this one is. You accomplished your goal.
@uptrodden, @sushiboy, @pepsiwine, I'm sorry to say that your boxes aren't ready yet. I did something unfortunate to my back last week and Friday afternoon, it hit me. (Forty-five years ago a drunk ran a stop sign, broadsided our car and my back was broken; x-rays taken a few years ago show arthritis in that area and every once in a while I do something to wake it up.) I've been down pretty much all weekend (and this extreme heat hasn't helped at all). Hopefully, I'll be up and around tomorrow and get this stuff shipped out by Wednesday at the latest.
I'm really sorry because I was so excited to get this done and out.
@lisaviolet No worries. Hope you get to feeling better.
On the bright side, this could give you more time to cyberstalk your recipients so you can customize our crap.
I've posted on here quite a bit, just never started a thread which is why you won't find anything if you click on my username. But if you search my name on some of the more popular threads you'll see that I've posted pics of my wiener dogs, bitched about my awful sister, posted my last Fuku haul, and own a drone posting pics on the drone.horse forum, (among LOTS of other posts on LOTS of other threads).
But most of all, get yourself healthy again and don't fret about the delay. The old Heinz Ketchup commercials taught me that good things come to those who wait. :)
@tightwad Right now I'm wishing I'd gotten one of those rocking horse ornaments and I'd put it in the box I'm sending to @pepsiwine. That would be totally awesome.
Hey @starblind, your BOC status is "Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 11:09 am on August 12, 2015 in HARRISONBURG, VA 22801." Did you open the Locker?
(Not pictured: Gus's Fried Chicken hat. The boy claimed that one) 27 random personalized ink pens 1 Tyson Chandler bobblehead A TINY chair 2 plastic gorilla arms (no other gorilla parts) A Stuffed Frog A Boomco dart gun with 2 clips A questionable Japanese "Health Tool" A Hot Wheels DeLorean A GAME GENIE (For Sega Genesis) Squishy ghost & hard hat A range golf ball The Color Life Hand Mixer "You can make dressing" A bunch of balloons A tiny action figure A pirate-egg guy Desk Basketball hoop A "More Drones, Less Scones" potholder An orange ball 5 DVDs: The Pink Panther A Fistful of Dollars The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly Back To The Future Trilogy The Hangover -and- Magic Snow "Just Like Real Snow" (Except it's toxic)
My box from @eulestadt showed up today! Well, the first box, as it is. It is a strange and magical assortment
1 Electronic bug zapper (safe for indoors!) 1 Civilization game (you've no idea how funny this is, my husband's one gaming addiction) 1 Keychain digital photo player 3 earbuds (handy! The 9 year old just busted his final cord for his headphones and I told him he's just gotta deal, now he's happy) 1 Sprint FreedomPop (not sure what it's for, research!) 1 built NY sleeve for MacBook to match the one I've already got! (I don't have a MacBook, they can be drawer buddies until I find a use) 1 Voice recorder /mp3 player the kid can use for school 1 large knife (13 year old tried to claim, nice try. He calls it the bacon knife, because of the handle) 1 flip video recorder with broken screen. I'm bummed about that because it looks fun! Still, going to see if it works.
@jaremelz wait the screen of the flip cam is broken?! oh crap; it was working when I shipped it. I'll try to get USPS to pay for it per their "$50 insurance," but if that doesn't work, I'll send you something to compensate for cam if you promise to do something awesomely meh-worthy with it.
@eulestadt Woohoo, thank you! That's a very nifty thing, and I'm terribly excited to see what else comes. And I got the video recorder to work (just not the screen), so bonus!
@eulestadt you really don't need to! It's cracked in a corner and doesn't display. I think it'll just make videos even more mysterious, who knows what we'll get!
I know this is the "reveal" thread... but just in case you're here lamenting the void where your exchange package should be, hopefully I may be able to show you the light.
I just got back from vaca. If you're reading this and you live in NC, LA, or CA, (and you're "lucky" enough to be on my mailing list) then you have a box headed your way starting tomorrow; arrival expected by Thu 8/20. Hope I'm not too lame for being a late shipper, but ... it looks like I have company. As it stands, I just got my first box today. =) Cheers!
Sweet bejeebus @SavvySapphire that’s a box seriously chock full o’ stuff. Not having any pets to assist I was forced to press gang printed help but with those stubby little arms they proved useless. So once in and dug through its a very impressive assortment, some will go to work with me tomorrow so I can um bless them with items since they contributed some to the boxes I sent out. Speaking of that though, I happened to be texting with @StrangerDanger over missing out on a not your father’s root beer delivery that my first box arrived and he mentioned his did as well with a pic and went wait a minute some of that stuff looks familiar, and low and behold we both got graced it appears with stuff from you. I sense a possible spitball war tomorrow at work knowing that he has one to practice with now as well.
Thank you much!

In my husband's words, "Eww, gross," followed by mine, "but totally awesome!" I mean, totally meh. I will NOT be using this close to ANYONE'S head. (Yeah I will). - Colorful frisbee that flew pretty well indoors. Will try outside at some point. Probably will not report back my findings. - PB n' J Spreader. How did you know?! This is the one stupid thing I've envied when I saw it in the forums. I send a lot of silly things in the mail, so this is great. - Set of Barbie bracelets from a McDonald's Happy Meal. - Stuffed elephant from McDonald's Happy Meal. - Stuffed "I'm Fabulous" monkey from McDonald's Happy Meal.
This is Frankie. He really didn't want to model the bracelet/head wear.
Thank you so much for the box of meh with a large side of awesome! (And a tiny pink side of fabulous!)
@primrosewater Glad it brought you some joy. I see you ended up with the most bonus cat hair! Sorry about that, both of mine pull out their own hair...and no matter what I do to keep it out of things...yeah, it's everywhere!!! Even sealed boxes! Cute model by the way! :)

@spotandginger sent me an awesome meh-tastic box of meh-ystry that contained the following:
two tabletop tiki torches
a double-seal Ziplock-style bag containing approx. 40 white tealights, 3 scented votives, and one "Washington DC The American Experience Be Inspired" button
one Wolfgang Puck Rechargeable Wine Opener
one Aqua-Zooka, orange
one Swiss Legend Ladies Watch with pillow
one statue - mama bear with two cubs on her back
one Sonoma Cozy Home scented triple wick candle in glass container
two Glade Holiday Collection candle, Homemade Gingerbread
three Slatkin &Co. Wallflowers Pluggable Home Fragrance Diffuser
one one-load sample of Tide with Colorclean laundry detergent

one miniature Southern Comfort Lime
four pieces of packing paper
one sigma-aldrich.com 4G/18.8/S/14/USA/M4109 cardboard box -one FedEx priority next day shipping label, which I may frame
I got home last night to find an awesome box from @AnotherDawn waiting for me. This box was packed to the brim and contained -
3 unused pens “from the ‘90s”
A Eudora Welty house hand sign
Some Napoleon Dynamite cherry lip balm
A Heolis holographic ruler
Set of small vanity license plates from various states and labeled with a different month of 1984. The capital city of each state is written on the back, like they were used as flash cards or something
2 boat candles
Flonase nose shaped pencil sharpener
An old school IBM person computer pin
An Italian turtle key ring
A small treasure chest containing 3 buffalo nickels, a Lacoste pin, an animal tooth of some variety, and an old stone arrowhead
@heli0s Thank you for liking my first mehrican exchange box of weirdness. The animal tooth is a fossilized shark tooth, found on the Atlantic coast. The Welty sign thingy is actually a fan to be used while sitting on the porch with a glass of iced tea, saying "Lordy mercy. It's hotter than..." (fill in the blank). It might only work in the deep south. The IBM Chaplinesque pin is from the dawn of the pc, the 80s, I think. The magnets are internal organs (stomach, pancreas, etc.) from a drug rep and the nickels might actually be real treasure.
I found a package from @Mehrocco_Mole on my porch last night containing a ton of fun!
Beginner learn to knit kit
Nano Flyer RC UFO - This thing is is pretty incredible. It only has On and Off modes (you cant control it) but so much fun to just turn it on and let it loose through my house.
Woot flying monkey
Pass the Pigs game (loved playing this when I was a kid)
Mini Jenga set
Bodyguards and Assassins and Gattica DVDs – Don’t have a dvd player but love both kung fu and sci fi!
A leather personal organizer notebook
Sink caddy kit
Navy Federal stick it note hanging kit
Flashing Mouth led grill kit
Some mini racer cars
A puddle jumper wooden helicopter thing with racing decals
Some Mickey Mouse serving forks
Pop Rocks! – My dog likes these much more than I had expected…
Rattlesnake Eggs magnets
Thanks @MrMole, terrific box to unpack and lots of fun stuff to keep me entertained for several minutes in the future!
@Studerc can you poke the person I sent my package to and make sure they got it? It was delivered Friday but I know when I looked the address up on google earth it wasn't sure where it was... I am hoping the post office knows something that google doesn't.
Here's my question: my plan to fill boxes morphed into going through stuff/putting together donations as well, which quickly became overwhelming and now I'm super-behind, and only (as far as the boxes go) at the level of meritline/woot crap/previous exchanges stuff. I want to drill down to a deeper stratum of weirdness for the exchange, so it will be another couple of days before I'm ready to ship. Should I tag my people here, so they know they have not been forgotten/screwed over? I don't want to get their hopes up, either, since my definition of weirdness may be different than theirs.
@capguncowboy I wish you were, because then I'd be half done informing people. Anyway, thanks for the input. I'll wait and see if anyone else weighs in this afternoon.
@mossygreen I agree with capgun, I don't mind if something will be late as long as I know it will be and not any of the other random bad possibilities.
@mossygreen. Since i am one who has not yet received a package, i am wondering if it will arrive, is the sender sick or out of town or just a moocher? This far in the event I would want to know what's happening.
I, too, wouldn't mind knowing, but more than anything would like to know that the sender is checking the tracking. If it is marked as delivered and I haven't made a post about it, then something might have gone wrong/I need to look around for it.
@ceagee Jumping on the bandwagon. @Foxborn, did you get yours? Delivered 8/17/15 at 3:23 PM. Hopefully no one found the Justin Bieber duct tape so irresistible they had to steal it off your porch.
@mossygreen Responding to my own comment seems weird. Thanks everyone for your input. So: @Blondemeh and @Djslack : I am running behind. I am working on your boxes. They should be out over the weekend, I'll let you know when I ship them. I sincerely apologize, and promise that you will be disappointed in a moderately interesting way.
@ceagee Yes, the goodies you sent were received safe & sound. I'm processing a boat load of photos tonight, so I've been slack in posting. Thanks & stay tuned!

A Men's Health 15-minute workout DVD (which is actually hilarious, because I am female and disabled. Ha!) A pair of pink Jlab earbuds (I just gave away an identical pair- they're haunting me!) A bottle of "90210" perfume. (Smells like... No. haha!)

Hey awesome people who sent me awesome things! I got your things today! Sadly, I am super busy with life - personal and work - and I can't do your boxes justice with photos and a writeup right now. Just know that it has arrived safe and sound, and I will take photos and do a writeup this weekend!
@jsimsace , thank you. I hope your move went well, but I assume it did because you couldn't have anything else left to move! Good God, I think you sent me one of everything (except water bottles - I got two of those) !! Everything from a sweet soft cast for when I break my bones to the creepiest shell / fish / sheep / animal thing I've ever seen. And most one of everything in between - I think I even saw a bigfoot in there somewhere.
Drink this in:
the list: Cat care journal. HDmI cable. Old laundry soap scoops. Mummy can coozie.
2 thermos water bottles. Acoustic guitar strings. Woolly willy. Hunting bow nocking points. Flower cell phone case. Random Baggie of Legos. Color change alarm clock. USB plasma ball. Creepy animal made from sea shells. this is hands down the creepiest thing......wait......shhhh, it's looking at me..... Sushi erasers. Book light. Clip on scribble pet. Scented pencils. Snoopy toothbrushes. 808 headphones. Tablet case. IPad 3 accessories. Cobra commander. Jelly belly pencils. Waldron, AK button, map and spirit sticks. Reading glasses. Some weird Japanese toy. I LOVE it. no idea what it is, but I think it's made from bits of Japan - so you know it's good. A tooth fairy pillow??? -- this things creeps me out too - so I naturally gave it to my kids "as a gift" Catching fire magnets. Wireless home speaker converter. And a whole box of synthetic roll splints. Come get a refill:
@v the square plush is a Cell Phone holder. Oh and he's supposed to be tofu. In fact the two things you called creepy I sent out last round (as well as a few of the others ;) )
@v I hope you got a chuckle from it. I sent a few things from a fuku or two, a BOC or two, an exchange or two and a few items that I bought and wished I hadn't. My home office hasn't looked this good in months!
@Foxborn I received my box last night and thank you. It is beyond meh! I was a bit swamped last night, but promise to take pictures and post with an inventory tonight :-)
And yes, Spot and Ginger were both beloved dogs. Sadly both have passed on to that big dog farm in the sky but I have been using the name for so long it didn't seem right to change it.
I'm busy working today to post the whole unboxening, but I wanted to give you suckers something awesome to feast your eyes on. Folks, I didn't get one or two Nintendo DS games starring the Jonas Brothers. I got eight. EIGHT.
[img][/img] EIGHT!! I'm not completely sure who the Jonas Brothers are, but I'm pretty sure I now own about a third of the games that they actually sold in the US.
@march5th00 I think you got the "jackpot" on the ds games. I think I had a few more that went places... But I'm glad you looked inside things. Hope the humor wasn't too off the wall ;)
@sohmageek Are you kidding, my wife and I had a blast and a lot of giggles... It might have been the copious amounts of maple syrup we were chugging though. That stuff is like crack.
Got my package from Jeff Vanevenhoven. Most stuff is very usable by me and mine. I am sick as a dog so the itemization and possible photo will come later, but it is so not Meh! I love books and games and this package contained several of both. Thanx Jeff!!
Thanks so much to @sohmageek@finonaku, think I got those name right! I loved all the nice surprises, so much stuff, especially the Maple Syrup. I was just thinking the other day that I never have had the really good stuff and should try. And I got two built cases to replace the ones I sent out in my box. Perfect!!!
@gnext2 hey. Sorry about the crappy handwriting. And I hope it was ok. First time didn't exactly know what to put in it. @tiwanaku is the wife's username. I really need to work on my handwriting... Lol.
The Mrs teased me a little when I got home yesterday. "It's another day that ends in 'y' so there's a box for you!"
@v said I should lower my expectations. Well, having gotten one and only one crappy Bandoleer of Carrots, I doubted it would be any worse. And it wasn't!
In the box:
A USB hub/notebook cooling mat
A belt rack
A bag of 30 gift bows
Space blanket
4GB Superman flash drive
Perquackety (which appears to be a 1950s variant of Yahtzee)
Bluetooth receiver
Super Mario toy car
"Still Kicking" autobiography about college football's first female player
"Barefoot Spirit" autobiography about the folks who started Barefoot Winery
handwarmers
anti-itch stick ("Survivor" brand, so it might get voted off)

