Kuiper Systems, Amazon’s satellite-broadband subsidiary - with zero satellites in orbit - has filed a protest with the FCC on SpaceX’s Starlink plans.

Kuiper plans to put their first satellites in orbit no sooner than 2023.

Interestingly, Kuiper’s head is ex-Starlink.
