Another upgrade is in order, however, it requires some down time of an hour or so. Today especially (because of the woot-off), this is not ideal. Making tweaks as much as I can until an off day where the downtime won’t hurt as much.
On second though (and upon reading through the thread for BOCs from yesterday), either the weight is a placeholder and will go drastically down, or it will stay about the same.
Then again, regardless of what it weights, it’s a waste of money just like the fuko (and fuku (may it rest in pieces)).
@PlacidPenguin Oh, I wouldn’t say it’s always a waste of money. I got a brand new 32" HDTV from woot and a brand new Roomba from meh. It feels like Tinker Bell flew over and sprinkled fairy dust, for awhile.
I also got a Roomba. Still trying to figure out what “vaccuming” is though.
Meanwhile, I’m trying to figure out what to do, because I can’t sign for it on Wednesday, I’d rather not have it delivered on Friday (although honestly the $5 charge wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world), and if it’s a big box, it wouldn’t fit in my car necessarily.
I figured they’d be tiny, but hopefully I can jam myself into the XL to avoid a farmer’s tan while mowing. I should have got some “adult” smalls for my toddler.

This morning I was up at four, went back to bed around 5:15, then re-woke at 7:15. On the balance, not bad. I just got a new bed, a SleepNumber. It’s comfortable enough, and the second day I had it I slept until after 8am – something I hadn’t seen in maybe years. But the next night was crap again, so who knows.

My Krampus mugs came and I must say they were worth the money in bubble wrap alone. I already gave a pair away to the friend who invited me to the Krampus parade in December. Good times.

@OldCatLady They had non-Christmas designs on sweatshirts too, so they could be a number of other popular designs too. The shirts and tanks are most likely from before mid-2016; they went to almost all DTG afterwards.
@narfcake DTG? Direct to garbage? What? I did order three hoodies but I have been really disappointed with the pilling on all of my sweatshirts. And yes I put them in the dryer because I’m not insane.

Haven’t had much of an issue with the sweatshirts, not that I need to wear them often (because SoCal), although some of my older ones aren’t as soft anymore (because Gildan).

Just got an email from UPS that I’m getting a package from Woot on Saturday.
Not sure what it is, because the T-shirt (from the T-shirt and mug order) shipped already, and it’s showing a weight off 6.4 ounces.
How nervous should I be?
Ok, (sort of) figured it out.
It references the order containing the t-shirt and mug.
The t-shirt was marked as shipped, although the tracking doesn’t show anything.
The mug on the other hand wasn’t shipped.
So it’s one of the two things (either the mug which didn’t ship, or the t-shirt which shipped with a different tracking number).
I’m enjoying how the boxes which people were under the assumption of being 42 pounds are not even close.
And that’s why you should never get hopes up regarding garbage.