Mighty Beenz
a balsawood glider
Yetisburg (the Civil War, but with Yetis! On cards!)
Ocean's 12/Ocean's 13 BluRay
Fight Club BluRay (the first rule of Fight Club...)
@mehrocco_mole I love the f5 button. I'm a newly Mac person too ;) but we loved it. My wife stole the organizer before I saw what it was. ;) thank you someone in your family doesn't work at the nation's largest credit union by chance?? :)
@Mehrocco_Mole yes good way. I also work at a credit union. We've had a busy time recently. But. Ow we're getting back into the new normal :). Still bummed I didn't get a chance to go & set up/visit the new Detroit branches.

I got my box today from @GlindaGW ? I think that was the name on the hand-written note. This box was packed with pure awesomeness. I had to fight my kids off to keep them out of it long enough to snap a picture or two. The homemade jelly was a nice touch. I still haven't tried it, but I look forward to it!
Handwritten note:
The haul:
I just now realized that the AirHogs RC Flying man was upside down. Honestly, this thing looks like a lot of fun. I can't wait to try it out.
Hawaiin Lei Stanley Snack Container Jar of HomeMade (organic) strawberry lemon jam (jelly? I can never remember which is which) Build-a-Bear 50 piece mini puzzle Woot Screaming Monkey Memory Foam insoles 1/2 Pint Glass -- pretty funny actually 4-pack of parachuters AAA stickers Wax Mustache LED Headlamp Pocket notepad and pen 2 pocket pens StarWars Chewbacca Dry Erase board Money Clip (I've actually been meaning to buy one of these, so THANKS!) Enervit Energy snack/mix/squeezie Enervit R2 Recovery drink mix Wine Bottle Suction stopper Princess Bumper Sticker Reindeer Soap pouch Prudential Beer Coozie Stainless Steel Pint-Size mug New Moon (Shelly, paperback) Robsessed DVD (my wife laughed at it) Sierra Designs Tent anchor bag (I think anyway -- my buddy was pretty excited about it, so i let him have it).
And this -- I don't even know how to express my reaction to reading this. It was somewhere between "what the fuck!?" and "Hahaha", but I felt bad laughing at it. I mean, it's Yarn, but WTF is "Baby Fingering"? Is this a term in crocheting? If so, they definitely should think about finding a new one.
Finn wanted to get some attention. Hi Finn!
This bag is awesome, so thanks @GlindaGW! I will make sure all of this stuff is well loved!
Fingering weight is a gauge of yarn. I would never have noticed "Baby Fingering", thank you for making me laugh (wish that I hadn't just taken a drink at that moment)!
While it would work as a tent anchor, the Sierra Designs tent bag is supposed to be a drink holder. There's nothing like being able to sit up and bang your head into a waterbottle.
Please send video if Finn starts chasing the RC Flying Man!
My first of 3 Exchange boxes arrived from @ceagee on Monday. There was so much interesting stuff in there, it took me a while before I could get all the pics ready. Here's a shot of the whole nine yards:
Some of the more intriguing items...
Personalized Note
Re-gifted Candle Holders :)
Brett Butler button
Homemade Catnip? At least it got thru security. LOL! I tried my best to get a "panoramic" shot of the label. Very nice!
SD card with Spongebob episodes built-in!
Newman's Cinnamon Mints... will be trying these!
2004 Calendar Book featuring "Women Who Dare". 'twas a good year indeed!
Special Agent weapon watch. Awesome
Silly Surfers -- it's a model
Sports entertainment -- on VHS!
All in all, a pretty epic crate also featuring flip flops, a tooth care kit, Edward Scissorhands CD case, Zombie woot! shirt (ladies Medium, I believe), glow sticks, toilet paper, magnet, sippy cup, Monte sticker, and a pouch full of Crayola markers that were immediately claimed by the kids. Whew! That's a lot of stuff! Thanks, @ceagee!!
@SColburn I created one just for meh... It's got none of my real information attached. If you don't mind, of course, you can reach me at jaremehlz at the Google thingy. Thanks!
Last, and most certainly not least, we have the box from @Pamtha! Well first, allow me to drop you a photo of The Haul:
Right off the top, we have the handcrafted and personalized BOC (Bag of Craft)! I love it!
And a hearty "you're welcome" to you too. =)
Other than Star Wars and At-At, I can't read anything on here. But it appears to be a 3D holographic "Slot-A to Tab-B" model thingy. Awesome!
lulz
And this... was not expecting this!
Yeah, that's Five Hundred Indian Rupees!
All $7.554 USD of it! Hey, ya never know. Now it's an investment in the economy of India. =)
Also featuring... - Pfaltzgraff outlet cover - A "Touch O'Irish" adhesive mustache & goatee - Wine glass markers - Opened 4-pack of RingPops... aaaand there are 3 RingPops. =) - 24-pack of crayons (school's back in!) - Color-changing plastic spoons - Whiffle Balls - Golf Balls - A highly-questionable-looking bag of Peanut Squares - Go Go Tomago from Big Hero 6 - Tiki God Necklace - Hand Painted Porcelain Beads "Monkey with Fez" - Halloween cookie cutters - Skeleton straw with broken leg - Cub Scout Patch - Lighted Rose - Richmond (Hello!) Ford Lincoln Mercury trailer hitch! - And how about that fancy hat? I'd model it, but I can't get the thing on my fat head. LOL!
@SColburn Eeks I put the opened RingPops in there? That was an oops, I had two packages. The AT-AT is regifted from a Hong Kong-based coworker who sends me fun stuff. Enjoy the trailer hitch cover!
@mikibell Your meh was sent today because life gets in the way sometimes. USPS priority mail, it should arrive Mon or Tues. Tracking # 9505 5139 8231 5233 0179 41 Ho-lee crap that's a long number.
@mamawoot I cannot complain, since @Mehrocco_Mole and @trisk boxes aren't going out until Monday. While I feel badly they are delayed, they are MUCH better boxes than if I had rushed them. They are still mediocre though!
@jaremelz I am soo sorry.. images are now uploaded, entering it now.. I really do love my box of stuff.. trying to capture its awesomeness is difficult.
Thanks to my favorite cat-lover, @lisaviolet for this creative bundle of eclectic-ivity!
First off, the customized, printed canvas bag with my name and the name & date of the Exchange on it was WAY COOL. If I could send hugs to you through the computer for that alone, I would.
I was also pretty excited about the screaming monkey with purple cape. I already have one with a pink cape, but I use these to torture my dogs with when they’re being bad (the scream sound freaks them out).
A pretty interesting mix of stuff:
DVD Movie: 5ifth Estate Book: Weird-o-pedia Book: Scared Shitless (book of scary facts – it’s funny, I opened it up to a random page and the first scary fact I saw was that something like 70% of Texans believe that homosexuality isn’t moral.) Magic Deck of Cards Bubble Gun (WITH batteries INCLUDED!!) Set of Calculators Box of fancy cards + free Glue stick Disneyland Sunglasses AWESOME LED color-changing nightlight (oh yeah, it’s going in the wall tonight) Woot T-Shirt with a zombie hand poking through the ground (love it!) Teeny Tin of Altoids Mickey Mouse/Disneyland Keychain with built-in compass, magnifying glass, and thermometer Woot! Lights! Drinking Happy Bird Tube of ZipFizz – energy drink powder Bag of Buttons with included interesting story behind them Surfed Too Long paperweight (I have no words.)
@connorbush my wonderful upside down-ish image of my contents from @Starblind I need to list it all out. I will use the awesome paper weight of Gandalf, the soap dish, and the Elsa Funko! Thank you I did not even know about Funkos but I guess my boss is REALLY into them lol. I shall list the rest later. oh yeah....no thanks for the glitter bomb!
A puzzle Campbells soup Christmas ornament 2 Diamond Bear Brew Co. Stickers 2 sets of underwear...unused? :) Verizon SIM card and phone case Wallet Ink cartridge String of 20 LED light bulbs 1 chunk of metal 1 manual for a smoker
@studerc My bad! The last thing I did packing was fly that quadcopter in my garage to make sure it and both batteries worked, it was really the big plus to that box :(
Careful, the hunk of metal is a super strong magnet.
Also, after watching this thread, I feel I've underdelivered a bit.
@studerc check the gears by the motors for fuzz, btw. They can wind stuff up advance make one stop. I hope it works, they're awesome but not if trey don't fly.
@djslack Absolutely no worries. I enjoyed the box! Checked for fuzz...nada. Took apart the gears and motor casing, nada. On initial startup it refuses to move however when i crank the acceleration it kicks into gear. However makes it all but impossible to stabilize. Hopefully more tinkering will fix it!

@studerc Hope you enjoyed it! I had fun packing it all up, but was very paranoid about doing a good job when I saw I'd been assigned you...Also, pretty sure the Starbucks card has ten bucks on it. I was given it at a restaurant menu tasting I went to.
@AnnaB i always considered having my packages sent to a relative so people dont feel inclined to go above and beyond when they get me. Thoroughly enjoyed the box! Thank you!
@studerc Ah...so you're my last box. I was like, ahhhh...I'll just wait a little longer just in case my person was tied up. I totally get that! And...I can't wait to see what kind of meh. I end up getting from you. I hate to admit it, I'm actually a bit excited lol!~
@studerc Already am...lol. Even for the meh. of it. Sadly, I just love getting boxes in the mail. I swear, I have issues. The total surprise is what makes it worthwhile every time.
@studerc I'm all good. I was hoping my sender was not horribly prompt as I was working out of town most of last week. I am just now poking my head out online.
@Collin1000 - Yup that's a pizza cutter, The retractable thingy is an ethernet cord for an internet connection. The poor little purple octopus is a USB hub, and last but not least - is a Dell power adapter that fits into your car's cigarette lighter... 8P
@Collin1000 I'll be your "metal thing" commentator today. That Cold Steel Voyager is a very good everyday pocket knife. Their blades and quality are respected among knife enthusiasts. Definitely not meh.
@Collin1000 Yes, the white things are favor boxes. I had big plans for using them...but yeah, it's not going to happen, lol!~ And yay! Another bonus cat hair box, lol. As I had mentioned, both of my cats pull out their own hair, and no matter what I do, it gets everywhere!~ They are horrible, but I love them!
Okay, here's my first unboxing, compliments of @LadyLeela...lots of great stuff here...
Shower head and connectors
Princess Bride magnets (nice size, on the fridge)

Some local candy, chocolate over some sort of honeycomb? Temp was in the 100s, it was melting, it needed to be quickly eaten. It was gone in short order.
A lot of really nice stuff here, thank you so much!

A handwritten note that unfortunately got caught in the glue of the box, so it is slightly torn now.

