Space Jam is back in theaters tomorrow for a special showing

As part of the 20th anniversary of Space Jam, the movie is back in theaters for the second of two showings (Nov 13th & Nov 16th).

- @thismyusername Many movies are in “development limbo” for billions of years and are even cancelled before even being announced, so who knows… But like I said, this probably confirms it…

I told my kids about this movie and how awesome it was. I purchased it recently. We watched it. It was NOT awesome. Some things are better left as memories.

- @capguncowboy I am a basketball fan and I positively love Looney Toons, but the movie dreadful. Sorry to all you kids of the nineties, but if you were an adult when your first saw “Space Jam”, it had zero appeal.
  
  No harm in that, there is lots of stuff that was great to my childhood brain that would not hold up under more mature scrutiny.

- @DrWorm this is so true. I didn’t watch Goonies until I was around 15. It had been so hyped up by my friends that had seen it years and years prior, that I was very underwhelmed.

My favorite part of that website has always been the credits page. It’s so Early Internet, and the idea of this small team making a website for a major motion picture and having goofy pics of themselves on there is so anti modern e-professionalism. I dunno, I just think it’s great.