Needle felted Sunflower to remind me of my sunflower/armor photo!
The piece de la resistance (french accent here, please)
A hand knitted scarf/cowl in mohair -- OMG is this soooo soft and beautiful..
@jaramelz .. you did a fantastic job on a box that should have been mediocre!
@mikibell I made that little hot dog a few years ago, and until it was sent to you, it lived with some other knitted treats. I'm so glad you like the silly box!
@mikibell That's true! I wrote the note before I had to whittle bulky things like Texas air down. Sorry! I'm so glad you like it. And technically, it was all stuff from around the house, except for the sunflower that I made when I got your name and the toilet seat. And candy. And sponges. My kid won't stop bugging me to get him some now!
@christinewas I would just hope I have something left laying around! Just kidding, I actually couldn't send everything that I'd amassed, so I've already started the next exchange box!
Tough trip out of town. I smiled when the first thing that I saw when I pulled into my driveway was a box covered in Dino stickers. It got even better when I opened it and learned that @Starblind had sent me all sorts of goodies. I promise to share a full inventory tomorrow. Thanks @Starblind, perfect timing!
I am starting to think the person I sent mine to didnt get it. The address was in Hermiston OR but when I look it up on google maps it cant find it. I also didnt get a user name of the person who it belongs to. So if your first name is Jann and you live in Oregon please let me know so I can give you tracking. Albeit it was delivered a few weeks ago :(
@Foxborn Normally I would be just fine to assume they didnt post, but the discrepancies in where the internet wanted to say it was made me wonder if it was a address I could actually ship to.
@darkzrobe Sorry, sorry, sorry...I just posted that I received the box and scrolled through the thread and found your comment. I've been traveling and haven't had time to post. The box arrived and it is the very best box of crap that I have ever received. Thank you so much. I especially enjoyed the "Super Free Instructions of Contents." BTW Hermiston, Oregon is a real place and you can even see my house on google maps. Hermiston is a small, rural, agricultural town of about 16,500 people in Eastern Oregon. We are known for producing watermelons and manufacturing french fries.
@jann Appreciate the update. I was just worried cause when I double checked the address on google it redirected it to some place completely different. Then I didnt here from you and I realized I forgot to put a return address on the box. Glad you got everything and found some items usable.
Finally getting around to posting the two boxes I received last Monday. I didn't see a user name from this box, so thanks to whomever sent it! The return label had Keyena's Collections on it. It included: ~Vermont American Retrieval set...perfect for when my cats hide stuff under the dressers and couches! ~Wood incense holder..perfect, I've been needing one! ~Grime Boss hand wipes, my mom loves hand wipes and has since claimed them ~Sterling silver earrings ~Keychain kaleidoscope, perfect add on gift for someone who loves them ~Monster iSplitter ~SR626SW hearing aid battery ~JLab premium metal earbuds ~Freesia oil diffuser and reed sticks, smells so pretty! ~Zhip hands free retractable zip cord and stand ~meh. So happy to get a package today from @flouise. - Ouchies Ouchless Bandaids with cute characters - Large Comfort Float for fun in the pool - 2 packages of Glow Bars for my next Rave - A cool, mysterious invisible pen - Box of Royal Play Sand (Says easy clean up!) - ShWings, to snazz up some sneakers - A dapper sloth koozie - Lanyard for name badge (or what have you) with tacos - Bungee Cable (10 feet) for my phone Thanks very much for the fun stuff!
Ok still short a box. but just so @collin1000, @Marion14505, @Primrosewater your wonderful packages have been received and Photographed and listed. @AlexNoVa Your's are photographed but I"ve been neglecting the listing of the contents, I loved it though and I will have all of them posted soon
Returned from vacation to find a wonderful package from @DarkZrobe with so many treasures. I will take pictures in the morning and post a list, but I wanted @DarkZrobe to know that it arrived and I am dazzled! The spouse immediately latched on to the LL Bean Compass Digital Thingy, changed the battery, and now proudly displays barometric pressure to anyone who is interested. Even my son was impressed with the box...Quote "You got some cool stuff, Mom." He never said that about any BOC from Woot. Thank you DarkZrobe, your box was way above my expectations.
and my favorite item... a chest strap and watch heart rate monitor!! I have been thinking about getting one of these for a while now, and my wife and I just started dieting and exercising again, so it's perfect for us!!
Thanks @trisk! Much appreciated! And if that Microsoft thing is useful in some way, please let me know!!
@kadagan Glad you and your kids enjoyed it! This was my first box and bunch of things occurred to me after packing it, like the note that should've been there. :)
The Microsoft thing is a GPS receiver that I once had the idea of using with a car computer (now we use a tablet). Maybe someone can come up with a creative use for it (it works with lots of different software despite the Microsoft branding).
The dog and cat nutrition book was my partner's idea (she's a vet). Wish I'd known about your pets because we have a TON of toys and treats!
I may have thrown in the wrong type of spare battery with the watch, let me know if you need any.
@trisk Awesome, thanks! The GPS Receiver could be a great toy! I've got 4 Raspberry Pi's, so maybe I can find something fun to do with it ;). I love to tinker and start projects (most of which I never finish), so this will open up new things I can almost do! Thanks again!
I forgot to take pictures before hiding it from my kid, but I also received a blow-gun from @eulestadt the other day! My husband gleefully ran outside with it to try it out. He was very disappointed when my teenager proved to be frighteningly more accurate than either of us.
I now present evidence that @connorbush has mastered Time Lord technology. The following items are indisputably larger than the laptop bag that contained them.
connorbush's box was reported to contain:
Organic Ramen, A phone stand, a bag of some sort, my broken hopes and dreams, and some neoprene cases.
Within the box, I found a laptop bag and two crumpled priority mail envelopes. I believe these envelopes contained his broken hopes and dreams until they completely dematerialized, as they were the only missing items from this list.
I enjoyed pulling everything out of a bag with many pockets. It was like an adventure that would never end. Well... Until it ended. I am posting the items one pocket at a time to make the information more digestible (and this post much longer than I can reasonably justify).
The Oakley Emotional Rollercoaster - Laptop bag (that will fit my 17" laptop!) - Empty box for Oakley Hobbit 3D glasses - Oakley microbags - 4" x 6" frame - 2lb ankle/wrist weights (I will actually use these) - Oakley hard case... with the missing contents of the empty box!
The SO's Share - Promised organic ramen x8 (husband took them because I can't have gluten) - Family Guy Evil Monkey (husband was excited) - NanoTek stand (One of my husband's coworkers had been eying his, so we're giving this one to him.) - Celsius calorie-burning energy drink (OK, OK. Message received! Actually, my husband took this, too.)
The Suitably Meh Pocket - Two Neoprene Sleeves (I bought 30 and would have bought another 30 if they hadn't sold out. The little one is one of my favorites. I turn it inside-out for the fuzzy blue lining and it fits nicely around a camelbak bottle, both insulating a seussifying it.) - Home Health Care Inc pen (Well... it's blue. And blue is good.) - Blue watch (again, blue is good) - Stylish Cream Soda wallet containing two Brazilian Reais (about $0.56) - Wendy's spoon... new, in package! - Sunglasses Clip (It took me way too long to realize what this was. WAY too long. My husband actually just said he needed one, though, so this is perfect.) - Red Book Cover - Photo Paper (hey, I could print something for that 4x6 frame) - Handy Box of Knots. More like, Handy Box of Lies. I found a bunch of rope and a book about knots. They should have specified that it was the "supply your own knots" edition.
The Person Favorites - Cowboys caution tape (I am having a lot of fun dreaming up photo arrangements to use to mock my Cowboys-loving friends.) - Cowboys Money Clip (I'm sure I know someone who would love this) - Chive box containing: magic cards, #RAKit sticker, Adeline button, and... - Birdie Paper Knife (I LOVE this thing. The color. The birdness. The fact that I have been meaning to buy something to serve this function.) - Zhip stand (I think my husband is going to steal this) - meh lightning snap cable (I'm actually one of the people that finds these things useful. But I'm also an android user. Will probably give to a brainwashed friend.) - 4 Pokémon cards: Slowpoke, Pikachu, Dewgong, and Abra - Colgate Wisp pack (I've actually wanted to try these but have never bothered to spend money on them. So... Yay!) - Cigar Cutter ("Does this mean I get to smoke a cigar?" [Blank stare.] "I always want to smoke one when you leave town." "To celebrate??? Thanks! I missed you, too!") - "Berry Drunk" can koozie - 6' Printer Cable (will stir up envy among its new friends because it still has packaging) - Campfire Cologne Possibly my favorite item. It is currently being displayed in our bathroom for the enjoyment of our guests. (Box with wood, matches, and "application" instructions.) This treasure will never leave our home.
Thanks for the great box, @connorbush. I loved it.
Just noticed this on the paper knife box: "A paper knife is obviously a tool used to open envelopes, but have you found yourself writing any letters lately? Letters are a form of old-fashioned 'analog' communication, which can actually be really fun. I hope that giving this 'Birdie' as a present can help trigger that kind of communication for you." @connorbush... were you looking for a penpal?
@christinewas The campfire cologne was the most difficult to part with. I kept one stick. It actually smells incredible. I am so glad that you enjoy the contents. I was not searching for a penpal; however, I will be glad to exchange witty banter via the meh forum!
@christinewas the Oakley Coin actually belongs to X-Metal eyewear and is a treasure in its own right. Wield it cautiously. I did not have the Hobbit pin that accompanies the 3D glasses so I threw in the X-Metal coin for good measure. I believe it is titanium.
@connorbush Nice. I admittedly have not looked that closely, yet. I mostly pulled off the microbag to confirm that they were the Hobbit glasses, and then set aside for picture time.
I may be one of the last ones to check in but I came home to an amazing and eclectic haul from @kadagan. Bunny Stickers History of Basketball CD set Plush Blanket Grip Go Universal Phone Mount Cobra Power Inverter Shoe Polish 2 sets of memory insoles 12 pens small clock Back of Door Basketball set Pac Man energy pellets/candy Mini football Rubix Cube knock off Heat belt without the heat source 3 Dice Knights of the Dinner Table Magazine Belkin Samsung Keyboard and Case Belkin IPhone Arm Case PNY/FX Video Board Titlest Golf Balls Phone Stand Halo Portable Game Emergency rations chicken noodle dinner A NJ Eatery tee shirt Some undetermined IOGEAR cable/Converter thingy AND.. An autographed baseball from Tony Kubek Rookie of the year 1957!!!!!
@readnj A couple notes for you.. The gross shirt was from my fuko.. lol.. The IOGear thing is a KVM (allows you to share one keyboard, monitor, mouse, and speakers with 2 computers). The baseball may or may not be authentic.. I tried to order a plain baseball off amazon and received that. The seller never answered my email after.. But I figured being in NJ you might like the Yankees. haha. The heat belt thing was either in my fuko or a mystery box from daily steals.. lol.. Also, that comic I found in an old box of stuff from my army days.. Someone must have sent it to me either in basic training or in Iraq, but I don't think I ever read it. I hope you enjoy the random stuff!! :)
@readnj Oh! I forgot the best part!! Those 2 oddly shaped dice are from an amazing kickstarter I backed! They're called "Drinking Dice". They have the digits 1 through 6, as well as a "take a drink" and a "give a drink" side. You can use them to replace the dice in any game to turn it into a drinking game!
@kadagan I was just going to tell you I figured out the IOGear KVM. I even downloaded a manual for it! Most of my family are Yankee fans and have an autograph collection so they are thrilled. I am the lonely Met fan. The random stuff is so cool! Thanks again
@mamawoot So sorry for the late posting.. your package arrived this week, but I had to work 12 hour days each day.. I am turning another year older this week so my gift to myself was that I took today off and enjoyed sorting through my mehbox .. it is also sooooooo coool..

A note that told me I was THIS close to receiving a cat!
All in all an awesome box of meh -- thank you very much!
@Mehrocco_Mole and @trisk we are doing a software launch at work and go live in less than 35 days -- so I have been insanely busy. As I said in my unboxing, I took the day off to enjoy, and one of the things I am enjoying is sealing your boxes up to mail. I did not forget and I feel horrible for making you wait, I am not normally this late on anything.
@mikibell I know how these things go. I once went to work Friday Afternoon and didn't get out of there until Tuesday morning. Moved a TV Station from the old building into the new building without going off the air. Forgot all about a Physics Mid-term Monday. Thanks for keeping us up to date.
@mikibell No worries, I'm all too familiar with staring down the bug tracker in the final weeks of a major release. Thanks the heads up, and good luck!
@trisk I think I am banned from using the defect tracker... I have the record # of defects entered.. Mostly because I see things others miss :( Your package was mailed today!
@Mehrocco_Mole Good news! Your package was mailed today. Bad News! I forgot to put the postage on it! Luckily, I noticed before I put it in the mailbox..
@mikibell I got it! WOW!!! Been tied up at work but the inventory is done. I may miss a few items because the family went through the box before the inventory was completed. BTW: My personal favorite was the Happy Pill. I'm using copies of it at work for stress breakers. If someone has a bad call I give them a "Happy Pill." Brings a smile every time. I have to take a picture 'cause I have a feeling a little one will get a kick out of it.

Yay!!! Thanks so much!!! I got excited for what turned out to be one heck of a fun box!!!
@SavvySapphire That HDMI thingie might be a micro or mini HDMI to full-size HDMI adapter. Also @studerc is a beta member or something from Jet.com so if the code doesn't work, tell him- he may be able to get you a new one that does work.
@Prissy ahhh sorry sorry sorry! I have the box openings planned tonight (that sounded raunchy). Finally shipped out to you and @wildmomo... Didn't receive complete addresses or a response from studerc but (obviously) yours was on the return label and the other was google-able.
@blondemeh Yes I did. I didn't get a chance to take pics though. The snacks got eaten quickly, by the kids, and other people took what they want. So by the time I was able to take pics I think all that was left was a clipboard, memo board, and a nail file. Thanks you, it was great fun, and the items will be put to use.
@mossygreen thanks for the box! Myself and my kiddos enjoyed it. The lava lamp is so cool and brought back memories and now my son is excited about it. My 4yr old really enjoyed the straw glasses. As soon as I can figure put how to post pics, I will lol.
This box was heavy and full of awesomeness I mean mehness. @eulestadt You are crazy in the best way. The last came yesterday and today. The headphones are awesome and needed as my little one keeps making off with all my others. And the box was...weird? I can't use some of it (android house here) but the bath mats rock!
@becca Yeah! I can now report back to my kids (teenagers) that you finally opened it. My kids and I put together the box. It was so much fun to look for unique/odd items to go in the box. We tried to make it fun. Hope you found a thing or two that you liked out of the assortment.
@nsamadisy for a second time, did you ever receive the package? Just checking and have seen no posts that you had but also no posts complaining that you had not.
Thanks to @mossygreen for a wonderfully eclectic box!

So, when I tried to do the last meh box, it was right after Easter and there were some cool things to put in...hence why there's so much Easter-related stuff.
purple thing records video but its intended purpose is such a mystery. leave secret messages for people?
I wanted to send something Atl-y, but didn't have anything!
A skirt is a skirt. Can't someone give a pink skirt as part of a variety gift box???
Also, you forgot the bouncy balls! I collect them and they're from my personal collection
I vow to make each Meh box better from now on. Still, hoped you liked it!
@MrBoudreaux haha I was wondering what sort of use this particular skirt could have had... will brainstorm Halloween costumes. oh yes the bouncy balls - old school style! I found it to be a perfect meh box! Some cool/fun/useful stuff, some a little bizarre/unnecessary. Same recipe I used for mine :)
I just realized I never finished showing my FUKU that @sohmageek sent me. And now that he's goat I can blame him for... things! Let's start with the box itself - all freakin' like 20 pounds of it.
After fulling unpacking you can see just how much stuff I got. I'll try to name it all.
I got several DVDS including a single seinfeld disc (season 2 disc 3 I believe?), Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back Collectors series, Fat Albert, A single Weeds Disc, a Dr. Who disc etc.

A wrist band that can help me grapple down a mountain cliff or get off my roof when I kick over the ladder A cars wall decal 4 double A to D battery converters (or C maybe?) Assorted cords for assorted computer thingees A set of gaming headphones!
A bunch of Keurig coffees that have already been consumed A big ol' thing of Maple Syrup from Vermont. Also consumed. Not shared. Safely tucked into Neoprene sleeve Battery Charger MineCraft random key chain thingee (I got a sheep!) And other things including my 8 Jonas Brothers Nintendo DS games
And a hand written note from those two. About the best haul (and most random) that I could hope for. Thanks so much guys - Lots of fun!
@studerc reminder, you can add me to the list to cover for someone no showing. Life happens to folks, but others shouldn't have to wait for their box of awesome! And I have a lot of cra....awesome to send some lucky los....winner. :) Send me an address if it gets too late in the game, Casey.
@studerc ditto what @v said, although my original box was pretty good even though @nsamadisy did not post the contents I am sure I can come up with another that is good too. Just say the word.

USPS tracking #9114999944238254706912 This is my first exchange so please be nice during the unveiling :). @becca The one day hubby gets the mail... "What did u order now?" How do I explain the whole Meh exchange thingie? He thought I was getting rid of my crapola, had no idea I was getting someone else's... Can't wait to see the goodies!

@MrBoudreaux Yea.... Lots and lots of misc!!! I could have filled 5-20lb boxes.... Sorry for all the meh crap! We just got home and I have not has a chance to open my mystery box :(. @Mehrocco_Mole don't. :) I didn't feel shorted. I really enjoyed it :) no need to apologize. I didn't know what to expect and wish I had put more in the boxes that were really good.

So hopefully I'm the last one to post... man am I an awful Mehrican...
Holy box of crap... So much amazingly good... I mean, completely meh, stuff contained!
Figured I'd skip to the end for everyone who was waiting in anticipation!
I got a bag of air (unopened!!!), 47.5 packing peanuts (I think? I know I counted...), and an unfortunately non-edible silica gel packet. That's never stopped me before, though!!! In addition to those awesome items, Gary decided to help me check out the rest:
Flipping amazing tattoos
A freaking baby quadcopter! Haven't gotten the chance to try it yet, but it's gonna get so many cat toys taped to it, this is going to be the best thing ever!
a Zhip stand! I actually eyed these a few times, but couldn't ever justify buying one when I could just toss my phone in a ziplock bag and clamp it to the back of the airplane seat... now I don't have to!
A pair of helicopter... things. I watched a few videos on how to assemble/fly them, and... let's just say I've yet to get the hang of it. I'll keep trying, though!
Spare rotors for the quadcopter, and a shield to protect them. I'm sure Ash, Gary and Misty will appreciate that, they wouldn't like their paws getting chewed up as they bat this thing out of the sky
5 ink cartridges. Um... kay! Not sure what printer they go with, and I'm not sure it matters!
A sweet water bottle!
A 10 pack of 1.5V coin cell batteries! Can't wait to stuff them into some project or other
3 different sizes of neoprene pouches! I must say I'm glad I never specifically bought these, given the number I've gotten from fukus, and now these!
So... pictures!
@tightwad, words can not describe how impressed I am at the selection you sent. I am truly thankful, and quite sorry it took me so very long to write this up. As a parting gift... my poor attempt to show off my muscles with one of the (surprisingly high quality) tattoos. My wife woke me up the next morning asking "why do you have a hummingbird tattoo on your arm...?" We've only been married 3 weeks, so I guess she can thank you for showing her what she's gotten herself into!
@smigit2002 Thanks for writing it up...I kept thinking it must have been a terrible box or gotten horrible lost/mangled in shipping etc. Enjoy the quadcopter, with the guard it should last a long time. If your cats are like my dog at all they will run away from it...
@tightwad Haha, no, I assure you it was amazing. Long story short, I work at a university running events, and your package showed up as we were getting ready for the new year. I popped it open, said "oh neat, it showed up!" and then it got tossed under my desk as we went into a couple weeks of chaos. Thanks again!!!
@Foxborn I'm sorry that you got stuck with me. If it makes you feel any better, I haven't received anything either. Your package is packaged, but I don't have a car and the nearest post office is not that near. I had a stomach bug earlier this week and had to work really long days for the rest of the week. I'm going to do my best to get the package out tomorrow, I just want you to know I'm not trying to deliberately be an asshole.
@HELLOALICE Just wondering if you have the tracking number, I haven't seen the package yet and I'll need to follow up soon with the Post office, if it got side tracked
@v indeed i did. Wife actually opened it before i got home and thought it was a sick joke and set it out into the garage to air out. It will be quite the project but im hoping to attempt to restore it over the cold Iowa winter!
@studerc it should work - sorry about the smell, it came that way and I sent it off to you before I could really address it. So, I got parts and pieces for all kinds of typers. If you really do take it on, need something that you don't have, and are inclined to get what you need - lemme know. If I have it, I'll send it right quick to you. Congrats on a busy year, Casey.
@v Something must have happened during the shipping process then, because its in rough shape. I don't know much about them, but it does appear to be complete, just a few broken/bent pieces.
@eulestadt Please please please post what I sent you... even if you don't have time to take photos. In the last exchange my person don't that either... makes me sad.
4x 6-Pack of candy to replace that non-existent six pack I'll be losing when I eat all of them
1x JLab "premium" metal earbuds
1x Kindle Neoprene Sleeve
1x Fancy Bond Votage Baseball cap
1x Perry the Platypus tumbler
1x Laptop Sleeve/Carrying Bag - Was just looking for one and this came. Thanks :)
1x Macbook? Case
1x Empty box of clips
1x Florida Tech University Online flag
And finally the highlight...
1x Awkward Family Photos book
Thanks for everything and I'm sorry for all the delay.(blame the goat and those horrid Chinese officials claiming I wasn't a US citizen since my passport expired) I'm amazed by all the stuff that you sent and the wonderful curation and selection.
@eulestadt A drag about the hassle you got over your passport. Thanks for posting. Empty box of clips - that is weird - I thought I had put in a full box of clips. Sorry about that. Enjoy the candy. I figured even if you hated everything else you'd like at least some of the candy or if you took candy you hated to work you'd get brownie points there. The Bond Voyage baseball cap was from a stock broker company that rented the tall ship I worked on as a reward for them exceeding sales that month. So it is a pun baseball cap on bon/d. The stuff in boxes - moscow mule cup, the kitchen utensils, tumbler, kindle sleeve, ear buds - at least you can regift them if you don't want/need them and no one will know LOL. Thank you for posting. My person last time around who didn't post got a cool (new in clamshell) cow that pooped jelly beans. Couldn't find something as cool this time though.
Amazing bond voyage pun and awkward family photos book.
I can definitely put a lot of the items to good use, if you don't mind me spray painting the tumbler and earbuds black. The kindle sleeve fits my Nexus and I can gift the utensils and moscow mule cup to my parents (I don't drink).
Being the selfish person I am, I ate most of the candy already, but now I feel rather guilty of not sharing it at work.
That jelly bean pooping cow sounds pretty awesome, but your curation still far exceeded my expectations.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed every bit of the package, and especially loved the curation.
@studerC Well I'm not sure what happened to @hippiechik . I sent her my mailing address on 9/18 and she said she received it and the package was coming soon. I still have nothing and she hasn't returned my e-mail since. At his point I have to assume it's not coming. Oh well. The other boxes I got were very cool and was far beyond what I expected. I'm starting a new box now for next time.
@Foxborn If there was only 2 of us that didn't get boxes ( plus @HELLOALICE who didn't receive one or form the sounds of it didn't send one) that's not too bad overall.
FIRST!!!)!!!1`1!``11!11!!!
Woah. So @heli0s is ridiculously awesome and awesomely ridiculous.
I came home to a large USPS crap on my doorstep. Its deboxing was magical giggling fun. @heli0s, you are a glorious crapper! I received:
$10 itunes giftcard (whaaaaat?!! damn, yo! That is too generous.)
Fshhh, I'm exhausted. This is the best, silliest, funnest, most extravagant crap box I've ever received. I heart you, you fabulous @heli0s, you!!!
My loot layout:
The sweet apology note:
@goldenthorn Daaaaang. Nice haul! :)
@goldenthorn Glad you enjoyed the box! You seem like a perfectly nerdy gaming chick so I thought you'd appreciate most of that loot. I almost gave you Wool, but thought you seemed like someone who'd already gotten through the basics ;-)
@goldenthorn Score!
@goldenthorn what was in the magic card pack??? :)
@sohmageek Hah, I have no clue! My brother grabbed it for himself as he walked by, so it's gone forever now.
That reminds me, I meant to leave a handwritten card in my box for my recipient, oh well. :) They'll enjoy it, regardless.
Fantastic box, @Goldenthorn.
YEs, That's awesome, and makes me remember to put a note in before I send it out... :)
My recipient is going to be sorely disappointed on Friday or so. That was a horrible, very bad job @helios ;)
@speediedelivery yeah, thanks @heli0s for setting the bar so high... First to ship & first to be awesome :P Good Job!
Oh damn, I don't even have boxes yet! You suck, @heli0s! Great job!
Holy bejeebies!
Just got home from work to find my exchange box already waiting for me!
This is what's in it:
A wooden puzzle box that I promptly spent 20 minutes working out how to undo to find...glow in the dark condoms, a lovely note and 2.5 euros.
A mini LED flashlight
2 squirt guns
An easy fasten bow tie
A baby leg
A disposable cell phone charger
A Basic Guide to Bobsledding
A twist and grate cheese grater
Some very funny stickers
A few very very funny stickers
A little tool which appears to be for measuring out the correct amount of dry pasta to use. As the instructions are not in English, I'm guessing based on the picture.
Some bungee cords
A NY Yankees Pez dispenser. With Pez
Some "Cleaner Than Shit" hand sanitizer. Instructions say to use extra if I actually see shit
A cookie dipping spoon.
A Swiss Tech 9 in 1 key ring tool
4 90 minute cassette tapes
AND a CD dual alarm clock radio!
This is incredible!
Thank you @heli0s
@AnnaB Glad you enjoyed finding some of that crap! The little black tool is indeed a Japanese tool for measuring servings of pasta. I know it will likely never see use but thought it was unique enough that you probably don't have one in your Le Cordon Bleu kitchen already.
I received my package from @nikodemus yesterday. It was the perfect balance of awesome and meh!
JBL Onbeat Speaker dock W/Lightning Connector
The Bourne Identity Paperback
LOTR – Fellowship of the Ring DVD. Previously loved (how bad is it that I own many versions of this already?)
Blank DVD+R Disk
Two Plastic Green Sharks (Chip clips maybe?)
A Red figure with an orange sign that looks like a post-apocalyptic Grimace
Houston Rockets Koozie
Set of Buttons
Puzzle (Seriously, I can’t get it past the point it is in the picture. It’s really frustrating and gives me flask backs to when I had problems with the ignition switch on my car).
Gizmo Doll (My cat immediately went to chew on the feet)
meh Key Chain (Amazing!)
D&D Kreon Figure
Guardians of the Galaxy Magnet
Frog Stickers
A super meh addition of a CD Sleeve for a car visor with the following CD’s included:
Porter Wagoner
Elvis Presley
Porter Wagoner & Dolly Parton
Don Williams
I have no idea who Porter Wagoner or Don Williams are but judging by the other two artist included I probably wouldn’t like them.
@Nikodemus Damn it, now I have to finish the puzzle! The story of the CD's almost makes me love them....almost.
@LadyLeela I pulled out the John Denver CD and gave that away to someone in my box. Not sure why but it seemed like a neat idea at the time.
@StrangerDanger Ah, John Denver, always a favorite of my mom's. I have a feeling you and @nikodemus are trouble together.
@LadyLeela Luckyyy
Thanks so much @StrangerDanger ! Package just arrive this morning. Going to put these cordial cherries to work immediately and definitely have use for everything.
Cordial Cherry boxes x2
Frisbee Mousepad
John Denver CD
DSi Dock (Dunno where my DSi and 3DS doesn't fit either, but the cord is useful. Also FC: 1478 4973 6566)
2 Beer/Bottle Cozies (Boot and Beer Exchange)
Tinkerbell "Where the party never ends!" Mug
Multitool with discretion to not take to the airport.
Tablet case
Tarzan Cassette
Yellow Clutch Purse
Blue Notebook n' Pen
Purple Bag (Yay purple :D )
Buffalo Bills and Yellow College magnet
Custom Keyring
Ceramic Bear
Book on Golf
White House squishy

@Keyeno @LadyLeela How about that, a John Denver CD, what a coincidence!
(These exchanges really don't help my packrat tendencies though... hehe )
@Keyeno yea I saw the purple hair. I gathered you had near pics and sold knives.
My stuff came today from Stephen in a priority mailing box
Photos to come as soon as I find the camera card reader for my computer (likely this evening)
Thank you : )
@Kidsandliz The bag is a small bird feeder. Hang it from a tree. I painted the painting, painted and glossed the box, and made the headband... Supposed to be meh. I made the little wooden tokens too, I leave them around town. Once I see photos to remember all I put in, I'll commentate more.
The cats name is Simba. :)
I hope you enjoyed the randomness.
(grin)
@Kidsandliz
Aww, poor thing. Here's a better photo of Simba. He's a cutie, I'm sure yours is, too.
@juststephen Here is Max (he is 14)
@Kidsandliz Photos of the loot? :) Just got my stuff - it's exciting to get mail!
@juststephen Haven't forgotten just buried in grading and need to hunt for the card reader (have taken the photos)
@Kidsandliz Aww. You're a teacher? You have a great, but unappreciated job in this world.
@juststephen This is the exact look i give when i have to pose for a picture
@juststephen Still haven't forgotten... did take the photos
My box arrived yesterday. I got home way late, got a chance to open it, but not document/photo it. I'll get that done this afternoon.
@Bogie I hope you weren't too disappointed.
@StrangerDanger Not at all! I'm just a lazy sap who over promises and under delivers. I laughed with all the little notes on each of the items.
The box contained:
And finally,
Thank you StrangerDanger.
And, as a side note, @lisaviolet I have shipped off your package USPS 2-day on Saturday. Tracking is: 950550002441522700074 . I hope you enjoy this very meh box.
@lisaviolet I typed the tracking wrong, I think. it should be: 950550002441522700074
@Bogie Thanks, I can hardly wait!
Mailing today. Sorry whoever I got. Promise it won't be worth it.
@connorbush just kidding. It's coming from me, I'm incredible. It will be spectacular...ly, depressing.
@connorbush SORRY meant this for the other thread.
@connorbush are you Marvin from THGTTG?
@Dadoboy in my soul, my dark lost soul.
@connorbush Your broken hopes and dreams are apparently sitting in my house, right now, being inspected by my cat. I won't be home until Wednesday, though. I cannot wait... I think... maybe.
@christinewas did you get the goods?!
@connorbush I did! I took pictures last night and plan to post today. You gave me a lot of typing to do!
Mailed today by 2-day priority. Expected delivery: Monday 8/17/15. 4 lb. 15.20 oz. Heads up West Coastians (the rainy area, not the droughty area).
@Dadoboy
As for the goods:
-Salad kit (Covered by scarf)
-Scarf
-Device hanger for car seat
-Zagg device cleaner, slightly exploded
-Sensor/Timer power switch
-Extension cable
-Woot Monkey
-Collapsible Bucket
-Inflatable King Hat
-Turkey Temp Gage
-Cord wrap/splitter
-Loot Crate Stealth watch
-Air comfort wrist pads
-DnD Bow Tie

-Flying Monkey
-Screaming Monkey keychain (Favorite)
-Stickers, that match my taste
-Glow bracelets
-"Shape" bag
-Stress relief cat (Favorite)
-Zip Stand
-Buttons
-Bag o Crap bag
-Various odd and scary lip balms (Ring Pop, Donut, Bacon, Laffy Taffy, and Popcorn… who the flip likes popcorn flavor?)

-Fake Cigarettes
-Cowboys vs Aliens Extended Blu-ray
-Cat Box
-Tabasco Hot Sauce, never had it before, seems tasty
-Sandisk 16GB MicroSD
@darkzrobe Also forgot to mention I love the watch, all my neat and weird watches were stolen a few months ago so that one will restart that collection.
@darkzrobe That's a box of awesome!
@darkzrobe I'm glad you and your cat enjoyed it! Thanks for posting the pics.. I had forgotten a few things that I had put in there.. And go Broncos! ;)
@Dadoboy Who are these broncos you speak of ;)
Seriously though, thank you for the box. Watching cowboys vs aliens now.
Got an awesome box yesterday from a @MysteryMehrican (@ReadWJ?) containing -
- A mooing beef thermometer
- A talking cow mug
- A pair of Trip Glasses
- An iGo car power adapter
- A favorites from Mother Goose record
- An Alien wall relief figurine
- A couple pairs of reading glasses
- A Loom Bands bracelet making kit
- A Survivalist paracord bracelet
- A built NY large camera case
Definitely some cool items in here, thanks @MysteryDood!
@heli0s with @darkzrobe turkey thermometer, and your cow one, I'm beginning to see a theme..
@heli0s That would have been me heli0s. I saw your post of what you sent after I sent mine and was feeling like I had let you down with a very meh assortment. Glad you liked it.
@heli0s Expect another box Monday, Aug. 17.
My box from @janetv arrived!
Oooooh myyyy, what a haul!
Many thanks for an awesome box o' meh, @janetv!
@janetv that mouse pad look familiar. ;)
@StrangerDanger ahahahaha i just had to share! You gave me so many last time! ;-D
@parodymandotcom I'm so glad you like the box! Glad it got to you safely! Glad. Glaaaaaadddd. (My husband told me I used "glad" twice so I had to keep going.)
@parodymandotcom "Kung Fu Hustle" is as great movie! It's really, really funny!
@janetv I think @strangerdanger is trying to create a secret organization. Membership is confirmed by providing proof of ownership of said mousepads.
@Bogie @janetv I had 5 cases (100 in a case) under my desk at work since 2007. I'm down to about 250 now. A vendor gave 10 cases to us to hand out. I got half of them but never got around to pass them around and we switched vendors since then.
@StrangerDanger @Bogie They're pretty great.
Safe journey.
Sent mine to Colorado. 27.64 from los Angeles. Expected delivery Friday 21st.
@connorbush I forgot to include gummy vitamins and lenny/Larry protein cookies. They will go in a future box.
@connorbush what the crap! I forgot the screaming moneky. How did he escape the box?! Contemplating sending another box...
@connorbush slippery little suckers.
@ceagee If you participated in this should someone expect a ferret? That would be funny :)
@mfladd Don't worry. I would never send your ferret to someone else.
Still waiting for that mailing address.
Don't make me bribe @studerc
Thank you @nikodemus! Received splendid box on Thursday! Included one hand written note from @nikodemus with my lucky numbers on it. Prime numbers indeed! Okay, a super long list of loot:

@UgaDogCH [img][/img]
@UgaDogCH Good to hear it made it there ok. The Stufz was a co-worker donation after she got saddled with in the last office white elephant exchange. It was the one thing nobody wanted end up with. I was curious if it actually works but entirely too lazy to try it out.
I received two boxes on Thursday and I am just now getting around to posting the pics.
Box 1 from @StrangerDanger.
Box contained a note, plus all this fun stuff that had little sticky notes on everything explaining it's awesomeness.
Santa Bag
Book - The Andy Cohen Diaries (I may...or may not read this!)
Stretchable book cover
Made by Me Kit (Make a hat/scarf/3 pairs gloves)
Philips Connect any DVD player to any TV gadget
The Dead Walking DVD
Bumble Bee Snack on the Run - Chicken Salad (yeah, I'll be eating this someday!)
iPhone5 case, shaped like a dog (ironically....I have an iPhone5!)
Some sticky note paper

Lucky Coins (yup, I could always use luck!)
Beer goggles (hmmm..might be worth a shot?)
Power cord
Mighty Moustache (LOVE THIS!)
@SavvySapphire I hope you liked it. Laying out like that makes me think I should have packed more mediocre stuff.
@StrangerDanger it was great! The little notes had me laughing the whole time I was unboxing! Plus the 'stache will come in handy as I always think they are fun to mess around with!
@SavvySapphire so today I got one from you and as an odd coincidence my friend @nikodemus got one from you too. Picture to follow soon.
And, box 2 from @mikeleemm
Contained:
Rawling X-Large pants
Majestic Cool Base XXL (I think after googling these are sliding shorts)

2 packs of multi-purpose surface cleaning wipes (my mother claimed these!)
Plastic massager (I'm going to torture my cats with it)
4 packages of Universal retractable dry erase markers
2 pack of lip balm (seriously, I have a lip balm problem, thanks)
Android plush (OK, I was way more excited to receive this than I should have been considering I own an iPhone and am in fact a total Apple junkie)
Mainstays Fleece throw (this may end up someone's gift for Christmas, lol)
2 letter openers
4 6" rulers (is it because I rule??, lol)
6 Built neoprene sleeves (ironically, I own TONS of these already, I guess I really should find some fun uses for them now lol)
3 pack of mens socks
Xtreme Mac - turns any home speaker into a wireless speaker
Star Wars antiseptic hand gel, with bonus holder (I also have a hand sanitizer problem..plus Star Wars...I think one of my bosses may try to steal it, lol)
2 packs of Mello Smellos - coffee scent (good, cause I like the smell of coffee...but not the taste)
City of the Dead - Brian Keene book
The Other Guys DVD, sealed
Thanks for the fun haul! :)
@SavvySapphire Hopefully not too random, new stuff I had laying around, and hopefully the wipes and markers are still good...
@mikeleemm Mom said the wipes were a little dry. However, she doesn't care, she's just going to put a little water in the container to moisten them up. She will still use them, all of them, lol!~ Haven't tested the markers yet. Trust me, it was fun!!
Bvlgari Soap (pretty expensive soap, heavily scented!)
Kneipp herbal Bath (balacing lavender) Helps ombat fatigue, with natural essntial oils.

@juststephen Nope. It doesn't fly. It goes around in circles on the floor and is missing a tail rotor, too.
@juststephen Also, the TV doesn't pick up any stations from here. :(
@juststephen That Casio TV is probably an analog receiver unit, and can't receive the new digital signals.
@jann It's just a tiny plastic piece, I may be able to fashion something... Again, not gonna worry with it tonight.
And yep, I should've known it was too nice to be true, else a very generous benefactor/exchange person.
@juststephen Check the watch for a warranty! I recall someone years ago (obviously years) get a broken iPod in a BOC. They were able to exchange it for a brand new one.
BTW @jann, I thought it was funny too!
Meh+1
3.) Stereo earbuds, mic for phone, Phillips, one each. Meh-3 (see #4)
4.) Hands free ear piece. Note all words are singular because it is for only one ear. Actually this works out for me because I'm totally deaf in one ear. Meh+1
5.) A pizza microwave warmer.
The t-shirts are still coming)
8.) The Cross and The Towers DVD. I've heard of this. Looking forward to watching it. Meh+1
9.) A Cast it Game bag. Wife claimed it for her dual screen. Now if only I could fit TT's dock in it. Meh+0
10.) Two LED Bicycle Safety Light Set. My 13 year old has claimed these for his bike. Meh+3
11.) Halloween Friends Stuffed Cat. Plays music. Cats are not amused. Meh-2
12.) Devil horns head band. Ummm.... Oh hell, Meh+5 (SWIDT?)
13.) As Seen On TV Tool Band-it. I got one of these. Let me correct that; I own one of these. My son has it. In Ohio. I'm in Florida. Meh+1
14.) The FartMaster pen.
@Mehrocco_Mole Note to self, find the Ohio State stuff that should have been in that box. I live a few minutes from the Behrend campus of Penn State.
Thank you and your family for your service!
I received my box from @pepsiwine on Saturday...reminded me to get my boxes labeled and out the door.
The box contained:
@tightwad Right now I'm wishing I'd gotten one of those rocking horse ornaments and I'd put it in the box I'm sending to @pepsiwine. That would be totally awesome.
@lisaviolet That would be fitting because one of the items I received was also one I sent out (no spoilers, sorry)
@lisaviolet Nooooooooooooooo!!!!
(Those Campbell Kids rocking horse ornaments creep me out!)
@tightwad Yay! SO glad the shoes fit!
By the way, they're magical shoes. They neutralize the curse of the creepy Campbell's Kids ornament. ;)
@pepsiwine Is it the ornament or the Campbell kids that rocks your world?
@lisaviolet It's the freakish perma-surprised expression on the Campbells Kids faces.
They look like they just got ambushed at the Proctologist's office - and they're kids, so they're way too young for that particular exam.
@pepsiwine Thanks for confirming the curse...the kids mentioned that the ornament was "creepy"...and I agree about the facial expression!
Hey @starblind, your BOC status is "Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 11:09 am on August 12, 2015 in HARRISONBURG, VA 22801." Did you open the Locker?
@Uptrodden I feel like when he opens the locker he will then be given a quest.
Thanks @Moose for the awesome random stuff!
(Not pictured: Gus's Fried Chicken hat. The boy claimed that one)
27 random personalized ink pens
1 Tyson Chandler bobblehead
A TINY chair
2 plastic gorilla arms (no other gorilla parts)
A Stuffed Frog
A Boomco dart gun with 2 clips
A questionable Japanese "Health Tool"
A Hot Wheels DeLorean
A GAME GENIE (For Sega Genesis)
Squishy ghost & hard hat
A range golf ball
The Color Life Hand Mixer "You can make dressing"
A bunch of balloons
A tiny action figure
A pirate-egg guy
Desk Basketball hoop
A "More Drones, Less Scones" potholder
An orange ball
5 DVDs:
The Pink Panther
A Fistful of Dollars
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Back To The Future Trilogy
The Hangover
-and-
Magic Snow "Just Like Real Snow"
(Except it's toxic)
Yeah! Random mooseness!
@lumpthar Such an awesome box!
@lumpthar You want to sell that Game Genie?
@capguncowboy maybe so.
My box from @eulestadt showed up today! Well, the first box, as it is. It is a strange and magical assortment
1 Electronic bug zapper (safe for indoors!)
1 Civilization game (you've no idea how funny this is, my husband's one gaming addiction)
1 Keychain digital photo player
3 earbuds (handy! The 9 year old just busted his final cord for his headphones and I told him he's just gotta deal, now he's happy)
1 Sprint FreedomPop (not sure what it's for, research!)
1 built NY sleeve for MacBook to match the one I've already got! (I don't have a MacBook, they can be drawer buddies until I find a use)
1 Voice recorder /mp3 player the kid can use for school
1 large knife (13 year old tried to claim, nice try. He calls it the bacon knife, because of the handle)
1 flip video recorder with broken screen. I'm bummed about that because it looks fun! Still, going to see if it works.
Thank you @eulestadt for the cool haul!
@jaremelz Silly me, I forgot the photo! Cat tax, paid. (the baby's arm was mine)
@jaremelz
The sprint freedompop thingie is a freedompop usb dongle that already has a plan for 500MBs of data every month for life.
Just download the drivers here: http://shop2.sprint.com/en/software_downloads/mobile_broadband/sprint_250u.shtml , plug it in, and you should be able to get 4G internet wherever Sprint has coverage :)
@jaremelz spoilers: this is barely the beginning of all the crap that's coming your way
@jaremelz wait the screen of the flip cam is broken?! oh crap; it was working when I shipped it.

The box I sent made it to its destination today and I CAME HOME TO MY OWN BOX OF MEH!
@SavvySapphire sent me a wonderfully long box.
It contained:
- Note from @SavvySapphire.
- Plastic toy giraffe, complete with price tag necklace.
- Pink lipstick case.
- Jeep paracord bracelet.
- Flashing star necklace. (I can't wait to find an excuse to wear this... Maybe when I volunteer at camp next summer? Ooo, perfect for the dance!)
- Tied string friendship bracelet (see model below).
- Mini Halloween slide whistle.
- Mini Halloween cat pad of paper.
- Box with four tiny Halloween pet tattoos.
- Star "Hope" key chain.
- Two squishy animals (squirrel and frog) with 1.5 spheres that they came in... I probably shouldn't admit it, but I have a whole collection of these little guys. When I was in college I'd get one from the vending machine every time I went to the grocery store.
- Shirt.woot! shirt with little dudes chopping down trees. Only one little stain and a ton of cat hair! Bonus!
- Totally girly BFF 4 EVA locking diary and fluffy bejeweled pen. (New work planner? :-D)
- Kid's Night Out Bingo: 12 cards to play at restaurants! Who needs kids?! I'm going to embarrass my husband by making him play with me next time we go out to eat.
- Spitball Dart Pad...
I'm a kitchen gadget junkie and am gladly adding this to the drawer of things I rarely use.
- South of the Border children's plastic canteen. I just googled it. Is this from a theme park?
- Funky talking Ren plush from Nickelodeon's Ren and Stimpy.
- Hot Cocoa Travel Tin Candle. One more thing for me to light on fire!
- Criss Angel's Money Printer. I don't know who this is, but I'm intrigued.
- Disney's Visa Card from Bank One throw. Will toss in a car.
- Life Gear Glow. It's a flashlight/red light/red flasher that recharges in the cigarette lighter. Neat!
- Set of plastic fashion beads. Will add to pile for camp next year. If I don't have the little girls I will take it to the arts and crafts area.
- Zombie Splat! Seems to be a slingshot like thing for these specially made zombies.
- Wooden fan. This is my second. I can learn to fight with them now, right?
- Zoo Animal Slide Puzzle, with giraffe picture. I haven't seen one of these in ages!
- Solar Hula Girl. I might have to stick this in my husband's car. Shhhhh...
- Ancient Lots of Love post cards from Kmart.
There is a box on my front porch and I am 2,000 miles away from home. I shall fly the red eye home just to open it that much sooner!
I came home to a large box from @SavvySapphire . I saw the name on the box and though hey I know her. I just sent her on too. When I opened it I was blown away at the amount of things. Took me a long time to get through then type up so here we go.

That's a serious list! Thanks @SavvySapphire , half of it has already run off with my family members.
@StrangerDanger It's always fun when stuff runs away with others! Sounds like it kept you busy for a while! :)
@spotandginger sent me an awesome meh-tastic box of meh-ystry that contained the following:
-one FedEx priority next day shipping label, which I may frame
Thanks so much!!!
@Marion14505 lol on the label! I hope you liked the box as much as I enjoyed raiding my house trying to guess what you may enjoy. :-)
Awesome-sauce! My office will never smell better, thanks to you!
I got home last night to find an awesome box from @AnotherDawn waiting for me. This box was packed to the brim and contained -
What a great package, thank you @AnotherDawn!
@heli0s I like how one of the licence plates says "MILF HI".
I have two boxes unboxed, still waiting for one. I'm taking photos, will post them all at the same time. Or not, depends on my mood.
Anyway, I wanted to share one of the things in the box I got from @bogie. How does someone wear something this big?
My packages will be going out tomorrow.
@lisaviolet On your wrist typically, can also be on a chain but that is less common with that variety...
@lisaviolet I would totally wear that with a red shirt, cargo shorts and some cute black ankle boots. Wish it was mine.
@lisaviolet Thought the same thing about the Metawatch but I still wear it daily.
Whomever sent a box to @connorbush ... I have not been home for a few days. So, like; yeah. If it is sitting on my porch, sorry.
@connorbush You're one of my recipients but it went out this week so it won't be there yet. I hope you enjoy the semi-awesome stuff though!
@Starblind woooo! I am honored and humbled.
@mossygreen If it were me, I'd want to know
@capguncowboy I wish you were, because then I'd be half done informing people. Anyway, thanks for the input. I'll wait and see if anyone else weighs in this afternoon.
@mossygreen I agree with Capgun. I'd prefer to know that I wasn't missed in the distribution or forgotten about.
Or, I know this never happens, but... the box gets lost in transit < gasp >
@mossygreen hmm I'd wait to end of August then inform them.
@mossygreen Same here, I'd like to know as well since I will be out of town soon and don't want the person thinking there was an issue.
@mossygreen I'd want to know too
I, too, wouldn't mind knowing, but more than anything would like to know that the sender is checking the tracking. If it is marked as delivered and I haven't made a post about it, then something might have gone wrong/I need to look around for it.
@Moose I was being patient, but b/c of your comment : hey @scolburn did you get your package?
Delivered On:
Monday, 17/08/2015 at 13:11
@ceagee Jumping on the bandwagon.
@mossygreen no problem! I'll be out of town all next week, so I won't get to open it until I get back anyway
@ceagee Yes, the goodies you sent were received safe & sound. I'm processing a boat load of photos tonight, so I've been slack in posting. Thanks & stay tuned!
@mossygreen Hi, I am back and I didnt have a box??? did you send it? or still stuffing it full of Meh?
@blondemeh You will get it tomorrow, barring the collapse of society/USPS!
Mine arrived today!
First, I was greeted by "Irk with Fuku" done in marker pen on cardboard. A modern classic.
Inside the box:
Settlers of Catan travel edition... in German. Ha!
Speedy Recall
Release!
Word Jam
Tri Virsity
(My hubby will be thrilled- he's very into games)
St. Patrick's day temporary tattoos
"Realistic" King Kong keychain (with bonus confetti stuck to his little rubber butt)
A Paint Buddy paint toucher-upper thingie (Our rec room wall always gets dinged up from dropping firewood next to the stove, so this will totally get used.)
A Men's Health 15-minute workout DVD (which is actually hilarious, because I am female and disabled. Ha!)
A pair of pink Jlab earbuds (I just gave away an identical pair- they're haunting me!)
A bottle of "90210" perfume. (Smells like... No. haha!)
Thanks a bunch, @march5th00 :)
Oops, King Kong is "Life-Like", not "Realistic". And the Paint Buddy got turned over the wrong way for the photo. I'm a dork.
I got my package from @foxborn today...very good selection, my kids all claimed dibs on most of it:
Thanks @foxborn !
@foxborn my gardens are going well
@tightwad YAY! I have a cactus one, it's my third Cactus kit the first grew what I call "My Baby" the the second never sprouted and third has two maybe three growing. the Cactus ones are super slow to grow
Drink this in:
the list:
Cat care journal.

Old laundry soap scoops.
Mummy can coozie.
2 thermos water bottles.
Acoustic guitar strings.
Woolly willy.
Hunting bow nocking points.

USB plasma ball.
Creepy animal made from sea shells. this is hands down the creepiest thing......wait......shhhh, it's looking at me.....

Catching fire magnets.
EIGHT.
[img][/img]
EIGHT!!
@march5th00 awesome! Glad you liked the syrup. I loved the delivery system ;)
Got my package from Jeff Vanevenhoven. Most stuff is very usable by me and mine. I am sick as a dog so the itemization and possible photo will come later, but it is so not Meh! I love books and games and this package contained several of both. Thanx Jeff!!
@cbilyak Did you get Nuclear War? It's one of my all time favorite board games....I'm glad you can use some of the stuff :)
Thanks so much to @sohmageek @finonaku, think I got those name right! I loved all the nice surprises, so much stuff, especially the Maple Syrup. I was just thinking the other day that I never have had the really good stuff and should try. And I got two built cases to replace the ones I sent out in my box. Perfect!!!
Working on the photos now.
In the box:
All in all, not a bad haul. Thanks @v!
@flouise Thanks for the goodies!
I got:
Not Milk Coozie
Fake Mustaches
Beaded Chain w/ wooden ball
Loot Crate Chainsaw Pen
Confetti
Pocket Blow Gun
Temporary Tattoos
Slim Clip
Old Body Parts Replacement pack
Foldable HDMI Cable Extender
Inflatable Cowboy Hat
@Dadoboy hooray!!!!! Have high hopes for that hat, hope you have some reason to wear it someday that would be (reasonably) aesthetically appropriate.
@AnnaB
Here's my vid of things.
@janetv I'm slightly motion sick now :)
Looks like a nice haul though!
@janetv I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
@janetv That itty bitty whisk! Omg! I would use that for everything that needed whisking.
Especially for deliciously made pancakes you can only find at ihops*tm
@mehrocco_mole I love the f5 button. I'm a newly Mac person too ;) but we loved it. My wife stole the organizer before I saw what it was. ;) thank you someone in your family doesn't work at the nation's largest credit union by chance?? :)
@sohmageek Maybe (It's the world's largest actually)
@Mehrocco_Mole sounds like you do then :) navy cu was just brought up in one of our staff meetings.
@sohmageek In a good way I hope. You're going to have a scarf knitted for your wife by Christmas, right?
@sohmageek AHHH! SHARE YOUR POP ROCKS YOU SLUT.
@Mehrocco_Mole yes good way. I also work at a credit union. We've had a busy time recently. But. Ow we're getting back into the new normal :). Still bummed I didn't get a chance to go & set up/visit the new Detroit branches.

@djslack hehehe I think I remember those candlesticks...
@starblind I want to say thank you for the loot, but really....a confetti bomb? What did I ever do to you! I love the card and the Dino stickers…but really the glitter is spreading through the house like a disease even though I swear I was careful after the initial blast on opening
Saul Goodman pop! - Amusing that I send out a Saul and got a different Saul back in exchange.
Metalz Headphones - Not to be confused with metal ones
Bamboozles Puzzle - Already out and solved once so far, though it also released more confetti on opening.
Blue monster, soap dish? - Little disturbing, he must have soap on the brain.
Brain Stress Toy – This is your brain on foam, any questions?

Brain…Mobile – I sense a theme
Crocodile creature cup – Nice
Angry Bird Cards – Mmm more cards
Wacky Wally – I remember getting these in cereal box prizes as a kid, throwback!
Wooden Ball – Another puzzle?
Dashboard Diva – A little creepy looking, but will give her an audition tomorrow see how we she rocks out to some Disturbed and maybe fun looks from the people at the Tim Horton's drive through.
@Nikodemus You think the Confetti you got is bad? you should the aftermath of the confetti at his place. It'll take an army of roomba's to clean up
Whoever had me - box is on my kitchen table, and will be opened once I am home Sunday! Cue anticipation song!
Another amazing box! Thank you, @SColburn!

An AOL CD
A Sportsfan soccer ball stereo speaker

A very cool breo skin watch
AND
A Canon sure shot camera with its case. Don't know if it's functioning yet
Thank you so much! What a fun bunch of stuff!
Hawaiin Lei
Stanley Snack Container
Jar of HomeMade (organic) strawberry lemon jam (jelly? I can never remember which is which)
Build-a-Bear 50 piece mini puzzle
Woot Screaming Monkey
Memory Foam insoles
1/2 Pint Glass -- pretty funny actually
4-pack of parachuters
AAA stickers
Wax Mustache
LED Headlamp
Pocket notepad and pen
2 pocket pens
StarWars Chewbacca Dry Erase board
Money Clip (I've actually been meaning to buy one of these, so THANKS!)
Enervit Energy snack/mix/squeezie
Enervit R2 Recovery drink mix
Wine Bottle Suction stopper
Princess Bumper Sticker
Reindeer Soap pouch
Prudential Beer Coozie
Stainless Steel Pint-Size mug
New Moon (Shelly, paperback)
Robsessed DVD (my wife laughed at it)
Sierra Designs Tent anchor bag (I think anyway -- my buddy was pretty excited about it, so i let him have it).
@capguncowboy
@capguncowboy baby fingering... is that sort of like a previous goat becoming the goat for fingering his dog?
@SColburn It's all pretty awesome, but that shirt is beyond cool!
@jaremelz Be that as it may, I am unfortunately no where near a ladies Medium. lol
@SColburn What would it take for you to part with it, unless you've other plans?
@jaremelz No plans. Make me an offer? Or just send me your address. =) Not sure how we'd facilitate that on here w/o posting it in the forum.
@SColburn I created one just for meh... It's got none of my real information attached. If you don't mind, of course, you can reach me at jaremehlz at the Google thingy. Thanks!
@SColburn Glad you liked your crap !
Yes! "GONE" is homegrown catnip. Do you have a cat ? I knew I forgot to put something in the box....
@jaremelz @SColburn the shirt was from a random.
Zombies = bad dreams. But I figured someone would like it !
@ceagee As a matter of fact, we have two! This will go to good use. Thanks!
@SColburn btw the little red bird -- if you put water in it, it turns into a whistle.
@ceagee I think I used to have one of these when I was a kid! Now I'm just a big kid with access to credit cards. =)
@SColburn My new favorite t-shirt in the world arrived yesterday! Thanks so much, I adore it. My little one already tried stealing it.
@jaremelz You're very welcome! I'm very happy it went to a good home.
It's time to thank @salmeh for my wonderful box of meh. I opened my box to find everything individually wrapped
then I separated it out.
After I got everything unwrapped it looked like this:
I got a string of fake autumn leaves(which are the colors I love!).
3 packs of peanut butter/cheese crackers(my fave!)
A very nice Meh haul...thanks again @salmeh. :)
The 2nd box to arrive was courtesy of @starblind. Its contents provided a little something for the whole family!
And I was greeted by the Octopus & some birthday glitter upon opening the box. Nice touch!
Excellent! Thanks, @starblind!
- Pfaltzgraff outlet cover
- A "Touch O'Irish" adhesive mustache & goatee
- Wine glass markers
- Opened 4-pack of RingPops... aaaand there are 3 RingPops. =)
- 24-pack of crayons (school's back in!)
- Color-changing plastic spoons
- Whiffle Balls
- Golf Balls
- A highly-questionable-looking bag of Peanut Squares
- Go Go Tomago from Big Hero 6
- Tiki God Necklace
- Hand Painted Porcelain Beads "Monkey with Fez"
- Halloween cookie cutters
- Skeleton straw with broken leg
- Cub Scout Patch
- Lighted Rose
- Richmond (Hello!) Ford Lincoln Mercury trailer hitch!
- And how about that fancy hat? I'd model it, but I can't get the thing on my fat head. LOL!
Another Great Haul! Thank You, @Pamtha!!
Tracking # 9505 5139 8231 5233 0179 41
Ho-lee crap that's a long number.
@mamawoot I cannot complain, since @Mehrocco_Mole and @trisk boxes aren't going out until Monday. While I feel badly they are delayed, they are MUCH better boxes than if I had rushed them. They are still mediocre though!
@mikibell No worries! Take your time.
@mikibell Any chance you'll be able to get things back from your boy for an unboxening? I hate to ask, but honestly, as long as you liked it!
@jaremelz He finally returned the chill pill -- he keeps throwing it at me.. I LOVE my box, the list alone took me 10 minutes to write down!!
@mikibell Ha! I was wondering what he was taking. I fell bad even asking, because I know you get really busy with work.
DVD Movie: 5ifth Estate
Book: Weird-o-pedia
Book: Scared Shitless (book of scary facts – it’s funny, I opened it up to a random page and the first scary fact I saw was that something like 70% of Texans believe that homosexuality isn’t moral.)
Magic Deck of Cards
Bubble Gun (WITH batteries INCLUDED!!)
Set of Calculators
Box of fancy cards + free Glue stick
Disneyland Sunglasses
AWESOME LED color-changing nightlight (oh yeah, it’s going in the wall tonight)
Woot T-Shirt with a zombie hand poking through the ground (love it!)
Teeny Tin of Altoids
Mickey Mouse/Disneyland Keychain with built-in compass, magnifying glass, and thermometer
Woot! Lights!
Drinking Happy Bird
Tube of ZipFizz – energy drink powder
Bag of Buttons with included interesting story behind them
Surfed Too Long paperweight (I have no words.)
@pepsiwine I'm glad you liked it!
Just a quick question.
when did you guys get to me so well or was it just lucky guessing, 'cause dang ya'll spot on ;)
Got mine from @starblind will do write up later. Thank you! I love the gandalf paper weight the most!
@connorbush
I shall list the rest later. oh yeah.... no thanks for the glitter bomb!
Post one of three. From @djslack.
A puzzle
Campbells soup Christmas ornament
2 Diamond Bear Brew Co. Stickers
2 sets of underwear...unused? :)
Verizon SIM card and phone case
Wallet
Ink cartridge
String of 20 LED light bulbs
1 chunk of metal
1 manual for a smoker
And lastly.
A Sky Viper Quadcopter...with a failed motor.
Thanks guy!
Sorry!

Thank you!
Due to complications outside of my control...fucking professional development my packages will get sent out on Monday...lookin at you
@moose
@savvy Sapphire
@speediedelivery
I'll also be sending you what I've got left of the neoprene @v.
Thanks in advance for fucking dealing with it! :)
Tagging @SavvySapphire for you @studerc.
@studerc Ah...so you're my last box. I was like, ahhhh...I'll just wait a little longer just in case my person was tied up. I totally get that! And...I can't wait to see what kind of meh. I end up getting from you. I hate to admit it, I'm actually a bit excited lol!~
@SavvySapphire dont get excited. Haha
First up is what I got from @NSAMadisy
@Collin1000 The unknown metal thing looks like a mezzaluna - good pizza cutter. You just push down and rock it on a flat cutting board.
@Collin1000 - Yup that's a pizza cutter, The retractable thingy is an ethernet cord for an internet connection. The poor little purple octopus is a USB hub, and last but not least - is a Dell power adapter that fits into your car's cigarette lighter... 8P
Next up is what I got from @savvysapphire
@Collin1000 I'll be your "metal thing" commentator today. That Cold Steel Voyager is a very good everyday pocket knife. Their blades and quality are respected among knife enthusiasts. Definitely not meh.
@Collin1000 So, I'm not the only one with a stray cat hair problem....
@uptrodden mentioned one...
A lot of really nice stuff here, thank you so much!
And next up is the box I received from @Bogie. I was wowwed. Wowed? Wow-ed?
Thank you, @Bogie, this was a real surprise.
So far, I'm two for two for non-Meh boxes.
@lisaviolet The zipper pouch glows in the dark. In case you were interested ;)
@Bogie That's nice to know. I'll have to check it out tonight.
the unboxening from @foxborn
Cool assortment of stuffs
@mikeleemm they are NOT edible LOL just artsy
@pony thank you. I think one or two of the items may be missing already. They were confiscated by the wife/my sister before I could get the picture :). Thanks again!
@sohmageek you are not sure if your wife is your sister? ;)
@SavvySapphire - I returned home from work/vacation yesterday and did not finish unloading the car before the unboxening. Mr Pamtha was less than pleased at my lack of assistance, but he survived. Thank you!!!!
https://flic.kr/p/wNChKt
The fabulous haul:
What is this mystery fruity finial thing? It's not a candlestick.....
@SavvySapphire oh and hangry cat in the background sends greetings to your feline overlords.
You know how there is such a thing as a spoiler alert, well there should be such a thing as Jealousy alert -- you all will be jealous when you see what my mehbox contained!!!!!
Now for the too small to be seen items:
Daughter hasn't seen these yet, so I still have them!
Son tried to steal this already
The custom made objects, to which my husband pointed and told me what a slacker I am in my mehboxes going out!!
The cause for the delayed photos, and soooo adorable:
A chill pill/happy pill to be thrown at grumpy people, i.e. Mommy in my house.
@mikibell Wow! LEGO, DS games, cute handmade stuff, AND Star Wars toys? This one has it all! FYI, the BOSS pin is probably the TV series logo: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boss_%28TV_series%29
@Starblind and I am not done.. I am still typing!
@Starblind It is! I'm the boss, so my husband brought it home from work.
@mikibell I made that little hot dog a few years ago, and until it was sent to you, it lived with some other knitted treats. I'm so glad you like the silly box!
@jaremelz now I am done :)
@jaremelz no texas air as promised in the note, though!
@jaremelz he is bugging you for sponges?
@mikibell He's 9 and really, really weird.
@jaremelz Must figure out how to rig the system so my next box comes from you!
@christinewas I would just hope I have something left laying around! Just kidding, I actually couldn't send everything that I'd amassed, so I've already started the next exchange box!
And my third unboxing, thanks to @sushiboy.
Not too much Meh this exchange.
Thank you!
@lisaviolet Haha! The Iron Man bag- I sent that in the last exchange. Tony gets around! :D
@Starblind Hey!
Did you get your box?
@lumpthar Yep! I have alllll my boxes. And they're all awesome. I do plan on posting them this week!
Albeit it was delivered a few weeks ago :(
@darkzrobe Some people don't post their goodies and others like me are just slow. I wouldn't worry
@Foxborn Normally I would be just fine to assume they didnt post, but the discrepancies in where the internet wanted to say it was made me wonder if it was a address I could actually ship to.
@darkzrobe @studerc should have usernames....
@darkzrobe If you still have your email from Casey about who you got, the username is on that. I just checked.
@Pamtha Well maybe I just didnt think it was a username. Well lets try this @jann
It included:
~Vermont American Retrieval set...perfect for when my cats hide stuff under the dressers and couches!
~Wood incense holder..perfect, I've been needing one!

~Reading glasses
~USB LED light
~Coleman portable electronics charger...pretty cool
~Motion lamp...love these

Awesome haul, thanks!
@SavvySapphire Glad you enjoyed, it was my first time participating in one of these, happy to hear it didn't go horribly!
@smigit2002 It was a fantastic haul! I had a great time unpacking the box.
So happy to get a package today from @flouise.
- Ouchies Ouchless Bandaids with cute characters
- Large Comfort Float for fun in the pool

Ok still short a box. but just so @collin1000, @Marion14505, @Primrosewater your wonderful packages have been received and Photographed and listed. @AlexNoVa Your's are photographed but I"ve been neglecting the listing of the contents, I loved it though and I will have all of them posted soon
@Foxborn I do hope you enjoy whatever it was that we put in there! :-)
@Marion14505 I did I promise! I'll go ahead and post as soon as I finish AlexNoVA's
@Foxborn Ain't no rush.
@studerc Excellent box arrived this morning. I will post over the weekend. Thank you!
@studerc I'm still short a box. I've received from collin1000, Marion14505, Primrosewater, and AlexNoVa
Can you help? Maybe send a messenger pigeon to the person?
@trisk sent me a great box, and I regret taking this long to post about it! My family loved a lot of the stuff!!
Within the box, I found a laptop bag and two crumpled priority mail envelopes. I believe these envelopes contained his broken hopes and dreams until they completely dematerialized, as they were the only missing items from this list.
I enjoyed pulling everything out of a bag with many pockets. It was like an adventure that would never end. Well... Until it ended. I am posting the items one pocket at a time to make the information more digestible (and this post much longer than I can reasonably justify).
The Oakley Emotional Rollercoaster
- Laptop bag (that will fit my 17" laptop!)
- Empty box for Oakley Hobbit 3D glasses
- Oakley microbags
- 4" x 6" frame
- 2lb ankle/wrist weights (I will actually use these)
- Oakley hard case... with the missing contents of the empty box!
The SO's Share
- Promised organic ramen x8 (husband took them because I can't have gluten)
- Family Guy Evil Monkey (husband was excited)
- NanoTek stand (One of my husband's coworkers had been eying his, so we're giving this one to him.)
- Celsius calorie-burning energy drink (OK, OK. Message received! Actually, my husband took this, too.)
The Suitably Meh Pocket
- Two Neoprene Sleeves (I bought 30 and would have bought another 30 if they hadn't sold out. The little one is one of my favorites. I turn it inside-out for the fuzzy blue lining and it fits nicely around a camelbak bottle, both insulating a seussifying it.)
- Home Health Care Inc pen (Well... it's blue. And blue is good.)
- Blue watch (again, blue is good)
- Stylish Cream Soda wallet containing two Brazilian Reais (about $0.56)
- Wendy's spoon... new, in package!
- Sunglasses Clip (It took me way too long to realize what this was. WAY too long. My husband actually just said he needed one, though, so this is perfect.)
- Red Book Cover
- Photo Paper (hey, I could print something for that 4x6 frame)
- Handy Box of Knots. More like, Handy Box of Lies. I found a bunch of rope and a book about knots. They should have specified that it was the "supply your own knots" edition.
The Person Favorites
- Cowboys caution tape (I am having a lot of fun dreaming up photo arrangements to use to mock my Cowboys-loving friends.)
- Cowboys Money Clip (I'm sure I know someone who would love this)
- Chive box containing: magic cards, #RAKit sticker, Adeline button, and...
- Birdie Paper Knife (I LOVE this thing. The color. The birdness. The fact that I have been meaning to buy something to serve this function.)
- Zhip stand (I think my husband is going to steal this)
- meh lightning snap cable (I'm actually one of the people that finds these things useful. But I'm also an android user. Will probably give to a brainwashed friend.)
- 4 Pokémon cards: Slowpoke, Pikachu, Dewgong, and Abra
- Colgate Wisp pack (I've actually wanted to try these but have never bothered to spend money on them. So... Yay!)
- Cigar Cutter ("Does this mean I get to smoke a cigar?" [Blank stare.] "I always want to smoke one when you leave town." "To celebrate??? Thanks! I missed you, too!")
- "Berry Drunk" can koozie
- 6' Printer Cable (will stir up envy among its new friends because it still has packaging)
- Campfire Cologne Possibly my favorite item.
@christinewas beautiful forum post and synopsis by the way!

Thanks again @kadagan for the creativity and @studerc for managing this Mehxchange!
@readnj Oh, and I just grabbed a video card from my assorted pile of cards.. not sure if it works or not.. Better than 50% chance that it does
All in all an awesome box of meh -- thank you very much!
@mamawoot ooohh and they are decaf teas.. I was just complaining at work that they have tea at 3 pm -- after my caffeine cutoff time!!

@SavvySapphire That HDMI thingie might be a micro or mini HDMI to full-size HDMI adapter. Also @studerc is a beta member or something from Jet.com so if the code doesn't work, tell him- he may be able to get you a new one that does work.
@SavvySapphire @studerc I thought you didn't get BOCs... :)
@becca Did you ever open the box? Good? Bad? Liked it? Hated it? The suspense is killing me........
@Prissy ahhh sorry sorry sorry! I have the box openings planned tonight (that sounded raunchy). Finally shipped out to you and @wildmomo... Didn't receive complete addresses or a response from studerc but (obviously) yours was on the return label and the other was google-able.
@remo28 did you receive your box?
@blondemeh Yes I did. I didn't get a chance to take pics though. The snacks got eaten quickly, by the kids, and other people took what they want. So by the time I was able to take pics I think all that was left was a clipboard, memo board, and a nail file.
Thanks you, it was great fun, and the items will be put to use.
@remo28 oh good! I'm glad u enjoyed it!
@mossygreen thanks for the box! Myself and my kiddos enjoyed it. The lava lamp is so cool and brought back memories and now my son is excited about it. My 4yr old really enjoyed the straw glasses.
As soon as I can figure put how to post pics, I will lol.
I'm sure I'm the last one to send out my box 'o meh... sorry @MrBoudreaux... want u to know I didn't forget! going out today :)
This box was heavy and full of awesomeness I mean mehness. And no worries about the cat fur in the box as my cat immediately jumped in after I emptied it.
@eulestadt You are crazy in the best way. The last came yesterday and today. The headphones are awesome and needed as my little one keeps making off with all my others. And the box was...weird? I can't use some of it (android house here) but the bath mats rock!
I received this lovely assortment of accoutrements from @Prissy (so sorry for keeping you waiting!)
whew, what a haul! Thanks so much, @Prissy! Some of it will be loved here, some we'll pass on to our niece.
@becca Yeah! I can now report back to my kids (teenagers) that you finally opened it. My kids and I put together the box. It was so much fun to look for unique/odd items to go in the box. We tried to make it fun. Hope you found a thing or two that you liked out of the assortment.
Box #2 from @MrBoudreaux was equally awesome, I will post tomorrow. Thank you!
@nsamadisy did you ever receive a box from me? Have not seen anything posted and I admit I did not pay for delivery confirmation.
@nsamadisy for a second time, did you ever receive the package? Just checking and have seen no posts that you had but also no posts complaining that you had not.

@mossygreen I apologize for my lack of Spanish or fine print reading. I was going through stuff and got to looking at those lollipops. Goat milk!
I just ate one and it is delicious! I guess I have to blame @jaremelz for it being so good.
@djslack So, um...you're welcome?
Thank you @MrBoudreaux for a meh-y box of mediocre goodness!
We had a lot of fun terrorizing the dog (Tuukka) with the wind-up chick.
Thanks again!
@becca
@becca Yes exactly! The bizarre stuff is sometimes the best stuff.
PC Fallout game
XBox Controller (360?)
Doctor Who book
2 Pocket Protectors (lol)
A collectible yellow Corvette (1995 model)
A USB Coffee Warmer
A Slimming Massager (my wife tried it. No slimmer lol)
A couple key chains
Fallout PC game
A gum jar full of Magic the Gathering Counters (are those used for anything else?)
A wrist band that can help me grapple down a mountain cliff or get off my roof when I kick over the ladder
A cars wall decal
4 double A to D battery converters (or C maybe?)
Assorted cords for assorted computer thingees
A set of gaming headphones!
A bunch of Keurig coffees that have already been consumed
A big ol' thing of Maple Syrup from Vermont. Also consumed. Not shared. Safely tucked into Neoprene sleeve
Battery Charger
MineCraft random key chain thingee (I got a sheep!)
And other things including my 8 Jonas Brothers Nintendo DS games
And a hand written note from those two. About the best haul (and most random) that I could hope for. Thanks so much guys - Lots of fun!
@thismyusername Thanks! I always seem to mess that up.
@march5th00 you're welcome! Glad you liked it! The way I read it. I was thinking you said I sent you preconsumed coffee... Then I understood :)
@sohmageek Hey, since you're awake and all... doesn't this seem like a perfect time for another quick round in the scavenger hunt? :)
@christinewas lol. That's my morning routine. Check meh. Shower... Go to work... Maybe later :)
Paging @HELLOALICE. @foxborn would sure appreciate it if you sent out the her exchange parcel!
@MrBoudreaux A 19lb Box 'O Meh finally went out yesterday morning, due to be delivered Saturday. USPS tracking #9114999944238254706912
This is my first exchange so please be nice during the unveiling :). There were several things I forgot to include (neoprine Kindle covers-you got lucky!) and several that wouldn't fit so I'm saving them for the next exchange.
@wildmomo your package is listed as "Delivered, In/At Mailbox"
@Prissy, your package should arrive later today!
@becca Oh goodie! We can't wait! :D
@becca The one day hubby gets the mail... "What did u order now?" How do I explain the whole Meh exchange thingie? He thought I was getting rid of my crapola, had no idea I was getting someone else's... Can't wait to see the goodies!
omg thank you @mikibell for the overstuffed box of mehness that showed up at my place yesterday! details to follow :D
@trisk hurray.. It survived! You might not thank me once you open it..it is purely meh!
Finally the results of the unboxening!
@mikibell's box contents" title="" />
Holy crap! Totally worth the wait, thanks @mikibell for the one-of-a-kind meh swag. Hope I didn't miss anything up there.
Can't wait to try out the car charger and other electronics (except maybe that music cartridge thing), and I know injuries from assembling the Ferris wheel will be inevitable but worth it. The Package Shark will definitely come in handy for future meh orders. We don't have kids (except of the four-footed variety) but I'm sure our friends who do will appreciate the toys (that we don't keep for ourselves) too!
@trisk not my choice of teams, either! So glad you thought it was worth the wait...
@v sent me all this (sorry, totally got diverted by the beer fuku).
A very NOT Meh box of goods. Thanks!!!
Just got the 20lb box from @wildmomo! Fantastic box. I definitely will be stepping up my Meh Box game next time.
Check it:
@MrBoudreaux Yea.... Lots and lots of misc!!! I could have filled 5-20lb

@Prissy yay, glad the family enjoyed it :)
Not super old, but the Chicago Bulls Barbie is old enough that there are a couple of teams on the back of the box that no longer exist, so that's fun.
@studerc If you have any more missing packages I can put together another one. After seeing what I and others got I feel I shorted @sohmageek and I need to make up for it. What is the protocol for saying sorry to the Goat? Or can I blame him instead?
@Mehrocco_Mole don't. :) I didn't feel shorted. I really enjoyed it :) no need to apologize. I didn't know what to expect and wish I had put more in the boxes that were really good.
Sorry I'm posting so slow :(

So glad you enjoyed it! You might want to explore the pink bag a bit more...
So...
I'm hoping to post one soon since the misunderstanding seemed to be resolved
@StuderC Just leting you know I still got nothing.
@Foxborn i shall assemble the council!!
@Foxborn @studerC another reminder that I gots crap that I can spare, if given a (foxborn?) address. No worries, I don't mean to pester.
@studerc thanks
@HELLOALICE Whoa, I haven't seen you post in forever! What have you been up to?
@HELLOALICE Do you have the tracking number? I have crazy week and I want to make sure I don't miss the package. THANKS!
@HELLOALICE Just wondering if you have the tracking number, I haven't seen the package yet and I'll need to follow up soon with the Post office, if it got side tracked
@studerC I'm wondering if you got the final package that was too big to fit in the first box?
@hippiechik Did you ever get the addresses? I'd be more than happy to send mine to you if you want. Thanks
@StrangerDanger Please do! And @HELLOALICE too. Send them to denise.smith@mchsi.com and these will ship out 1st thing Monday. Thanks!!
@eulestadt Please please please post what I sent you... even if you don't have time to take photos. In the last exchange my person don't that either... makes me sad.
@Kidsandliz Mine didnt either but at least I know they got it.
Ackkkkk @Kidsandliz I'm so sorry for the wait!!!!
I got back a couple weeks ago but never got around to the box you sent me.
Thanks for the reminder though you probably hate me now but nevertheless here are the photos:
Unboxening with that Onion Wrinkle knife from meh:

1x Macbook? Case
1x Empty box of clips
1x Florida Tech University Online flag
And finally the highlight...
1x Awkward Family Photos book
Thanks for everything and I'm sorry for all the delay.(blame the goat and those horrid Chinese officials claiming I wasn't a US citizen since my passport expired)
I'm amazed by all the stuff that you sent and the wonderful curation and selection.
@Kidsandliz Thank you so much for everything.
@starblind wondering if U got my BOC last month? Saw no unboxening photo or list. USPS tracking has it delivered to a Locker? @Uptrodden
@StrangerDanger No box here either
@Foxborn If there was only 2 of us that didn't get boxes ( plus @HELLOALICE who didn't receive one or form the sounds of it didn't send one) that's not too bad overall.
@StuderC - Hey busy dude, can you update the douchebag list?
